I'm getting ready to go to bed. I felt some aching in my left side again. So far, a mag. 6.0 struck southwestern Mexico. There has still been more moderate activity taking place worldwide. I'm not absolutely certain that I have started developing ovarian cysts after a very active month. I just noticed a trend. I am doing all I can now with my health to prevent going through something like I did yesterday. That pain was horrible.
Physiological symptoms I experience that coincide with earthquake activity near and far. I have long noticed a connection. I document it all here.

December 10, 2022
I felt a sharp pain in my left side about 20 minutes ago. I'm still feeling some acute throbbing pains there. I'm also feeling warm. I'm feeling more anxiety and it feels like my heart rate is increasing. I not only feel that way because of the pain but it feels like a lot could be going on somewhere out there any time now. I'm not sure if it is immediately going to act up any moment now or within the next several days. Sometimes, I can feel these symptoms several days before an outbreak in significant activity in the world.
Update on the cyst - 12/10/22
I mentioned that I have been suffering from an ovarian cyst for the past 2 weeks(since I've noticed it). Yesterday, I was feeling some cramping and thought that my cyst was leaking or slowly breaking. I was feeling somewhat better thinking it wasn't going to be as bad as I feared. I was very swollen in the abdomen over the last week and a half. The bloating would vary in intensity throughout the day. This morning, at around 10 or 10:30, I was starting to cramp more. It grew worse. I was then in complete agony. I even heard fluid emptying into my abdominal cavity. I felt like I was about to faint and was pale and weak after it finally passed. It went on for about an hour. It was much worse than the last one I had which was on September 18th. It was at least as bad as the one I had on June 12th. I believe the more severe pain has to do with bleeding. This one and the one I had in June must have had blood in it. It could have been an endometrioma or a hemorrhagic cyst. I'm trying to determine if there is a link between this and global seismic activity, if it has any influence on the growth and/or the rupture. This appears to be something that started recently. I looked back on the last 7 months and did notice a pattern. I do not know how often I get cysts. I do know that they usually form during ovulation. The ones that grew enough to burst occurred after a more active month - where there were 5 magnitude 6.4+ earthquakes in the world. May was active. Around Memorial Day, I noticed bloating and discomfort and it was coming from the side of my pelvis. After about 2 weeks, it burst and the pain was horrific. The rest of June was a relatively quiet month. In July, it didn't happen again. July wasn't particularly active. In August, once again, no problem. September was very active and that was when I had a cyst that grew and popped. However, that might have been a simple cyst as it was not nearly as painful as the one in June and the one that happened today. It also didn't seem to last as long. It felt like a cyst that formed quick during the week of ovulation and grew which also happened to land around a surge in major earthquake activity. August was a quiet month, probably the most quiet month this year. Perhaps the pressure leading up to a surge in global seismic activity made it form and grow as the energy increased. October was a calmer month, so I was not experiencing symptoms of an ovarian cyst, at least not one that would become a problem throughout October and most of November. November was intense in terms of global seismic activity. There were 4 major earthquakes in one month. It was around Thanksgiving(24th) when I started feeling some mild discomfort. It quickly escalated from there. I was noticeably swollen a week later. I was very uncomfortable and emotionally sensitive. This lasted for 2 weeks. This at least has been a pattern I noticed over the last 6 months. I do not recall whether I had a problem in April because March was a very active month. This is probably something that just developed after more than a year of living here away from any plate boundaries. I'm going to really monitor this more closely and start taking more notes.

December 6, 2022
I'm waking up to more issues involving an ovarian cyst. I had some shooting pain in my lower back that woke me up at around 3 a.m. and I'm having trouble urinating. I examined my stomach and it is slightly more swollen on the right side and is sore to the touch. I'm very much sore and tender everywhere. It is affecting my mood too. I've been struggling with this for more than a week now. There has not really been enough activity going on in the world. There has been some significant activity and a 6.7 the other day, but it feels like there is due to be much more going on any time now. I feel like that could provide some relief from stagnant energy being trapped in my body.

December 4, 2022
There was finally a strong earthquake somewhere. It does not feel like that was it, though. My side still hurts and is sore. It may lag, but then start back up again at this point. It could suddenly become even more active any moment now. Meanwhile, a little closer to where I am, there have been 5 small earthquakes recorded in northwestern Georgia over the last day or two. The largest of those was a magnitude 2.3. There have been a lot of small earthquakes taking place on this side of the country again lately.

December 2, 2022
I'm feeling some sharp pains in my left side so far. It seems like I have not felt those in a while. I would feel this more frequently in California whenever more seismic activity would flare up in the region. Since I've been here in Tennessee, this would be before significant activity would suddenly start taking place in the world. However, something closer by cannot be ruled out even though it is much less likely. I still am struggling with an ovarian cyst. When it came to the swelling, I felt better earlier at around noon, but feel more swollen again now. I did notice a bulge in the lower abdomen on my right side, so it must indeed be a cyst. It is sore to the touch. I have not had much of an appetite either. I will start examining these symptoms too if this can be affected by increased activity worldwide.

November 30, 2022
I'm still feeling like a lot may be going on in the world. I have felt some side pain and heat. However, I'm dealing with a medical problem right now. I have another ovarian cyst and it feels like it suddenly got larger and I'm extremely uncomfortable. I have felt nauseous on and off all day and feel full quicker. It is even harder to drink water. I have to drink a little bit at a time. I don't know how long this cyst has been inside of me, but I noticed the sensation last week. It could have been Wednesday or Thursday. On Saturday, it became a little more bothersome. It felt like a pricking in my right ovary. Yesterday, I was feeling very tired and emotional all day. Today, I'm really feeling it physically. It has been throbbing and aching all day and the bloating is worse. On top of that, my left side is starting to hurt.

November 26, 2022
It was fairly quiet earlier today and I was not feeling much at all. Later on, I suddenly started to feel some tingling in my left side and felt warmer. I ended up going into watch mode again. There were subsequently several moderate earthquakes in parts of the world within a 2-3 hour period. It is still showing signs of being more active out there. I felt some sharp pains in my left side a few minutes ago.

November 21, 2022
I'm about to go to bed. I have been feeling a lot today. I was seeing red spots and flashes in my vision. The other night, everything turned reddish before I went to bed and I have been feeling dizzy lately. I have felt some sharp pains in my side this evening and felt dull aches in extremities. The aches and pains in the arms and legs are a symptom I sort of forgot about. It feels like something really big somewhere out there may be imminent. It has been feeling like a pushing and pulling towards that. There is due to be a massive earthquake somewhere. If it doesn't happen this month, then it will likely be next month.

November 19, 2022
I normally do not post every time I feel pain and other peculiar symptoms with each surge in global seismic activity. I would feel like it would start becoming redundant. However, I can still post how I feel during more active periods. Over the past week, I have felt some side pain, soreness throughout my body, and warmth as there were a lot of significant earthquakes over the past week. It still feels active now. In fact, this evening, I felt some mildly acute pain in my left side. I have also felt pelvic pressure all day(menstruation). Over the past week, I was premenstrual and my symptoms were amplified. I was also extremely anxious and emotionally sensitive. Certain symptoms and other feelings would intensify before and during surges.

November 9, 2022
I have not made a post in this blog for more than a week. There was not a whole lot going on before. Now there is. Overnight and early this morning, a lot of significant earthquake activity took place in the world. I set up a new global earthquake watch late on Monday. Yesterday, I felt some pressure in my left side and was feeling warm. I'm now feeling pain in my side. I have also felt somewhat dizzy earlier.

October 28, 2022
My left side was hurting a lot yesterday. There was a lot of seismic activity taking place worldwide. There was not anything serious, but there was a simultaneous increase in global activity. There was also a magnitude 2.8 in the New Madrid Seismic Zone early yesterday morning. There was also a mag. 2.7 in the NMSZ the previous day. There has been some more activity taking place there recently. I was not quite feeling as much upon waking up this morning, but I am just now feeling a little bit of pressure and discomfort.
Update: 6:20 p.m.(CDT - Tennessee, U.S.A.)
I am feeling some more tingling and pain in my left side. I have been feeling it over the past 3 hours on and off and am feeling warm. More activity is increasing in the world so far. The biggest so far was a magnitude 5.9 off the southwestern coast of Peru. There may be more activity brewing in that area.

October 25, 2022
I woke up early this morning feeling some sharp pains in my left side. My back was sore last night and I have been feeling warm today. I'm feeling some more pain in my side now. There have been two mag. 6+ earthquakes in the world over the last 24 hours. There still may potentially be a lot going on out there. So far, I'm continuing to feel a lot of energy. There has also been some more seismic activity occurring in the central and eastern United States this week.

