6:48 P.M.
I have felt more energy over the past several hours. I felt some pains in my left side once more. I feel very warm and I'm also tingling a little. Usually when my body temperature feels like it is rising, more seismic activity is beginning to increase more in the region. I have been feeling out of sorts for a little while now and still do. I had trouble sleeping last night. For a moment, as I was falling asleep, I felt like my body was sinking into the mattress like something was laying on top of me or pulling me down.
I'm also seeing red and orange spots again. That increased ruddiness in my vision goes along with all of that.
Physiological symptoms I experience that coincide with earthquake activity near and far. I have long noticed a connection. I document it all here.

I have not been feeling that much tonight. I am still feeling like more is to come within days or perhaps a few weeks here in Southern California. I have felt heaviness in the bottom of my feet that made me dizzy as well as a few pokes and jabs in my left side. It still feels like something moving around in there and it itched some.
I'm also still anticipating much more to occur in the world in terms of major earthquakes anytime, day, or sometime this week or next week.

I was really wanting to make a post this morning, but I was without wifi. It went out in the middle of the night and it just now came back. I was in some pain this morning when some activity started up, including a magnitude 3.3 near Brea. It stopped after that and I had a hard time. I was also lightheaded earlier as well when it was more active.
Right now, I'm starting to feel some pain well up in my left side again just now. It may or may not worsen. It does feel like something is going on very soon at this point. I also have a strong feeling a major quake may be imminent somewhere in the world any time now or sometime within the coming week.

Update: 12/27/19
5:42 P.M.
I'm just now feeling a little pain in my left side. I have also just now began to feel lightheaded and warm. My feet are also starting to feel hotter and heavier. I feel tenderness in my side and even all over. I have started seeing some red and orange spots in my vision. Earlier, I was feeling low energy and highly irritated by everything. I preoccupied myself with various activities so the stagnation would not bother me too much.
I feel my body temperature increasing. Earlier, I was nearly shivering and having a hard time keeping warm. I'm also feeling some deep vibrations. The seismic activity may be heating up here in Southern California any second or this weekend. If that does not happen, then there might be much more going on within the coming week or two. There could also be more serious activity taking place elsewhere in the world anytime or day now again.
I could also be picking up on potential activity from neighboring regions. At the same time, it could remain relatively quiet here and elsewhere in parts of the world. What I could be experiencing is the building up of a more significant event possibly in the not-so-distant future.

8 AM
I was feeling extremely depressed late last night. I have not been feeling that much better this morning either. It has been completely devoid of event here in Southern California over the last 12+ hours. Yesterday, I woke up to no electricity and we were without it for 6 hours. It took 3 hours for the internet to come back on after the lights finally came back on. Around 4:30 yesterday, I walked around the yard in the deep snow. I suddenly lost my balance and fell over and the left side of my back suffered a terrible pain.
I remember experiencing that 2 years ago when getting down in an awkward position to plug something back in. I am wondering if all the strain and stress from the earth that just will not budge has that effect where it causes that much physical pain when bending over wrong. I do not recall experiencing that before in my life. I have felt little pain this morning as there is so little going on. The activity elsewhere in the world has come to a stop, at least in terms of anything significant.
I know it should not be like this much longer here. We have been due for more mag. 4 and up. I will be posting updates if I start feeling any different today. I know I might. I'm in fact, not totally numb right now. There is a slight pressure in my left side. In fact, I have been feeling it since last night. Something could be building up. When it is this tight, it feels like more stress is accumulating. It is not like we have been having a whole lot of activity lately. There has not been a magnitude 4 or greater in this region in a while.
I am expecting there to be a magnitude 4 or greater here in Southern California within the coming week or sooner at this point. I could also be picking up on energy from the Ridgecrest area and/or other parts of California as well.

Christmas Eve 2019
2 P.M.
I have started feeling some acute throbbing pains(pinching sensations) in my left side minutes ago. I also have started feeling that kink in my knee again. I was experiencing that all day. It did not prevent me from walking up and down stairs like it did back in July a day or two before the Ridgecrest events. I'm not sure if this could be related, but I noticed a red-purple lesion underneath my upper calf. I pushed on it, but there was no soreness, so it wasn't a bruise. I saw some smaller red spots on my calf on my other leg. I'm not sure what is going on there. It makes me wonder if the pressure or strain energy from deep in the ground may have busted a few blood vessels. It could be something else.
I have just been feeling little pains in various areas - my eyelids, my brows, my hands, and feet. It feels like changes are coming - slowly, but surely at this point.

