There has been more signs of more significant activity worldwide. I've been feeling some pain in my left side on and off today. I have been also feeling a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen. I started early yesterday morning. Just before the bleeding, I felt a lot of pain. I felt like my womb was going to explode, but it did not last long. Thankfully, I was spared of painful endometriosis flare-ups. I take NSAIDS several days beforehand to prevent the production of bad prostaglandins that would set me up for unbearable pain. I was more sore than I ever was before 2 days ago. My back hurt and so did everything else. I was sensitive to every little thing. It was intolerable and was constantly on the verge of tears. There has also been some more signs of some activity in Tennessee again. I will have to monitor my symptoms every month to determine if there is a difference between a heightened level of activity and little going on around the world. In the past, I theorized that less activity meant more painful periods because of trapped stagnant energy that needed to be flushed out, but then there is the pressure.