October 22, 2022
There has been more signs of more significant activity worldwide. I've been feeling some pain in my left side on and off today. I have been also feeling a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen. I started early yesterday morning. Just before the bleeding, I felt a lot of pain. I felt like my womb was going to explode, but it did not last long. Thankfully, I was spared of painful endometriosis flare-ups. I take NSAIDS several days beforehand to prevent the production of bad prostaglandins that would set me up for unbearable pain. I was more sore than I ever was before 2 days ago. My back hurt and so did everything else. I was sensitive to every little thing. It was intolerable and was constantly on the verge of tears. There has also been some more signs of some activity in Tennessee again. I will have to monitor my symptoms every month to determine if there is a difference between a heightened level of activity and little going on around the world. In the past, I theorized that less activity meant more painful periods because of trapped stagnant energy that needed to be flushed out, but then there is the pressure.

October 20, 2022
I have felt a few sharp throbbing pains in my left side this morning. I have felt tender and sore over the past few days. There is a lot going on again out there so far. I'm also having other things going on that I do not always feel comfortable openly talking about. Some more seismic activity has been occurring in the New Madrid Seismic Zone over the last few days. I noticed that I not only feel pain before earthquakes, but right afterwards as well. It almost feels like spasms in my body. I noticed that I experience that often before even more significant activity takes place.

October 15, 2022
There are increased levels in global seismic activity so far. At this point, I'm feeling sore and tender all over. It might also be hormonal, but this has happened before and during surges in global seismic activity. I believe I experienced this before changes in activity nearby. There have not been any newly recorded events reported anywhere in or around TN in 3 days - The map on this side of the country(east of Oklahoma) is completely bare so far. However, these small quakes are not always reported right off the bat. There does not always have to be swarms of tiny earthquakes for there to be a bigger one. They can strike out of nowhere. A strong earthquake in Tennessee is quite rare, but not unheard of. Over all, there is likely more going on worldwide than anything around here. I'm not sure what I would be feeling if there was anything going on in or around Tennessee or on this side of the country.

October 13, 2022
I felt some sharp pains in my side earlier this afternoon. At around 5:20 this evening a magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck east of Papua New Guinea. Otherwise it has been very quiet out there lately. I'm thinking about how different my life would be on a tectonic plate boundary, such as when I finally go to Japan. The system of alert modes I use on Twitter and as headers on those blog posts would be different as I would be more focused on the activity around the region. Back in California, I still was aware of the seismic activity elsewhere in the world. In fact, I tracked it religiously then too. I was just mostly focused on activity around the area I was in - within a 100-mile(160 kilometres) or so radius. Even though that energy could be overwhelming at times where there were periods of no seismic activity at all, I was probably more well-off there physically. I noticed that tracking earthquakes from all over the world in the middle of a tectonic plate can be draining along with the other things I have going on in my life. I'm trying to make sense of what may be going on with my body. It can be confusing as well as scary. I get worried about my blood flow. I feel like I'm being pulled in many different directions and it can be taxing. I hypothesize that this may end up weakening my blood vessels where I could later on be at risk for an aneurysm when I finally go somewhere invigorating. I can only pray and do whatever I can to not delay traveling much longer.

October 11, 2022
I have not been feeling so much today. It has not been totally uneventful, but the levels of seismic activity has not spiked significantly. Last night, I briefly felt an intense aching pain in my left side up my ribs. There were a couple of new small events on this side of the country, but it was still far from here and not too interesting. It could change tomorrow or even later tonight, but I'm not feeling as much now as I did the last day or two ago just before there was more going on in the world.

October 10, 2022
There has been some more significant earthquake activity taking place in the world today. There has not been a magnitude 6+ anywhere yet, but there was a magnitude 5.7 just east of Taiwan. There was also a mag. 5.5 that struck the Fiji region earlier. I'm still feeling things. I am feeling extra sensitive so far. Usually before a rise in activity, I feel more physically sensitive than usual. I feel just about every little movement or vibration coming from the ground and I'm feeling quite tender as well.

October 9, 2022
I was not feeling that much over the past few days. However, I am feeling some pain in my side now. I have felt some earlier today as well. There was a mag. 6.2 in the Mid Atlantic Ridge earlier, but not much elsewhere. However, it is starting to heat up now. There could be a lot going on this week so far. I also felt some pain when I was on the road yesterday. I went to a nature park yesterday, so I wasn't here most of the day. I still get dizzy after getting out of the vehicle from being on the road for more than an hour. I noticed that has happened to me before. I'm taking in the energy that is being churned up into the truck and in through my feet. That can make a difference. It can help push old stagnant energy out which would benefit my health. There were a couple of very small earthquakes in Eastern TN overnight and today. I have been feeling some warmth this evening along with the pain and tenderness in my left side, so it is currently showing some signs of becoming more active in the world so far. I may follow up with another post in this blog tomorrow morning depending on what happens.

October 6, 2022
There was very little going on today, however, I have been feeling some acute pains in my left side over the past several hours. There has been some more seismic activity going on in Japan today. I could actually be more acutely sensitive to that part of the world because I had those same sensations the last time there were several magnitude 4+ in or near the island nation. There has also been some more seismic activity warming up in Southern California today. I seem to notice a pattern there where I still may have a connection there even though I have moved away from there over a year ago.

October 2, 2022
My left side is bothering me some more now. There has been more seismic activity increasing around the world with a few significant earthquakes over the last few days. There wasn't anything particularly serious, but it has been heating up. I'm feeling a more acute pain deep in my side. There has also been more seismic activity going on in Japan. I had some things going on yesterday and it was a hard weekend for me, so I'm sorry if I have not kept up with these posts. I'm feeling more tender throughout my body now as well.

September 28, 2022
The activity has decreased. I have not been feeling anymore symptoms today. However, I did start feeling a twinge in my left side just now. I was not expecting it to immediately act up in the world. I discovered in the past that I initially felt those symptoms several days in advance before a surge in global seismic activity. However, I may have been feeling it simply because there were increased levels in global seismic activity at the time. At this point, it may initially get very quiet before it becomes more active out there. I still struggle with leg pain. I really believe it has to do with my circulation. I have been drinking green tea everyday lately. It contains vitamin k. I need to consume more vitamin k. That helps with circulation and prevents clotting. I'm afraid moving here over a year ago and not traveling at all since I've been here could be doing some damage. I have been scared about it, but the good news is that it will not be that much longer before I finally go to Japan to study abroad. I don't know when that will be, but it should not take another year before I can go anywhere. I can't take another year like this. Thankfully something is being done.

September 27, 2022
My left side is bothering me this evening. I have been feeling a lot there all day, but I'm not in a lot of pain. So far, more earthquakes have been increasing throughout parts of the world. I have also been feeling very tender all over my body. I have also been feeling a lot of subtle vibrations. As much as it may start heating up, it could stop and I may feel completely different tomorrow morning.

September 22, 2022
I was feeling some pain in my left side again as I was in bed last night. I woke up this morning to find out that a magnitude 6.8 aftershock struck Mexico during the overnight hours. Yesterday, I have been trying to figure out a way to tell where there may be an earthquake. I may be good with the timing and having a feeling it may likely be about to act up somewhere, but I don't know if the world is satisfied with that answer. I can list multiple regions that have been showing signs of becoming active which included the most active areas in the world. I am aware that earthquakes are essentially random and can happen just about anywhere. There is no way to know exactly how big a rupture is going to be. It seems impossible to tell what is going on in various parts of this world all at once. I may have an idea but I still have not gotten past that. Otherwise, it feels like I'm just guessing where something might happen. I'm also catching myself thinking an area should be "getting a break" as it has already been so active. I think I need to really feel more than think. It takes more than just watching the monitor of a map of the world. This probably will not be easy as life happens, but I should monitor everything I feel. I should make note of it and see what happens later.

September 20, 2022
It has still been more active today. A magnitude 6.0 occurred off the east coast of Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula. I feel some pressure and pain in my left side. It feels like something is squeezing it. I have been busy all day both physically and mentally, so I have felt very tired this evening. I have been recovering from an ovarian cyst that ruptured on Sunday. I have been feeling better, but I'm now waiting for my period to arrive any day now. I'm having to monitor my health more. Yesterday, I was not in severe pain, but I felt some throbbing and twitching where the cyst was. At times like these, I wish I could have a hysterectomy. I never want to have children. I quashed that a long time ago. My heart couldn't take it - emotionally and physically. My reproductive organs have just been nothing but trouble for me - not just all the pain, but the overwhelming hormones. They can seriously interfere with what I do. I find myself in a brain fog each month - confused and forgetful. So far, I'm still feeling a lot in terms of worldwide activity. This is not to rule out the possibility of something going on on this side of the country.

September 19, 2022
It has not quit in the world. There was yet another large earthquake today and it was near the coast of Michoacan, Mexico. Yesterday, a magnitude 6.9 happened in Taiwan with a strong foreshock the day before. I have been feeling a lot of pain over the past several days. Not only has my left side been bothering me, but I was dealing with an ovarian cyst that eventually ruptured yesterday at around 11:30. It was of course very painful. I'm guessing it was 6 cm(at least at its critical point). I'm still feeling a lot right now. This might be the most active week yet. I'm not sure if there is a connection with the cyst and it rupturing. It is possible from the pressure. In the future, I will take notes if there are any differences in that department during more active days and low activity days. I'm also wondering if a load of strong earthquakes from parts of the world could cause me to feel more pressure since I'm not near any source where I get a full, firsthand exposure to seismic waves. Hypothetically speaking, it may initially be that way, but I eventually start feeling relief later. Perhaps it is essentially not quite done yet whenever I feel that way after multiple large quakes around the world in a short period of time(hours to a few days apart). I noticed that I have also been somewhat confused and forgetful all day today.