Update: 12/22/2019
4:17 P.M.
I'm back home and I am feeling some pinching sensations in my left side. I have felt some pains earlier today while in Loma Linda and felt lightheaded a few times. There might be more activity flaring back up any time now or this week with a very high chance of mag. 4 or greater. There could again be even more action coming up within weeks or days. I am still feeling a lot going on inside.

5:39 A.M.
I woke up at 5 AM. I'm working today, so I decided to make a post here before I go. As I woke up, I did not feel much going on for right now. The activity has dropped here once again. However, it could still start back up anytime today. I poked my left side and it feels very tender. At this point, there should be more going on here in Southern California any day or at least within the week ahead.

New update: 12/19/19
4:33 P.M.
I am just now feeling some acute pains in my left side. I also noticed that I have felt a pressure in my head most recently. It accompanies the dizzy spells. I am also feeling more tenderness in my side as I poke it. More magnitude 3-4+ is likely on the rise here in Southern California within the next few days, any time now, or next week.
There could also be something big going on in Central America, Baja California, or perhaps the Gulf of Alaska. There has been more activity going on up there as well. There also could be more activity going on in Central and/or Northern California. What I'm feeling also feels like energy coming from neighboring regions or other places along the rim of the North America Plate(on the Western side of course).

An update - 12/19/19
11:38 A.M.
So far, I'm not feeling much right now in terms of local seismic activity. I poked my left side and did not feel as much tenderness. However, I feel some faint sensations in which there still may be more significant activity taking place in parts of the world any moment or any day now. It may not feel like too much is taking place here in Southern California right now, but it could still start up again later today, tomorrow, or next week with mag. 4 or greater.
Lately, I have been having a feeling of the possibility of something significant here within weeks or even days. It feels like we are getting close to that. It is like a pushing and pulling towards a significant event here. Over the last week, I felt some brief strong pains in my left side. They were very short-lived, yet hurt so much, it was almost intoxicating. I felt slightly dizzy from those pains.
I have also felt short, yet frequent sharp and intense pains. I felt deep waves of dizziness as well. I may not be feeling a lot going on here this morning, but if it changes today, I will make an update.

Yesterday was a difficult day for me, not so much as emotionally/mentally, but physically. I started my monthly flow and there was very little activity taking place around here. There was roughly one magnitude 1-pointer every 5-6 hours all day. I was constantly exhausted and was in pain. I have mentioned before that I have endometriosis. I had a painful flare-up late yesterday. All day, I was extremely tired, could barely stay awake or do anything. The pain suddenly worsened late last night as I was getting out of the shower.
It was around 10 O'clock. At first, just when I was thinking I would sleep soundly, I knew I could not sleep with all that pain. I could not imagine feeling severe side pains at the same time. I think I would have fainted. It was hard. It then dissipated and I went to bed. I sort of woke up a few times throughout the night from discomfort, but I am feeling much better this morning. Next time, I will have to be better prepared for my next period. I should really monitor my diet and not drink more nights than I should.
I would hate to go to the doctor where they suggest I get a hysterectomy. Getting rid of your uterus does not cure endometriosis. There is still debris left over inside. I'm sorry if I'm being a little graphic, but I feel that it is necessary to include this part. This connection to the earth and plate tectonics affects every part of me. As I mentioned before, it can affect my menstrual cycle where I have noticed experiencing more menstrual pain whenever there is not enough going on locally with the stress and it being very overdue.
A few very small earthquakes every few hours would not be enough. If there are multiple very small quakes with a few mag. 2+ taking place simultaneously and more frequently all day, then that might ease the pain. I would just be feeling some pain in my left side. My cycle can really complicate things. That is why I am going to be altering my diet and reducing my intake of things that would cause problems. I cannot have it interfering with this anymore.
I will have to reduce my intake of coffee and alcohol and monitor the sugar. When that time comes around next month, I will have to do my best to avoid any bad carb or anything that contains soy. I learned that I should also reduce red meats and consume more fish and poultry instead. I read that more red meat can trigger pain during that time(perhaps because of the acidity?). You might be wondering why this is more about my monthly cycle and health regimen rather than the usual symptoms related to the activity.
This is a part of that. It is in fact a significant part of that. When next month comes around, I don't want to risk missing anything because I'm in too much pain and so exhausted that I cannot concentrate or think. That being said, it feels like there may be more taking place in Southern California today, this weekend, or next week. Update: 12-17-19
9 PM
After an extremely uneventful day, I have started feeling some acute side pains over the past 2 hours so far. I had a couple bouts of dizziness earlier as well. The pains in my left side have become deeper and are making me tingle.
I'm also seeing a lot of red and orange in my vision. There have been more signs of activity heating up.

