Perhaps the soreness in my side might have to do with some activity around this region. After several small earthquakes east and west of here, I was not feeling anymore soreness or pain in my side. However, there were also no more signs of significant activity going on in parts of the world. I will have to monitor that and see if there is a pattern related to seismic activity on this side of the country. This can also be an update on my health. In regards to my cycle, I have not had a lot of pain over the last 3 months. These last 3 periods have been rather easy on me. I have not had any flare-ups lately. Now, I'm not sure whether this is a good sign or not. If I have a more advanced stage of endometriosis, that does not always mean more pain. In fact, there can be less pain at a later stage and the early stages can be where the pain is the worst. Otherwise, I don't seem to be struggling that much with pain related to menstruation so far. I also am not certain what exactly is going on now in regards to my blood flow. The other day, I felt some intense pain in my foot standing in a ditch. Certain positions can trigger foot and leg pain. I'm not really sure at this point whether being in the middle of a tectonic plate is worse for my health or not. I am not jumping to conclusions that it is, but I never had these issues before when I lived in California.