September 14, 2022
I felt like making an update in this blog before I go to bed. I was feeling pain in my side all last night and also felt very warm. There was indeed something going on. A magnitude 7.0 struck the Loyalty Islands. I have felt some more pain in my side this evening and more warmth. I'm also still concerned about this ovarian cyst. I am trying to find answers to help it shrink. I have been afraid of it growing and reaching a point where it would have to get worse before it gets better. It feels like pins and needles on the right side of my lower abdomen. I have felt very bloated. My stomach still looks relatively flat when standing, but is noticeably swollen when sitting and it is uncomfortable. I have been having a hard time eating. I still get full fast. I took an herbal supplement that would help reduce inflammation. I have also felt dizzy and tingling in my legs and feet this evening and that really scared me. It just now feels like it may be getting better and is hopefully shrinking.

September 12, 2022
I have continued feeling some pain in my side on and off all day. It still is not quiet yet out there. There were also a couple of small earthquakes in the Southeastern U.S., but still awfully small and far off. Otherwise, it could potentially mean more to come. I'm still suspicious I have a cyst. I'm still noticing some bloating and discomfort on the right of my pelvis/lower abdomen. I have not been very hungry lately and have felt full sooner. I laid off riding my bicycle or doing anything that could be strenuous and cause the possible(or likely) cyst to pop. The pain in my left side has sort of aggravated it.

September 11, 2022
I have been feeling a lot of pain this weekend. I felt some sharp pains in my side a lot yesterday leading up to a magnitude 7.6 somewhere in the world(Papua New Guinea). I still feel pain in my side now. I notice that there might be something else wrong with me. I may have an ovarian cyst that could be problematic. It has been causing me pain on the right side of my pelvis, a swollen belly, back pain, fullness after eating(causing me to eat less), and frequent urges to urinate. Sometimes I wonder if this energy rising during the middle of my cycle triggers or exacerbates it. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with why this is here. I had ovulation pain(Mittelschmerz) so bad on Friday night, it hurt just to sit down. The last time I had a bad cyst that ended up rupturing, there was a load of strong earthquakes in the world weeks prior to the rupture which was on June 12. May was a very active month. Again, I'm not sure if there is a relationship in that area. I at least have not paid that much attention to it before. I don't even know how long it might have been in there. It feels like it just formed and I'm afraid of it growing. Otherwise, I'm still feeling a lot of pain in my left side.

September 8, 2022
There have been increased levels of global seismic activity today. I have felt very warm and feeling some tingling in my left side. I have been feeling more anxious and emotional than usual and extra jumpy. I waited until late to make an update to make sure I wasn't confusing it with something else at first. I'm feeling some pain in my left side. It either feels like more significant activity may be on the rise again in the world or possibly something unusual going on not too far away from me. I will follow up tomorrow with this and if it changes. Either this may be it where it is back down to low levels of global activity and the symptoms subside or a lot happens.

September 7, 2022
I decided to make a post in this blog before I go to bed. It has not been too active today, but it does not feel like it is over yet. I felt some pressure and discomfort in my left side again even though it was nothing alarming. I am tender and sore there now. I have also been feeling heaviness in my feet and a decreased appetite. I'm not sure whether there may still be more serious activity going on in the world any time or day now or possibly something not too far away. There have been a few more small earthquakes in the New Madrid area again. They are still way too small and far away, though. It seems like a long shot for there to be something big coming up over there, but it is not out of the realm of possibility. It has happened before. I also have been feeling somewhat concerned about my circulation again. I have felt some more leg pain and stiffness. I even felt it in my thigh. I have also felt dizziness and tingling in extremities again lately.

September 2, 2022
So far, I have been feeling some tingling and burning deep in my left side. My energy is high and I'm feeling very warm. I also have had a slight headache. There was not much going on in the world at first, but a magnitude 6.1 was reported in the Papua New Guinea region. It has not come up on the USGS site yet, but there are signs of a lot to come within the coming days. There is probably going to be a lot of significant activity going on in the world within the next week or two so far. I noticed that I was feeling low at times this past week. It has felt like there has been a delay in a major surge in activity worldwide. It feels like it has not gone the full nine yards over the past month. I have also been feeling inundated and confused a lot as there has been more seismic activity than usual going on in the eastern half of the continent over the last several weeks, including the New Madrid Fault.

August 28, 2022
I'm really onto something. I figured out the contraction factor and how it worsens just before the seismic waves hit me. Furthermore, I can get a clue as to where in the earth's crust it could become active. I believe the sharp pains I feel in my side would be before more shallow focused earthquakes and it is usually rapid onset of symptoms. I mentioned slow-burners and rapid-onset types. I theorize that the slower events have deeper focal depths where the material is softer and more ductile. With more sudden onset of symptoms, it is usually prior to an earthquake occurring at a shallow focal depth where the rock is firm and cooler. I am feeling more now as it is beginning to show signs of becoming more active in the world after a quiet last few days. I felt a little bit of sharp pain in my left side and my body temperature is increased. I have felt pressure and discomfort elsewhere over the past hour.

August 24, 2022
I notice that with slow developing events, I tend to feel pain and discomfort a day or two leading up to it. It feels like a long-anticipated event coming up somewhere, especially a region that has been recently showing signs of growing more active. Sometimes, I could get days in advance to prepare for an explosive set of seismic events in the world. Other times, I feel a rapid onset of symptoms where I have to suddenly post a new watch. Today, I started menstruation. I was feeling some pressure in my abdomen and some pain in my side earlier on and off. I did not feel a lot of energy yet, though. It felt preliminary. It feels like it may start becoming more active in the world by tomorrow or early next week at the latest at this point. Since this is spread out to various parts of the world, it is impossible to tell what exactly is going to happen and where. I may be more sensitive to certain regions where I pick up on energy more acutely from there. It feels like there has been something going on in the region from Hokkaido, Japan to the Kamchatka Peninsula in northeastern Russia. There also could be something going on South of the Japanese home islands and in the Ryukyu Islands or the Izu Islands. At this point, it is hard to tell where the most energy is coming from, which area is the hottest. There is no single most active place in the world. Central America, Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia could also be potential candidates for the next strong earthquake. I will not explain much more on that because this blog explores the physical symptoms I experience leading up to earthquakes. This is where I document what all I feel. The most prominent of those peculiar symptoms is flank pain. The others were dizziness, warmth, feeling heaviness in the feet, and some visual disturbances(red flashes/spots; sometimes pink/purple too). The more recently discovered one affects menstruation where it causes contractions and pressure. Even more recently, I noticed overall tightness to the point where I would feel full sooner when I would eat. I was feeling sick earlier after eating soup for supper.

August 11, 2022
There may be little going on out there now, but I have been feeling some sharp pains in my left side today. Yesterday, there was less going on and some of my appetite came back. I have not been feeling as much leg pain and stiffness. However, I have felt dizziness and saw some vivid red and pink spots in my vision again. It could mean that it could start acting up any time now. At the same time, it may not act up much just yet. At this point, it feels like there might be a lot to come within the week ahead. I started to figure out why I'm more acutely sensitive to certain regions in the world than others. I found myself more sensitive to the Northern half of the Ring of Fire - Regions like Japan, the Kuril Islands and Kamchatka Peninsula, Alaska, and the West coast. Each of these places shares a tectonic plate. The Northern half of Japan is on the North America plate as well as Northeastern Russia. I feel more from those places than from the southern and eastern edges probably because there is more energy. Last week when there was a lot of activity going on in Japan and the Kuril Islands region, I was feeling somewhat intense symptoms. I felt some brief ice-pick pains in my side and couldn't eat much and swallowing was uncomfortable. I feel like consuming more liquids during those days such as smoothies, soups, or oatmeal. It still feels like it is going to get active in the world any time or day now so far.

August 7, 2022
It is still active out there. Earlier, a magnitude 5.8 occurred northeast of Hokkaido, Japan. I have been feeling sore and sensitive all day. My appetite is also shrunk down and sometimes, it is uncomfortable to laugh. I cough too. I felt some nausea and like something is squeezing my insides. I don't feel terrible, but I am feeling a whole lot. I have also experienced spasms in my arms. This is getting a little scary. I'm not sure what to think.

August 6, 2022
It still feels active out there. I have been feeling some pain and pressure in my left side all day today. It felt kind of quiet earlier, but I especially started feeling more again by this afternoon. I also noticed that I can feel so tight that swallowing is sometimes painful. I also have had a cough. At certain points, the pain in my left side can be acute, but very briefly. I'm very sensitive and sore as well and woke up to some serious leg pain this morning. Most of the activity has been in the region of Japan. There has also been moderate activity in the Kamchatka region of Russia and in the Southwestern Pacific(Vanuatu, Tonga regions). There were two new small earthquakes in TN overnight and today - NMSZ and Eastern TN.