I had to delete that last post I made this morning. I was basically just venting. I should have slowed down to process the feelings before letting my frustrations boil over like that. I was feeling awful earlier. I was very angry and depressed as a result of the local seismic activity being totally jammed. It made me feel crazy. There was just now a magnitude 4.3 quake near Parkfield which is in Central California. It was past the Garlock Fault along the San Andreas Fault.
That may have contributed to why I was so tense and hot this morning. It felt like additional tension as it was on the Central segment, cut off by the Garlock Fault and Big Pine Fault. It was not along our segment of the SAF which has been very overdue for its next rupture. I have noticed that I have been somewhat sick on and off over the past 2 or 3 weeks. It made me suspicious it is a sign that something big may be coming up. I have been experiencing all kinds of issues most recently.
It is not all due to my cycle. This has been going on for more than 2 weeks. My connection to the ground and tectonic forces can impact just about anything and everything going on inside of me. I try not to be T.M.I., but I sometimes would have to include the impact it can have on my reproductive organs and hormones. I am careful not to get too graphic. I at least have enough pride not to discuss any bathroom habits! I believe that a period of strain and stagnation in potential seismic energy can significantly impact my hormones after a while.
I have a feeling it was one of the main culprits in my Endo attacks over the past 2 years. I have noticed that my periods are more painful whenever there has been very little activity going on for a week or more. However, it does help some whenever there has been enough significant activity elsewhere in the world most recently. That being said, whenever there is activity going on in a neighboring region, but very little going on in this region, I become very tense beforehand. It is almost like something is applying pressure on a part of your head or a small part of your insides. It can be rather bothersome. I was feeling rather off in the days, hours, and moments leading up to the Ridgecrest earthquakes.
I will continue to take notes on whatever is going on with me and find out what happens next.

I'm not feeling any pain this morning. There is now very little activity going on around here. It could stay like this all day and not act up until later this week or it could rev back up again anytime now. There is due to be more mag. 4+ here within the next week at the most. I'm feeling kind of hostile right now. I get this way whenever there is not enough going on. However, I'm not feeling as bad as I did on Friday morning. It has been active in terms of worldwide activity.

Last update of the night
7:16 P.M.
So far, I have not been feeling as much pain since my last entry. A mag. 1.8 occurred near Devore. It was in the San Jacinto Fault zone, but it was tiny. I have discovered how intense side pains would indicate potential seismic energy coming from a large fault. It does not indicate a big earthquake might happen. There is just a rise in energy levels in said fault zone. It could however evolve into a full-fledged rupture or a significant rupture.
I cannot say I know what I will be feeling whenever a big one finally does happen in this area because it has not happened yet. I have hypothesized that the stabbing pain would be constant and/or prolonged, especially as the big fault is rupturing. At this point, what I'm feeling could possibly be a building up to a large event in the near future. The symptoms could slowly intensify or dissipate again.

Update: 12-15-19
5:29 P.M.
I just now felt a brief stabbing pain in my left side. I started feeling some acute throbbing pains in my left side at around 5 PM. Earlier, I was not feeling any pain there as there was hardly any activity going on around here at all. I was tender though. I have realized that when there is tenderness but no sharp, dull, or intense pains, that can indicate something may be going on not now but later this week or perhaps next(depending on the potential size).
Now, there may be more going on now. There is a high chance of a magnitude 4 or larger here in Southern California any time or day now so far. There could also be a big quake potentially occurring somewhere else far away.

So far, I still have been feeling strange lately. I have had bouts of dizziness and experienced heaviness in the bottom of my feet. Yesterday morning, I was having shortness of breath and feeling very hot. I'm still feeling warm today. There is the possibility of a big event here very soon. What I have been experiencing over the past week so far is somewhat new to me. I have felt that pain in my knee and other parts of my leg. I remember the first time experiencing that crick in my knee that was right before the Ridgecrest earthquakes in July.
My left side may not be smarting right now, but it does feel quite tender.

