July 20, 2022

This very well could be causing me to slowly develop varicose veins. I have been more tender and sensitive than ever lately in terms of hurting all over. Even my hands hurt when I apply pressure or any strain to them. I have felt some numbness in my legs going down stairs. Again, I'm also not ruling out that I may have Fibromyalgia. On top of all that, I'm trying not to fall ill with COVID since it is going around the household and very much impossible to avoid exposure. I have experienced mild symptoms so far where it just feels like a cold I have been coming down with. I don't want to sound like a hypochondriac or believe I'm dying or anything. I just noticed these problems with the leg and foot pain and small unexplained bruises on my legs started occurring about a year ago. It feels like I'm being pulled in multiple directions from here instead of focusing on the surrounding area not living on a tectonic plate boundary anymore. It is a huge difference and I know I'm not imagining all this. That may be causing tension and it has felt like something has been cut off and it could possibly be affecting my circulation. It probably has been especially bad lately as there has not been very much going on over the past 2 months. I have not felt a thorough flush of energy in a while. In the meantime, I'm being proactive where I'm doing some calisthenic exercises in the morning, incorporating a largely Japanese meal plan/diet, drinking matcha tea everyday, taking hot baths, riding my bicycle and getting out in nature as much as possible. I ordered natto beans and they should arrive by Saturday. I stay away from junkfood like potato chips and refuse to eat any fastfood. I noticed that I don't really have the stomach for any greasy, fried Southern food anymore. It tastes awful to me. I never ate a lot of that to begin with. I don't eat a lot of red meat or even poultry. I mainly eat fish, steamed vegetables, and rice as my heaviest meal. My other meal would mostly be liquid.