August 4, 2022
I have been feeling some more pain in my left side over the past 30 minutes or so. So far, there is more activity occurring in the Izu Islands region(Japan). I'm still tender there. It is not as sore as it was over the past few days, but I still am feeling a lot so far. I have also felt spasms in my body that sort of woke me up on and off last night. Activity from that region(Japan) seems to affect me very strongly. There are certain areas of the world I may feel more sensitive to than others. Some minor seismic activity also flared up a little in Southern California. I have a connection there because I lived there for 8 years. I might be more sensitive to earthquake activity in parts of the Ring of Fire - Japan, Alaska, the Kuril Islands region and Kamchatka Peninsula, and California. I'm going to be paying more thorough attention to that and how to distinguish these sensations I feel compared to other parts of the world. It could be helpful in determining where the most potential energy might be coming from.

August 3, 2022
As I forecasted the other day, it has been fluctuating in terms of worldwide activity this week so far. It was more active yesterday, but today was relatively quiet. It was less active the day before yesterday. I'm not certain what tomorrow will be like or when the next surge might take place. It could become very active somewhere. There was also a volcanic eruption in Iceland following several days of vigorous activity. I have been contemplating even making a new post in the other blog tonight, but it does not seem like it will immediately act up. There is a chance it could start up overnight(CDT). I have felt some pressure and discomfort in my side earlier this afternoon. I do feel a tightening. I also notice that I feel full sooner and tend to eat less whenever it is like this.

August 2, 2022
The global seismic activity is at an increase again so far. I feel some pain in my left side again today. My side is also very sore. It hurts to the touch. I did these exercises yesterday that made me extra tender, but I have not felt a sore spot in my side in a while. I believe the last time I felt that sore there was when I still lived in California, shortly before a surge in activity in the region with a mag. 5+. The most recent earthquakes recorded nearest to my area was a magnitude 2.6 in western TN(NMSZ) and a mag. 2.1 in northwestern NC. Both happened late last night. I started to feel some pain in my side last night, but I'm not sure if part of it is connected to those events. They were still far off and rather small, but it is a different ballpark here. This land isn't broken up by faulting like out west. Earthquakes can travel quite a distance on this side of North America. Again, I am still not sure. I will pay further attention and see if I feel pain before more small earthquakes around 200 miles away. Otherwise, I more likely feel it from potential significant quakes in other parts of the world.

Pulling Strings
I made a couple of images describing what it feels like before earthquakes. It feels like something is being pumped into me, it feels like through intravenous means and the pain would worsen as a sudden clot/wad of the stuff initially begins entering the body and relief ensues after it is released in shockwaves throughout my body. Then there is another thing I envisioned.
I feel like I have these invisible strings infiltrated inside of me and tighten each time it is about to become active somewhere. It can feel like a steady tightening or a sudden yanking which likely causes the more acute side pains. I am documenting my symptoms with each rise and fall in global seismic activity. The other day, I was feeling some pain in my side and I felt warm. It was also day one of my period, so I was feeling a lot of discomfort in my abdomen and the bleeding was heavy. Yesterday, it got quiet and I felt little to no symptoms. The bleeding also got light and it was day 2(which is usually the heaviest day). Today, I started to feel more symptoms again, pressure all over, and heavy bleeding again.
The activity has gone up and there is a lot going on all over the world. I'm sorry that I sometimes have to get graphic with all this. I'm really beginning to understand how this works better as I am taking note of how I feel while monitoring the activity in the world. It is a contract-expand relationship. My body's frequency range resonates with that of the earth, so it matches its rhythm. I wish I had some medical equipment to measure things such as pressure in the body and muscle tension.

July 28, 2022
I have felt a lot of discomfort in my side over these last two days. Right now, I'm feeling some more acute pains, though they are not severe. I have been feeling this within the last hour. There is still more significant earthquake activity going on out there. To be caught up, a magnitude 7.1 struck the Philippines later that night(CDT) after my last post and two mag. 6+(6.1 and 6.2) in northern Chile occurred many hours later. A magnitude 5.8 occurred in Papua New Guinea over an hour ago. There were also just now reports of a magnitude 5.7 off the coast of Japan.

July 26, 2022
I have felt some pain in my side this morning and yesterday, but nothing extreme. It has been steadily becoming more active in the world and some signs of activity in an area not too far away(mag. 2.2 in Eastern TN yesterday). I had a hard night last night because our air conditioner has been out and we have been having to wait until tomorrow morning for technicians to fix it. Last night, I was feeling spasms in my arms and legs. It scared me. I'm not sure why that was happening. The yurekuru call app rang a couple of times during the overnight hours. There has been more earthquake activity going on in/around Japan lately.

July 24, 2022
This has been a very uneventful day in terms of earthquakes around the world. I have been planning to post a watch as delayed to the end of the month and early August. However, that isn't to say it will stay quiet until then. It can still get very active somewhere out there. There could even be one major earthquake imminent somewhere while it isn't so active elsewhere. I have been feeling some aching pains in my left side. They have been in the form of a throbbing running deep up inside my ribs. I felt a few brief pains this weekend, but otherwise, I have not felt that much.

July 20, 2022
This very well could be causing me to slowly develop varicose veins. I have been more tender and sensitive than ever lately in terms of hurting all over. Even my hands hurt when I apply pressure or any strain to them. I have felt some numbness in my legs going down stairs. Again, I'm also not ruling out that I may have Fibromyalgia. On top of all that, I'm trying not to fall ill with COVID since it is going around the household and very much impossible to avoid exposure. I have experienced mild symptoms so far where it just feels like a cold I have been coming down with. I don't want to sound like a hypochondriac or believe I'm dying or anything. I just noticed these problems with the leg and foot pain and small unexplained bruises on my legs started occurring about a year ago. It feels like I'm being pulled in multiple directions from here instead of focusing on the surrounding area not living on a tectonic plate boundary anymore. It is a huge difference and I know I'm not imagining all this. That may be causing tension and it has felt like something has been cut off and it could possibly be affecting my circulation. It probably has been especially bad lately as there has not been very much going on over the past 2 months. I have not felt a thorough flush of energy in a while. In the meantime, I'm being proactive where I'm doing some calisthenic exercises in the morning, incorporating a largely Japanese meal plan/diet, drinking matcha tea everyday, taking hot baths, riding my bicycle and getting out in nature as much as possible. I ordered natto beans and they should arrive by Saturday. I stay away from junkfood like potato chips and refuse to eat any fastfood. I noticed that I don't really have the stomach for any greasy, fried Southern food anymore. It tastes awful to me. I never ate a lot of that to begin with. I don't eat a lot of red meat or even poultry. I mainly eat fish, steamed vegetables, and rice as my heaviest meal. My other meal would mostly be liquid.

July 19, 2022
I'm not feeling a lot today so far. My energy is not very high and I have not been feeling any side pains except for a few throbbing, aching type of pains earlier. I put out a watch for the next 7 days, but it does not feel like it will immediately become very active in the world. It could end up being extremely quiet all day or even into tomorrow. It could end up not growing active until later this week. At the same time, it could change tomorrow, Thursday, or even a few hours from now. As of right now, it does not feel like it is becoming very active anywhere at all. I will provide an update here if something changes later on.
6:56 p.m.(CDT)
I have started feeling some side pains when I was cooking supper and cleaning the kitchen. I'm feeling some heat and it does look like it is beginning to grow more active in the world just now so far.