Last Update for the night: 12-13-19
7:15 P.M.
I already started perking back up again less than 20 minutes after that last post. A magnitude 4.3 occurred South of Western New Guinea nearly an hour ago. The faint seismic waves reached me just after I made that previous post. It was not a significant event, but it is something after it being so quiet out there all day. I also have started feeling the side pangs again. I am definitely feeling more energy so far.
I will have to wait and find out if it will last and more takes place.

Now, my energy has dropped once more. I'm feeling more like I did earlier. I may perk right back up again later tonight or perhaps sooner. At this point, there is no more going on. I am exhausted and moody. I know I also happen to be crossing into that particular time of the month(due around Wednesday), but the lack of activity here or anywhere else is exacerbating the negative emotional symptoms and fatigue.
At this point, it could stay extremely quiet for the rest of the night or even tomorrow. More mag. 3+ are due here in Southern California at any time. However, there may not be much else taking place until next week. Same when it comes to big quakes in the world.

Update: Dec. 13, 2019
3:33 P.M.
I'm definitely in a much better place now. I'm a lot more energetic and I feel relatively well. It is much different than what I was feeling earlier this morning. I just now felt a sharp pain in my left side. I have been feeling some light-headedness all day. I went out on a walk earlier and I started seeing orange and red spots again.
So far, it may be spiking up again out here and maybe elsewhere in the world in terms of significant events.

I woke up and I have been feeling quite low. I have been extremely irritable and depressed this morning. On top of that, I'm due for my flow within the next 5 days. I typically experience premenstrual symptoms 1 week prior to the onset of bleeding. My menstrual cycle can really complicate things. It can interfere with my detection of seismic activity. Then whenever the activity is completely blocked up here and very much everywhere else in the world, I become depressed and angry. It gets to be intolerable at times.
I sometimes wish I would have stayed in bed. I rather be asleep in dreamland than having to deal with this. It is a horrible feeling to have. I just have to remind myself that this will soon pass. In the meantime, I can meditate and go off into a trance. My left side does feel tender upon poking and squeezing it, but other than that I have not been feeling any pain. My energy is very low this morning so far. I may be feeling different very soon though. I will likely be updating this later today.

Dec. 9, 2019 Update
1:20 P.M.
I'm just now starting to feel a return of the physical sensations. I am starting to feel a slight pinching sensation in my left side as well as a few joint pains. I must have been feeling irritated earlier also because of the lack of more significant events worldwide. It was feeling like it was just starting to become active in terms of big earthquakes somewhere in the world.
I'm just now starting to feel somewhat better mood wise. I can also look on the bright side of waking up late. Monday is everyone's least favorite day of the week, so mine is shortened. Anyway, I will have to once more play it by ear to find out if anything else changes throughout the day. I am going to be providing a new post on my other blog.

I overslept this morning. I woke up at 10:25 and I was very stressed out. I have been in a very bad mood since and have been trying to feel better. I have not been feeling anymore pain today so far. There is little going on around here. Yesterday, I briefly became concerned. There could be something looming within weeks or days. There may not be much going on right now, but it might change very soon. There could end up being more taking place around Southern California later today.
I noticed that I've been extremely irritable after sleeping in. For one thing, I have simply been overwhelmed rushing around from waking up too late. I also noticed that as we are due for more seismic events, there is not enough activity taking place, so it agitates me and makes me feel surly. I would feel like blowing my stack over the slightest annoyance. It is worse as the strain energy is particularly high. I can also become depressed after a while whenever there is hardly any activity going on around here and nothing significant going on in the world either.
When it feels like there could be more going on at any moment, but it is staying quiet, that is when I feel more angry than depressed. It can also be a mixture of both. That being said, those are negative feelings. I suffer. I don't always struggle when it is relatively quiet here and elsewhere. After there has been a lot of activity, I usually am fine. Then it eventually wells back up again. I figured that these feelings have not been satisfied because I'm living in a place that is very overdue for a major earthquake. Smaller earthquakes do not ease the pressure in the SAF, therefore does not stave off "the big one" from happening.

