There has been another round of significant earthquake activity around the globe over the past several days. I have felt more side pains and some dizziness. I wanted to take note of how it begins in the legs. The moment I start to feel some stiffness or pain in my leg(s) or in my feet, I expect to feel some pain or discomfort in my side later at some point. Yesterday, I stood outside to ground myself. I felt vibrations as I walked around the yard. Each footstep reverberated with the resonance of the earth below. The wave lengths were shorter when walking on concrete. I took it all in, sensing my surroundings. The backyard felt softer than the front yard where more rocks were. It felt like there was bedrock in the front yard not that far beneath my feet. I took in all this ambient energy from everywhere. I left myself tingling. I also noticed a sudden increase in energy. I ended up jumping into the air and taking off running, getting on my bicycle. That is probably something I should do from now on to see if anything might be going on in the world or possibly closer to my area. There was a magnitude 2.3 in western Tennessee this morning. There were also some mysterious signatures on some of the seismographs around Middle Tennessee today. I have seen those before. So far, it still feels active in the world. My left side is very tender.