July 15, 2022
I have been feeling some stinging pains deep in my left side throughout most of this afternoon. They are relatively minor, but I am feeling a lot and I'm also feeling quite warm. There was a magnitude 6.4 off the coast of Chile earlier. There may not be that much going on elsewhere, but it still feels heated so far. I'm becoming more consistent with these posts and not ignoring whenever I start to feel these sensations. I am just now beginning to feel a little more pain in my left side. I have been tracking each time I feel flank pain and other peculiar sensations and each increase in global seismic activity.
Thursday, July 14, 2022
July 14, 2022
It is getting heated out there again so far. I'm feeling some stinging deep in my left side and I'm also feeling warm and more energy. I feel this way before and during any significant increase in global seismic activity. I will be posting updates as the day progresses. I'm also trying to understand the rhythmic energy related to my body and what fully relieves stagnation.
8:29 p.m.(CDT)
I'm still feeling a lot of pressure in my side. More significant activity has been taking place out there. A magnitude 5.7 struck Ecuador just a few hours ago. There is also a lot of activity going on in Southern California right now. There has not been a flare up of activity around the region in a while. There have not been that many at all over the past year. A magnitude 4.6 just occurred from the Ridgecrest sequence which was the largest aftershock that happened in a while. Meanwhile, I'm still feeling a lot of pressure in my side as well as heat. I'm not actually believing it is from all that going on where I used to live. It has been more active elsewhere in the world. I could still be affected by the activity back there to a degree, but doubt it is as strong as when I was still there. I have noticed feeling those symptoms before since I left and it flared up like that, but I'm not absolutely sure because I'm feeling a lot from all over the world now.
Tuesday, July 12, 2022
July 12, 2022
I felt some pain late yesterday before some more significant activity started up in the Southwestern Pacific. I am feeling some pain in my left side, but I'm not in a whole lot of pain. I learned that another possible condition behind why I hurt all over could be Fibromyalgia. I read that that is often connected with endometriosis. I feel random pain in my joints. I feel nerve pains and tingling sensations in my hands and feet. I get tired often even when I've been well rested. I experience anxiety and depression and have trouble concentrating at times. I felt it in my knee this morning and I've been more sensitive to touch. That condition is more common in women and can be caused by prolonged stress. I'm not ruling out possible circulatory problems, but I'm speculating other causes of all these weird sensations and pain over the past year. Of course, the physical sensations I experience before earthquakes is still a real thing. I'm speculating that perhaps a chronic condition could make me even more sensitive to these things than ever before. I have felt somewhat intense pain whenever there was a rapid increase in global seismic activity as if a major earthquake was on the verge of happening somewhere. It was a dud. I noticed that the pain would be more acute leading up to a magnitude 7 or greater somewhere. I also cannot forget visual changes beforehand that I have noticed for years. I would see red dots/floaters a lot before a significant seismic event somewhere or an increase in activity in my surrounding area. I will never forget seeing those in the week leading up to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake.
5:53 p.m.(CDT)
A magnitude 6.8 earthquake struck the Easter Island region just a few hours ago. I'm feeling a lot going on out there. My left side feels very tender and I'm feeling some pain there so far. I was feeling this earlier, but had difficulty describing it because it wasn't like I was feeling really acute pains.
Sunday, July 10, 2022
July 10, 2022
I'm still not feeling that much this morning. I honestly was not expecting it to grow more active yet. It could end up dipping right back down again and it may not act up at all today. It might grow active this week, but I also will not be surprised if another week goes by without any major activity anywhere. In 2017, there was a 2 or 3-month long gap in major earthquake activity worldwide. There was also a long uneventful period in 2018 as well. There is no way of knowing what may be going on for sure, but right now, I'm not feeling very much. I will probably make an update later if something changes.
5:32 p.m.(CDT)
I'm just now feeling some warmth and discomfort in my left side. A new magnitude 5.6 struck the Mariana Islands region. This was the first magnitude 5+ anywhere in the world all day. It stayed completely quiet today, but it just now may be heating back up again.
Saturday, July 9, 2022
July 9, 2022
I have felt less pain today, but it does not feel like it's over out there. I believe the pain grew kind of intense yesterday as there was a lot going on in multiple parts of the world at once. There were 2 magnitude 5.8 earthquakes in the Mariana Islands region yesterday. There are days where everything hurts. I cannot get over how sensitive I am where it is hard to move a certain way without causing sudden searing pain. I've been concerned about having a blood clot, but it might also be neuropathic. It could be putting some strain on me tending to many different areas at once over the past 16 months. It may have been grueling in California with periods of little or no seismic activity, but at least it felt like my circulation was mainly well off. I always felt better after getting out and going places. Now, I'm feeling all kinds of pulsing and it feels like bugs are crawling on me sometimes. I'm not sure if all the pain is related to nerves, blood flow, or perhaps both. I have concluded that it feels like contraction before an earthquake and then it loosens right after the seismic waves course through my body. I theorize that things start to tighten up and become tightest just before the initial seismic waves reach. I'm not sure whether that strain energy squeezes blood or causes it rush through my side(it is like a pocket halfway from my feet to head - absent of bones. I will be doing further research on this.
Friday, July 8, 2022
July 8, 2022
I'm feeling some sharp pains in my left side now. My feet and legs have been bothering me for days and I have felt pain and sensitivity all over. So far, more significant activity is starting to take place out there. A magnitude 5.8 just struck the Northern Mariana Islands region. The pain in my side grows somewhat intense. This does not happen often.
Thursday, July 7, 2022
July 7, 2022
Now, it went back to nothing. I'm not in a very good mood. I notice it has not been very active in quite a while. It was a long quiet month and it is still showing no signs of anything significant going on anywhere now. My left side still feels sore, but I'm not actively feeling much anymore. Now that I remember, I would be having a very hard time in California right now. I remember how it was when there were periods of no activity(magnitude 3+ and the overall count being well below 40 - number of EQs in the past 24 hours). I could not get over how crazy I was. This also reminds me of 2017 and 2018 when there were long quiet periods when it came to serious earthquake activity worldwide. I was hating life. When I don't feel good, this doesn't mean I want something big to happen where people get hurt. It has to do with energy being flushed through. I have not had that in a long time and I'm feeling frustrated.
8:30 p.m.(CDT)
I was hardly feeling anything all day except for some pressure in my legs and feet. I have started to feel a little side pain again this evening. There just now could be more going on again somewhere out there. It was extremely quiet all day. It has not been very active out there for quite a while. It is due to become very active any time or day now.
Wednesday, July 6, 2022
July 6, 2022
Yesterday and today, I felt a little bit of pain in my left side. It has been a slow, steady build-up it feels like. I have felt heaviness and I also notice a pulsing on the back of my left leg above my calf. It has been going on over the past week. Now, I feel very warm. There are now some more signs of it becoming significantly active somewhere out there. A magnitude 5.5 struck Chile just now. There has also been some more small earthquakes in and around Tennessee over the last 2 days. A magnitude 2.4 struck near Gatlinburg in the Smokey Mountains early this morning. There were a couple of other mag. 2+ quakes in eastern TN since yesterday as well as in the New Madrid area west of here.
6:04 p.m.(CDT)
It is growing tighter. I felt more pain in my left side over the past hour so far. It ran up deep into my ribs. I felt pressure there earlier. It seems it was stuck up my leg and then finally welled up into my ribs.
Sunday, July 3, 2022
July 3, 2022
I'm not feeling so much in terms of side pains. The activity has decreased, but it should become more active again any time now. I have been feeling some pressure inside. I felt discomfort and some cramping and I'm on the third day of my cycle. It is heavy right now. I have not been posting as much over the last few days since I have had house guests over. It has been kind of stressful. My side does feel tender and I have felt some energy. I even have felt some deep phantom vibrations. I'm onto something. I'm starting to figure out an algorithm when it comes to compressional sensations in my body. At this point, it is tightening, but not all the way. Usually, when a major earthquake is on the verge of happening in the world somewhere, I feel cramping, fullness, and sharp or deep pain in my left side. I also feel heaviness in my feet and legs. At this point, there may not be anything particularly large imminent just yet, but there may be more significant activity out there imminent with the possibility of a magnitude 7 or greater within the week ahead.

June 28, 2022
It has been very unsatisfying this month. There has not been any real surges in moderate to significant activity and the last magnitude 6 or greater was 3 weeks ago. My premenstrual symptoms have been exacerbated. I have been depressed a lot over this past week, along with stress over people coming over. I have also been tired all day even though I was well rested. I felt a little better earlier when it briefly showed signs of becoming more active, but it discontinued and I felt horrible this afternoon. June last year was a somewhat uneventful month as well. If it doesn't change by the end of this month, then there should be a lot of significant activity expected early or mid July. I cannot imagine it going on like this much longer.
Sunday, June 26, 2022
June 26, 2022
There was a lull in activity all day. However, some activity has flared up in the Southeast(U.S.) again over the past 24 hours. It still feels like a lot of serious activity is due to take place worldwide this week. My left side feels very tender and sore. I noticed I was feeling some depression and leg and foot pains probably from the lack of much significant activity all month. I'm just now starting to feel like it could start back up at any moment or any day.
Friday, June 24, 2022
June 24, 2022
There are increased levels of global seismic activity so far. The biggest earthquake that has happened over the last 24 hours was a magnitude 5.8 in the East Pacific Rise. I'm still feeling a lot of symptoms. My side has been hurting on and off all day. I have also been experiencing a lot of foot and leg pain. I'm wondering why it hurts so much. I noticed even feeling that in my hand for a split second today. I feel as though I have some nerve damage going on. I'm also once again concerned about my circulation.
Thursday, June 23, 2022
June 23, 2022
Just moments ago, I started feeling some sharp side pains. It feels like it slowly crept up. I felt pain in my knee earlier this morning that caused me to limp a little. It feels like it might not be over yet. Besides, the earthquake in Afghanistan was barely a magnitude 6.0. There is still due to be a surge at least by the end of this month. It has felt weak in terms of energy. I even noticed that I woke up depressed in the mornings over the past week.
Sunday, June 19, 2022
June 19, 2022
There are still moderate levels of seismic activity taking place in the world. There still has not been anything significant yet. It has been a while now. There is due to be something any day now. I was not feeling much in terms of side pains until today. I'm felt some acute pains, but it does not feel like it is getting active out there just yet. June seems to be a quiet month so far. I will not be surprised if it becomes totally stagnant. If it stays like this much longer, then there will most likely be a whole lot to come later.