I'm in some pain right now. It is a deep, throbbing pain in my left side. It feels like something is pushing up inside of my ribs. I'm not sure what may be going on, but it is somewhat alarming. I felt this before a small earthquake along a large fault. There may be something going on around here now. It could potentially be an event felt by many. The significance, I cannot say. That is not how earthquakes work. They can start out small and slip into a larger event. I'm considering switching my icon to alert mode for here. It does not necessarily mean a big one may be happening, but I am taking precautionary measures. Something could be taking place anytime now or perhaps within days or weeks. I have been feeling strange lately.

I'm feeling some more acute pains in my left side again this morning. I really have been feeling strange lately. I have been lightheaded and last night, I felt a pain squeezing at my left temple. I have felt a little more agitated lately as well. It feels like something more significant could be on the horizon here in Southern California. It just feels like I'm experiencing some changes. I've been tender all over lately. I'm a little more physically sensitive than usual.
I'm not sure what could be going on. I'm not sure whether there may be potentially something going on here or in a neighboring region. It could be within weeks or days.

I am feeling some acute pain in my left side right now. It has been going on over the past 20 minutes or so. I also felt a deep wave of dizziness earlier. I'm also seeing more ruddy colors in my vision as well. There has been more taking place locally today. There may be more underway at this point.

I started feeling some acute pain in my left side 15-20 minutes ago. There has been very little activity taking place in Southern California over the past 2 days, but it just now may be increasing. I was feeling extremely tired this morning, but I'm just now starting to feel some more energy. After feeling almost no pain at all over the last day or two, I just started feeling pain again. I feel that there could either be more activity taking place here anytime now or within the next several days(potential for mag. 3-4+).
There could also be more significant activity taking place in parts of the world with a higher potential of something major somewhere. That has also caused my energy levels to increase.

My left side has started throbbing again. It could be coming from the North where more activity may be heating up in the Ridgecrest area. It could also be related to more large activity worldwide looming at any moment at this point. I have started to feel some dizziness and my energy levels are rising again so far. I notice that I feel a dull throbbing pain whenever it comes to more distant activity. There may be more seismic activity flaring up around parts of Southern California as well.

Final update for the day
8:02 P.M.
I am feeling some more pain in my left side. It felt somewhat intense, but brief. My energy has increased significantly over the last 2 hours. I still feel soreness and twinges in parts of my extremities and I'm still seeing more ruddiness in my vision. It feels like more activity could be going on here in Southern California at any moment or at least some time this week so far.

New Update: 11/26/19
2:41 P.M.
I'm suddenly starting to feel a little more energy. I have also started feeling some throbbing pains in my left side. I have been feeling some side pains throughout the day and in parts of my extremities. A micro quake of magnitude 1.6 occurred near Yucca Valley at 2:09. I saw a couple of new tiny EQs reported just now, but they were both quarry blasts. I'm not sure if there will be anything else going on for right now, but it does feel like it may start acting up within the next few days and by this weekend so far.
More activity could start taking place anytime now, but at the same time, it might remain extremely quiet where the number of quakes over the past day may stay below 20 into tonight. There may be more taking place up near Ridgecrest and/or other areas of California anytime now or any day.

2:08 P.M.
Earlier, I was feeling just fatigue without crankiness. About an hour or two later, I then thought to myself "Alright. Now I am pissed!" It did not hit me until it exceeded 9 hours without a single mag. 1+ within 95 miles. It started affecting me then and that was when the high irritability set in. I made some small mistake earlier and I suddenly flew into a shouting, swearing, self-berating tirade. I noticed that some other things were trying my patience as well.
Now, aside from the ongoing aftershocks in the Eastern coast of the Adriatic Sea in Europe, there is not that much going on anywhere else in the world for now. I have noticed that the impact of a minor seismic event that is either North of the Garlock fault or well South of the Salton Sea, is much less significant than it would be closer to where I am. It would have to be a radius of a little less than 100 miles to really physically affect me. Of course, I can still feel more significant events farther away, but if it is a magnitude 4 or lower North of the Garlock Fault or South of the Salton Sea closer to the Mexico border, it wouldn't be enough.
Since this area has been so overdue for a big earthquake, the stress deep in the Earth is extremely high and I figured that is why it has that kind of effect on me when there is so little energy being released for a while. I still have a strong feeling that it could bounce back up again within the next 2 or 3 days. It could even heat up again tomorrow or a few hours from now. More recently, there have been shorter gaps between mag. 3+ quakes and higher rates of overall activity. It has been more up and down lately.

While the earthquake activity around parts of the globe has gone up, the activity here in Southern California started going down again late yesterday evening. It has been very uneventful around here this morning so far. I have felt some pain running up my leg and into my body, but my energy has been very low this morning. I experience fatigue whenever there is little going on. That tension can wear me out.
I have not been so irritable though because there has been a lot more taking place globally and this quiet time here has not been going on that long. It was just the other day when there was another 3 in Southern California. I'm not feeling irritable and angry this time. I'm just tired. However, it does feel like there might be more going on around here quite soon.
It could start back up again today, tomorrow, or later in the week. I have still been seeing red and orange spots. I may just now feel my energy levels starting to perk back up again for there could either be signs of more activity again here at any moment or more strong earthquake activity in parts of the world at any time..

I have been feeling some mild gnawing pains in my left side. I realized that it is a mild form of that deep stabbing pain. It could indicate that there might be some activity warming up along large faults. I felt heaviness in my feet as I went up and down stairs this morning. A magnitude 2.2 just occurred near Redlands. It was on the San Jacinto Fault. I'm beginning to closely monitor that area. There have also been a number of very small quakes taking place in the Crafton Hills Fault Zone which is right next to the San Jacinto Fault in that area.
The largest was a 2.6 which happened hours earlier.

I have been feeling some mildly acute side pains over the past hour. I'm trying to determine whether it could be from potential activity here in Southern California along a smaller fault or a potential larger quake from far away. While the chances of mag. 3+ here anytime now or this weekend are high, it could indicate a strong tremor somewhere farther away anytime or day now - whether it be coming from Mexico or Central America(or perhaps the Caribbean, but also probably not) or the Pacific Northwest to Southern Alaska or perhaps something more significant somewhere else in California - perhaps the Ridgecrest sequence starting up again. I'm not sure yet. At the same time, there may not be much going on at all for now. We will just find out as the day progresses.

Summary 11/22/19
This is a compartmentalized system. I have been learning to discern different types of side pains associated with faults and surfaces. I also have been working on distinguishing sensations from local seismic activity to more distant earthquake activity. When I was living in Florida and first starting this, I would be feeling a subtle tingling and deep vibrations from various directions. It was amplified due to the loose and granulated soil. Therefore, I was more acutely sensitive to significant earthquake activity around the world. I was still picking up on it from Tennessee when I would be visiting my grandparents in 2011 and 2012. I can remember my earliest experimenting from a trip there back in February and March 2011.
I was on fire in the 2 weeks leading up to the magnitude 9.0 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. The sensations I felt in Tennessee were slightly less acute for I was on more firm soil laden with beds of limestone and shale. When I first moved to California in December 2012, I thought I would be isolated to just picking up on whatever is going on in the region. I payed less attention to what was taking place elsewhere in the world when I first moved here. Then I learned I was still deeply in touch with the rest of the planet. I have most recently been trying to figure out various distances at which symptoms occur prior to an earthquake which its size. I recall feeling a sharp pain in my left side a few hours to a day prior to distant large earthquakes - 100 to more than 1,500 miles away. However, I have not been entirely sure.
Those times I felt those sharp side pains could have been from a rise in energy in smaller faults around here. I am just now starting to speculate that perhaps it could also be from impending earthquakes along the Eastern part of the Pacific plate boundary. The San Andreas fault connects to the other boundaries to the North and South. It is a clean line that stretches on each side to Southern Alaska to Central America. So, it extends along most of the North American plate boundary. To the South, it cuts off to much more subtle and dull sensations past the Caribbean and Cocos Plates. Towards the North, the stronger distant sensations probably end near the far eastern notch just before the Kamchatka Peninsula. When it came to July's earthquake sequence, I felt some sharp side pains hours prior to it. 100 miles is so much closer than 1,000 miles.
However, the land bordering the rest of Southern California to the Eastern California Shear Zone would be segregated by the Garlock Fault. If a big quake struck along the Garlock Fault or anywhere else South of it, then maybe I would have felt a lot more beforehand. The faults that ruptured did not quite touch the Garlock Fault(however, it triggered slight movement). The acute pains from distant impending earthquakes would be a result of energy building up, yet too far away or cut off by faulting for it to impact me that profoundly. I have noted that I would feel a deep stabbing or gripping pain in my left side whenever there would be more activity occurring along a long fault that would be capable of producing a major earthquake. I have been afraid to find out what I will be feeling whenever a major quake such as "the big one" finally happens here.
I have found myself frustrated and unsatisfied for I would need that for complete confirmation that this is real.