June 17, 2022
This past week has been really weird for me. Last Sunday, I suffered a ruptured ovarian cyst. The activity has also been up and down, but it feels like a lot more is suppose to start happening by now. I was very moody and extra sensitive. Last night, I sort of had a dream I was in Japan and then found myself stuck and unable to move with something hot going deep into my left side and up my ribs until it punctured the skin. I woke up feeling violent shaking and and then ovulation pain. I have felt ovulation pain over the past 3 days and it was worse today. Yesterday evening, as I was in the shower, I noticed half of my hand was purplish and I was terrified thinking a blood vessel broke. It faded just minutes later. All this makes me wonder how long my body has been without really feeling an earthquake or having that energy pushed all the way through me. I have also noticed that my skin sort of lost its healthy glow and looks more pale and translucent. It would not be a sign of aging already, but it makes me fear my health could be down. It feels like there is due to be a surge in global activity and maybe that might help. It isn't like there has been a big gap in worldwide activity. Not being able to get out as much and stress may have also caused me those problems. I know that my body has an algorithm and we all have various frequencies. So far, I feel warm and my left side does feel somewhat tender where there might be more significant activity going on out there very soon - by this weekend or early next week.
Tuesday, June 14, 2022
June 14, 2022
I am feeling a little grumpy this morning. I had to cancel a watch and there has not been any signs of activity(reportedly) on this side of the country in almost a week. I feel like I've been recovering from a ruptured ovarian cyst. I have not been ill or in much pain, but I noticed that I felt tender all over. So far, I woke up with a feeling that it is not going to get very active out there anytime soon. There could be a gap in activity this month. At the same time, it could change on a dime as soon as today and I could end up making a new post this week after all. At this point, I'm feeling rather confused and even frustrated. I'm not sure what is going on - whether there may be a gap in significant activity worldwide this week or a long, drawn-out event where it increases into a breakout in significant earthquakes or one big earthquake happening somewhere. The other day, I was feeling sharp pains in my left side on and off throughout the day. It was showing signs of growing active in the world, but then the feelings started fading and it ended up being the complete opposite. I also questioned whether these side pains can also point out there being something wrong with my health or some problem I'm having and not just compressional energy. So, I was also wondering if it was because of that cyst(on my right side). I'm not sure at this point. I don't like how I'm feeling this morning.
Sunday, June 12, 2022
June 12, 2022
I had something else going on with me today. I'm still feeling some side pain at the same time. I might have had an ovarian cyst that ruptured. Several days ago, I suspected a cyst had grown on my right ovary(just around the end of my period). I felt a dull ache there and experienced other symptoms indicative of it. Today, I suddenly felt severe pain in my lower abdomen. It was unbearable. It lasted for about 2 hours - it came and went in waves. I also felt nauseous and broke out in a cold sweat. I was feeling drained and emotional. It was so painful. I was thinking about checking into a hospital. After I started feeling better, I decided to let someone know about it tomorrow. I am feeling better right now. I felt a little weak and lightheaded without any appetite, but I'm not in pain. I also took some pain relievers about an hour ago. If that was what happened, which I'm more convinced it did, I wonder what may have caused the cyst to rupture. I did not do anything vigorous. I read that they can grow large enough to pop, but I don't know if I had a large one inside of me. I have started to feel some flank pain as there are signs of more significant activity on the rise worldwide. I'm not sure if there is anything going on around here(Central and Eastern U.S./Tennessee). There have not been any new reports of any small quakes in 3 days, although they are often reported late.

June 10, 2022
I have been feeling sharp pains in my left side all day today. I posted about it earlier, but retracted it because at the same time, I did not feel like it was about to immediately become significantly active in the world. It could become very active out there this weekend or next week. However, I will not be surprised if this pain is completely gone by tomorrow morning and there isn't anything else going on. So far, some more signs of significant activity has started to take place out there over the past hour(magnitude 5.6 in New Zealand). I don't remember the last time I felt sharp pains in my side that last all throughout the day. There was some significant activity taking place out there yesterday(magnitude 5.9 in China), but it grew quiet again, but it feels unstable now at this point. I'm also not ruling out the possibility of activity in the Central or Eastern U.S. any time or day now.
10:09 p.m.(CDT)
I'm no longer feeling sharp pains in my side. I also notice I feel a little cranky. I remember experiencing this before. There feels like a sudden increase in activity is coming on, but then it stalls and the symptoms subside. It seems like it is something that starts up, but stops but will probably act up later within the next few days or week ahead. At the same time, it feels like there should be a lot going on any time now.
Saturday, June 4, 2022
June 4, 2022
My left side is bothering me for sure, but I'm not in any intense pain. I feel it varying from a duller, achy type of pain to more of a sharp pain. There were two magnitude 6+ earthquakes in the world today. I also felt compressional discomfort as well.
4:50 p.m.(CDT)
I'm feeling some more pain in my side and pressure throughout my body. I'm also seeing more red floaters(vision).
Monday, May 30, 2022
May 30, 2022
My left side is hurting more now. I was beginning to feel some light pains in my side earlier this evening. It has grown more bothersome just now and I am also feeling hot. It was very quiet today in terms of global earthquake activity, but that could change any time now or sometime this week. I also started taking ibuprofen today in preparation for a particular time of the month. I'm due on Thursday and I was feeling anxious about the pain. I am making sure I'm also not confusing some of this pain with endometriosis. I have already felt sensitivity and discomfort in my pelvis and all over. It could be all this combined. My legs have been bothering me as well lately. I am also wondering about possible activity in the Central and Eastern U.S. as there has been some more activity going on over the past 2-3 days.

May 29, 2022
It has not been active in the world at all today. I have not felt any side pains or sudden increases in energy or physical stress. I felt a little twinge in my side about 20-30 minutes ago. My legs have been starting to bother me today. I also have felt dizziness and feeling heaviness in my feet. I'm starting to pay more attention to my circulation. I noticed that I'm constantly cold. I cannot tolerate any coldness at all. Even 70 degrees Fahrenheit(21 degrees Celsius) is cold to me. It's horrible. I have never been this sensitive to the cold. It seems like more seismic activity from all over provides some relief. It feels like it may be hard waiting until June. However, there have been some signs of more seismic activity closer to where I am.

May 26, 2022
The world seismic activity levels are very high today. A magnitude 7.2 struck southern Peru several hours ago and not long after that a magnitude 6.4 struck the Loyalty Islands. Yesterday was quiet where I almost cancelled the extended world earthquake watch. Later on, I had a feeling there was a lot to come any time or day now. My side has been tender since late yesterday. This morning, just shortly before the major earthquake in Peru, I felt a dull aching deep in my left side. I also briefly felt a mildly acute throbbing pain in my left side before the mag. 6.4 in the Loyalty Islands. This made me think about how the pain can vary from a sharp pain to a dull, achy type of sensation. I theorize that the dull, aching types of pain might be from a convergent boundary - where the earthquake might be deep in thick continental crust. The more sharp pains could be from shallower, transform and divergent boundaries. The boundary where the mag. 6.4 was was at the tail end of a transform boundary. However, if an earthquake in a convergent boundary were not at a deep focal depth, the pain may not be as dull. I will start taking notes on that with future events. I felt more of an aching pain rather than a sharp pain with activity from Japan. Japan lies largely along a convergent boundary - hence subduction zone earthquakes. I felt sharp pains before the Ridgecrest sequence(which was relatively close to me) which was in a transform tectonic plate zone(also strike-slip events). In California, the pains varied there quite often. The dull, aching sensations were from reverse faults in the area. Before, I theorized it had to do with the length of fault the energy was coming from.

Status Update: 5/23/22
I think that after a spell of pain and symptoms, I should provide an update whenever something changes from now on. As of right now, I'm no longer experiencing what I did late yesterday and last night. The activity around the world has seemed to discontinue so far. There is not much happening anywhere right now. There has not been any new reported earthquakes in the Central and Eastern U.S. over the last day or two. If things do change again later, I will add an update on what is going on then.
8:32 a.m.
I was not feeling that much initially this morning, but about an hour later, I was feeling a small rush of energy. I'm suddenly feeling tired right now. My side is tender and I am starting to feel lightheaded.

I felt like making a post here just before I go to bed. I'm in some pain right now. There has been a lot of earthquakes out there - multiple significant ones over the past 24 hours. Japan has certainly been acting up again. I have felt some dizziness and some mild pain and tingling running up my legs. I'm feeling some more pain in my left side. It feels like a stronger ache under my ribs. I have felt somewhat weak over the past 5 or 6 hours. I have also been feeling hot.

May 19, 2022
I'm feeling some aching in my left side again right now. Earlier, a magnitude 6.9 hit the Macquarie Islands region just less than an hour before I woke up this morning. I have felt somewhat overwhelmed and tired, but my energy levels have been up and down. It is a lot to process plus the other things I have going on throughout my day. It does not feel like it is done out there yet so far.

May 18, 2022
Yesterday evening, I felt prompted to make a post issuing a new world earthquake watch as I started feeling some sharp pains in my left side as the activity was increasing. Today, it died down somewhat and I was not feeling much until just over the past hour or two. I'm feeling some minor pain in my side. It is a minor throbbing sensation. I have also felt a little pain running up my legs earlier this afternoon. Much of the activity has been taking place in the region of Japan(off the coast of Honshu and in the Ryukyu Islands).

A Summary: 5/17/22
I made a statement on Twitter about how the world is always active. There are generally very few days where it is overall completely quiet everywhere(with the exception of smaller earthquakes). I also remarked how it may be dangerous for me to stay here that much longer. It is a lot to process at once. I imagine how much different things would be if I were somewhere tectonically active. Back in California, I was focused more on the region(primarily Southern California) during those 8 years. Although I did cover the rest of the world, I was mainly concentrated in that area instead of being all scattered about. I have speculated that the bodily functions that might be the most heavily impacted by these processes are my circulatory system and hormones(all connected to the brain).
Today, I will write about the blood flow. I just thought of a theory where here, my veins are more impacted while back in California, my arteries were affected more. The arteries(red - oxygenated blood) carry blood away from the heart while veins(blue - deoxynegated blood) carry blood towards the heart. Arteries carry blood under high pressure. Veins carry blood under low/negative pressure. Arteries have thick, muscular, elastic walls to pump and accommodate blood. Veins have thin walls and a less muscular than arteries. Arteries have a type of supporting tissue called connective tissue that provides strength. Veins have less connective tissues than arteries. Veins have valves that help prevent backflow of blood.
I had more pressure in California but ventilation. Here in TN it feels like a weakness. While I get secondhand energy from distant larger earthquakes and more susceptible to energy changes elsewhere around the globe, there is a lack of that ventilation or something feels cut off. I spent 8 years in California with only 2 out-of-state trips to here(to visit Grandparents). One visit was for 2 weeks and another was 1 week. It may have only been a little bit longer than 2 weeks when I started having problems with serious leg pain. The foot pain and discomfort started happening right away after walks around the neighborhood. I had that same thing during my last visit. Over this past year, I was noticing the veins in my legs becoming more visible and finding random small bruises. I don't think my life is in immediate danger right now. If anything, this would be a very slow death. I'm not quite sure what is happening, but I have been monitoring that and it was a problem I did not have before I got here. I recently questioned if I really would have been better off in California with the fact that it remains locked up and this could go on for another 10 to possibly 20 years. I remember how I felt there. I didn't know how many more years I could take with it being like that with little to no relief for the pressure and pain. In retrospect, I don't know if I could even make it after 5 more years going by without a decent-sized event. I could have ended up having a heart attack or stroke, I don't know. When I get to Japan, I imagine how much better off I would be. It is a lot different there than California - a different, more complex kind of tectonic system. At the same time, I am afraid I'm already compromised after all these changes. This whole thing must have begun almost 12 years ago when I traveled to a tectonic plate boundary for the first time. If I had this my whole life before ever traveling outside of this part of the U.S., I at least was not aware of it until then. It feels like I was born in the wrong place(of course, I love my family with all my heart and all I had in my life). It at least just feels that way physically. Perhaps it would have been different if I were born somewhere like Japan or Alaska. It would have been fully in my system being in these ever-active tectonic regions instead of all this mess. It will be interesting to find out what all I will be feeling in Japan.

May 12, 2022
Earlier today, it seemed like everything was finally becoming quiet. I was not feeling much pain at all until just over the past hour. I felt more of a dull pain in my left side. I'm also feeling very warm now and tender everywhere. I have also been more emotionally and physically sensitive since this last round of significant activity started.

May 11, 2022
I have continued feeling some pain in my left side on and off all day today. Last night, a magnitude 6.8 struck Argentina and there continues to be high levels of activity worldwide. I'm also looking at seismographs around TN and found some disturbances. There has not been any reported events in the state or the New Madrid Fault in nearly a week, but it may not be that quiet. There were a total of 7 earthquakes in South Carolina over the past several days. I have also been feeling a lot of deep vibrations lately. Right now, it feels like something is working its way up my leg.

May 10, 2022
There have been 2 mag. 6+ in the world so far. They both occurred yesterday. I have continued to feel more pain and soreness in my flank. I was also still feeling somewhat stiff upon waking up this morning. I am almost certain it is not done. A magnitude 5.6 just struck the Vanuatu region and it is still heated out there. There has also been some noticeable seismic activity in the southeast region of the United States over the last day or two. A magnitude 3.3 struck South Carolina at around 12:30 a.m. on Monday. A magnitude 2.9 struck the same area last night. That activity was about 370 miles from where I am, so I'm not sure if that could affect me. It depends if a big event happens there.

I felt some more pain today. More moderate activity is increasing in the world. I felt a more acute pain in my side just moments ago. Earlier, I was feeling tender there and all over. I have also been feeling very warm. I have felt lightheaded a lot today as well. I noticed that I felt a little depressed yesterday and I realized that it was not very active out there and there has not really been anything for a while. Now, I'm feeling more energy today so far. I have especially started feeling more this evening.

May 7, 2022
I have started feeling some sharp pains in my left side over the past hour. Some more seismic activity has increased in the world so far. I have also been feeling quite warm. I will make more updates depending on what happens.

Update: 5/6/22
I may not be feeling a lot of pain in my side right now, but the energy levels are there. I could start feeling something any time now as it is likely to become more active within the week ahead. So far, there has been a magnitude 5.9 and 6.0 offshore of Mindanao, Philippines. There have since been increased levels of activity out there. I also felt a lot of pressure inside. It is the second day of menstruating and I was feeling discomfort earlier and heaviness. I felt that before minutes to hours leading up to a major earthquake somewhere in the world. It is usually the first 3 days where I tend to experience that discomfort. I'm almost expecting something to "tug my strings" any time or day now. I imagine having these strings deep inside of me extended and connected to various areas. One of them gets tighter and tighter and eventually sends something that causes a pain in my side. That is how I picture all of this. I have tried exploring if there was a certain area in my body connected to different parts of the world. I am working on understanding the endocrine system and areas of my brain and their function. I recognized that my emotional state can vary depending on where I am. These moods are amplified during menstruation and the week leading up to it. Here in Tennessee in the middle of a plate, I noticed that I'm less angry and aggressive, but more emotionally sensitive and more prone to tears here than in CA. I remember that in Florida as well. In California, I remember struggling with a lot of anger. The energy there made me aggressive and it grew overwhelming during periods of little or no seismic activity in the area. My mood can also depend on my environment. In the middle of a plate, I realize that I feel very tender. I'm more sensitive to distant earthquakes, especially in various areas throughout different directions. It is softer here.
May 6, 2022
Perhaps the soreness in my side might have to do with some activity around this region. After several small earthquakes east and west of here, I was not feeling anymore soreness or pain in my side. However, there were also no more signs of significant activity going on in parts of the world. I will have to monitor that and see if there is a pattern related to seismic activity on this side of the country. This can also be an update on my health. In regards to my cycle, I have not had a lot of pain over the last 3 months. These last 3 periods have been rather easy on me. I have not had any flare-ups lately. Now, I'm not sure whether this is a good sign or not. If I have a more advanced stage of endometriosis, that does not always mean more pain. In fact, there can be less pain at a later stage and the early stages can be where the pain is the worst. Otherwise, I don't seem to be struggling that much with pain related to menstruation so far. I also am not certain what exactly is going on now in regards to my blood flow. The other day, I felt some intense pain in my foot standing in a ditch. Certain positions can trigger foot and leg pain. I'm not really sure at this point whether being in the middle of a tectonic plate is worse for my health or not. I am not jumping to conclusions that it is, but I never had these issues before when I lived in California.

April 29, 2022
My left side is extremely tender and sore right now. It hurts a little to the touch. It feels like there could be a lot going on out there any time or day now. I'm just now feeling some more pain. It is a throbbing pain. I have also been feeling warm lately. I will wait and see if anything else happens later.

April 26, 2022
I made a post over the weekend extending an EQ Watch, but ended up deleting it this morning. I have not felt much at all yesterday or this morning. However, I'm just now feeling some instability. I'm feeling a little pressure in my side. So at this point, I could end up issuing a new watch today, tomorrow, or later this week. It can change on a dime. As of right now, I'm not putting anything out there yet. I'm going to wait and see if there are any further changes in energy levels.
Update at 5:51 p.m.(CDT)
I have started feeling a slight stinging in my left side. I am feeling warm and tingly where it feels like it could act up again this week or any time now out there(not ruling out the possibility of something close by). I'm thinking about issuing a new watch. It does not feel urgent right now. I may wait until the morning to see what happens. At this point, it feels like there could be more significant activity going on in the world this week, but it might not be right now. Again, I may suddenly spring into action this evening. I'm still keeping an eye on it.

April 23, 2022
I was not feeling so much earlier today until this evening. I walked around outside to connect and take in the energy everywhere. My left side has been more sensitive again and some more activity has started to increase again in the world. I feel tender all over as I'm taking in all the vibrations. Someone has also recalled to me that I had my hearing tested back when I was about 14 years old. They told me that I was picking up on frequencies that are beyond human hearing range. That can also be evidence on how individuals can pick up on and be more sensitive to certain frequencies and vibrations. More recently I have also noticed that my veins are extremely visible especially in my feet. They are bulging in my feet and they appear somewhat odd looking in my legs, but they are not bulging. It made me theorize that it could also be caused by the stress from my body contracting before earthquakes. I have observed how I felt pressure or squeezing inside and heaviness in the bottom of my feet with pain in my side moments before an earthquake. This doesn't mean every earthquake. In California, it would happen before a more significant earthquake nearby and a particularly large earthquake somewhere in the world while here in Tennessee.

April 21, 2022
There has been another round of significant earthquake activity around the globe over the past several days. I have felt more side pains and some dizziness. I wanted to take note of how it begins in the legs. The moment I start to feel some stiffness or pain in my leg(s) or in my feet, I expect to feel some pain or discomfort in my side later at some point. Yesterday, I stood outside to ground myself. I felt vibrations as I walked around the yard. Each footstep reverberated with the resonance of the earth below. The wave lengths were shorter when walking on concrete. I took it all in, sensing my surroundings. The backyard felt softer than the front yard where more rocks were. It felt like there was bedrock in the front yard not that far beneath my feet. I took in all this ambient energy from everywhere. I left myself tingling. I also noticed a sudden increase in energy. I ended up jumping into the air and taking off running, getting on my bicycle. That is probably something I should do from now on to see if anything might be going on in the world or possibly closer to my area. There was a magnitude 2.3 in western Tennessee this morning. There were also some mysterious signatures on some of the seismographs around Middle Tennessee today. I have seen those before. So far, it still feels active in the world. My left side is very tender.

April 15, 2022
There is an increase in the rate of seismic activity in the world. I have been feeling some sharp pains in my left side on and off all day. I initially felt an aching in my left side yesterday evening after a quiet day. Later that night a mag. 5.5 occurred in NW China. There was also a magnitude 2.5 in the New Madrid Fault at 1:19 this afternoon. I'm feeling warm and full of energy so far. I also made a somewhat crude illustration of what the energy flow paths look like on a plate boundary and inside of a plate.
When I was living in California, the energy was mainly focused on the surrounding region(typically a radius of around 100 miles) but vaguely branched out through the plate boundaries connecting to the rest of the world. Here in Tennessee, the flow of energy comes in from every direction, extending towards plate boundaries. I could perhaps pick up on some activity from over 200 miles away on this side of the country. I will have to wait and see if anything more significant occurs on this side to confirm it.

April 14, 2022
Yesterday evening, I took a hot bath. When I got out of the tub, I noticed 3 small bruises on my left thigh. I know I didn't hit anything. Before, I was concerned that moving here in the middle of a tectonic plate affected my blood flow being bombarded by trapped energy from distant large earthquakes from all over the world. Then I realized all the stress from living in California for 8 years as the boundary there hardly moved. When I was living there, the strain energy got so intense that it was hard for me to imagine it remaining that way for another 10 years, let alone 20 years. I get haunted by this dark side of me that came out that still frightens me to this very day. I had dark thoughts at the worst of those times, but never actually thought about hurting anyone or anything. I just recall how angry I would get. I had horrific outbursts whenever I was by myself. I broke objects. I would thrash and bite myself. I was shocked at myself. I was ashamed but could not seem to stop. They were unpredictable and often happened for no reason at all. It would suddenly hit me and it was overwhelming and I twitched and convulsed at times. After I came here, I never had that problem again. Sure I have gotten quite angry at times, but I never had anything like I did back out west. I made two trips out here during the years of me living in CA. I noticed that I was a lot calmer during both trips. Regarding concerns over possible circulatory/vascular issues, it could be this as a whole. I imagined connecting to all these sources of energy deep in the earth all over the world can be overwhelming and taxing on my little body. At first I was scared I had Deep Vein Thrombosis with the severe calf pain, but it shouldn't develop that fast. I couldn't rule out the possibility of the early onset of varicose veins - the bruising, the pain and heaviness I feel in my legs about everyday. My veins are generally visible because I tend to have pale, translucent skin, but they seem a little darker, but not bulging out in my legs. My feet, however are where they look a bit gnarly. I even see thin little reddish capillaries near the surface of my skin. I doubt there is anything very serious going on yet. As long as I don't stay in the same area for more than 2 years and move around enough in the meantime, I should not worry too much yet.

Runover
This post will be a review of everything in relation to where I have been with the physical sensations I have experienced. I woke up with another Charley Horse this morning. I'm not assuming it is something more serious. I don't think anything like DVT would set in that quick. This started happening shortly after I moved here from California. I began fearing that this dramatic change in location disrupted my blood flow, being far away from a plate boundary. I have felt pulled in various directions instead of a steady stream of energy branching and connecting elsewhere. I started to question all that last night. I wonder if I would have been in more danger there since so little has happened in terms of actual released energy. I wonder if that could have made my blood pressure go sky high at times. It felt like it. I remember how it affected me after there being no earthquakes for a period of time. I felt rabid-like crazy and I was very angry a lot. I had sudden flashes of anger that I did not understand. Before moving to California 9 years ago, I never thought the San Andreas Fault would stay locked for that long. Scientists say that it should go off within 20-30 years. I never will regret living there and I still miss it terribly at times. I just wonder how well off I would be right now if we never had left. It makes me wonder if I would have stroked out by now because it has seemed more quiet than ever over there. Reasons why I began to consider all that was because some strange things happened to me when I was there. Shortly before the move, I was at my job and instead of saying "Good morning", I blurted out the name of my cat out of the blue. It scared me and made me wonder if I had a T.I.A. for a second. There was another time I would never forget. I went to touch the marker on the San Andreas Fault in Wrightwood. I was very lightheaded and when I looked up, I suddenly started seeing red everywhere - everything suddenly was tinted in red and orange. Even the sky was red. There have been other moments where I saw more redness. In fact, that used to be one of the strange symptoms I mentioned while picking up on little spikes in activity in the region. I am uncertain as to what may be going on with my body. This is just me speculating. As much as I miss the place, I remember that intense stagnant energy being horrendous on my nerves. I have definitely calmed down considerably since I got here. I don't feel flank pain everyday anymore. I will revisit and explore this some more later.

April 3, 2022
I want to limit talking about my health and aches and pains to where it is more relevant to earthquake sensitivity and the symptoms involved. Otherwise, it would look like I'm just being histrionic. I have felt both side and leg pain and discomfort on and off today. There has been signs of it acting up some more out there so far. I felt a few deep phantom vibrations today as well. Every-so-often, I could mention a physical sensation that may not be related, especially if it is something that may be more concerning. This issue first occurred on Friday. I felt a sudden dull ache on the right side of my pelvis. It occurs 2-3 times throughout the day but it is short-lived. I was wondering if it could be an ovarian cyst(like an endometrioma). I know my time is coming up - next weekend. That being said, I have been feeling a lot of physical sensations. I felt some sharp side pain a couple of times today. All weekend, my legs have been bothering me(mostly the left). I have also felt dizziness and spasms as well as more numbness and tingling in my hands.

March 30, 2022
I felt some more throbbing pains in my left side today. Lately, it has been a pinching, throbbing type of pain. I'm trying to understand that with how the pain varies each time. It may have to do with the type of boundary the energy is coming from and the distance, but I'm going to research that deeper. A magnitude 6.9 struck the New Caledonia region earlier. My leg has been bothering me again. I have been feeling spasms in my body. I suddenly felt extremely tired this evening. I'm having to drink some coffee to help keep me awake as we are expecting some severe weather tonight.

March 26, 2022
I have felt some pain in my left side a few times today. There has still been more earthquake activity taking place in the world even though it slowed down briefly earlier. I'm troubled by this numbness and tingling I have been feeling in my hands lately. I felt it a lot today. To me earthquakes are more than just feeling movement in the ground and my surroundings. They are so visceral. Sometimes I need at least a rolling or a jolt to push energy through my system thoroughly and help get my blood flowing. I theorized that individuals each have certain frequencies. It is like a princess and the pea syndrome. I do not have a high tolerance for many types of pain. Any sort of piercing or stinging is what I have a low pain threshold for. Someone can be standing on my foot or lie on top of me with their weight and it does not bother me as long as there is no poking or pinching. Any sort of sensation that could interfere or distract me from feeling the ambient energy of the earth bothers me more. I tend to not be a good patient. I have a low tolerance for an upset stomach and G.I. tract. I also suffer when a certain time of the month comes up. Sometimes I believe a hysterectomy would be necessary. I never want children. I probably may not be able to handle it physically either. Although I have been overall healthy with a strong immune system, I could be compromised with this condition I have being extra sensitive to earthquakes. It would likely add too much stress to my body. This also applies to sound and general vibe of my surroundings. I'm extremely sensitive to cacophony and extreme emotional upset with shouting and screaming. That is why I become unbearably stressed and nervous around small children. Like with certain uncomfortable sensations, I'm not too sensitive to all loud noises. I have the volume up high whenever I have in my ear buds listening to music at night - as long as the song isn't cacophonous.