Update: November 21, 2019
8:15 P.M.
I just started feeling some sharp pains in my left side just minutes ago. I have continued to feel waves of dizziness on and off and seeing hot colors. I'm extremely tired right now. I'm going to be getting ready for bed shortly after I make this post. It feels like more activity may be increasing here in Southern California more. There could also be more taking place with the Ridgecrest sequence and more taking place elsewhere in CA.
That could also be more large earthquake activity on the potential verge of taking place any moment now that I'm feeling.

I just started feeling some throbbing pains in my left side about 15-20 minutes ago. It was a pinching sensation - a dull pulsating and not a sharp pain. There could be some activity going on in an area away from a surfaced fault. Usually those types of pains indicate that. A deep stabbing pain or a strong gripping pain in the side would be from potential activity along a large fault. A sharp pain would be from potential activity along a smaller fault.
I have also felt some dizziness and saw some red and orange about an hour or half an hour ago.

Just earlier, I was feeling this gnawing pain in my left side. It was a dull, yet kind of acute pain as though something was biting into my lower rib bones. I am noticing some more activity taking place in the Ridgecrest area. There also could be more taking place elsewhere in California, including Southern California.
I felt a deep wave of dizziness hit me a few hours earlier. At this point, I still feel somewhat dizzy and have been seeing red and orange flashes once again.

At this point, while there may not be that much activity taking place in Southern California right now, it could be potentially on the verge of increasing anytime now or within the next 2-3 days. There could also be more significant earthquake activity taking place worldwide within the next few days at this point. I decided to observe temperature relationships - measuring my sensitivity to heat and cold. I turned on the large range to high heat on the oven and stood in front of it. I removed my jacket and stood there for approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds before I reached the point of sweating.
I later opened the freezer and clutched a piece of ice and it instantly cracked, started melting rapidly, and breaking apart in my hand. I also did jump testing. It was to see how hard I would land on my feet. In our backyard, the ground has been partially terraced in a landscaping project. I jumped off of a section that was about 2 feet high and another that was about a meter. I was dizzy upon jumping as my feet were feeling heavier. I walked around my yard and walked uphill and realized I had more energy where I did not tire quickly.
So, in conclusion, it feels like there might be some more activity increasing locally with a decent chance of more mag. 3 or 4+ within the next several days. There also could be more impending significant earthquake activity worldwide within the next few days or week. It could change at any moment. More could take place altogether now or later this week, more seismic activity could begin increasing here in Southern CA anytime now or tomorrow and then die back down again for a little bit. More could take place in other areas of California anytime or day now or it could end up stalling out until next week.
I squeezed my left side, and it feels very tender. I have felt tingling and tight twinges or sensations in my arms and legs as well as inside my ears. I meant to note that I feel warmer than usual whenever more seismic activity is increasing or on the potential verge of increasing. It is as though heat from deep in the earth wells up with friction whenever it starts acting up or coming close to that point. Heat is the driving force. The bottom of my feet would also feel heavier and more tender whenever it is like that.

I felt a stabbing pain in my left side just a few minutes ago. It caused me to cry out. I felt it twice. I have been battling a cold over the past couple of days, so it has been distracting. I have felt dizzy spells and saw spots of red and orange. It has started acting up again here in Southern California. It may become yet even more active anytime or day now at this point.
I still feel energy from all over. It still might become more dangerously active somewhere in the world anytime now or later this week.
At this point, I will play it by ear and find out what happens next.

1:28 P.M.
I am just now starting to feel some pain in my left side again so far. I have felt some dizziness earlier as well. There was not much taking place in terms of local activity this morning, but I still felt energized when a magnitude 7.1 occurred in the Molucca Sea region. It was the first major earthquake in several months.
There could just now be more activity on the verge of heating up here in Southern California anytime now or by this weekend. There could also be more taking place elsewhere in CA. I still have been feeling some soreness in my leg as well as a part of my arm.
There could be excess energy trapped inside. It could also be from an increase in energy potential from the ground where there could be more going on very soon.

Yesterday morning, I woke up to what felt like Sciatic nerve pain, but it dissipated a moment or two later. I also have been feeling troughs of dizziness. My vision has been ruddier on and off and I started to feel a return of that pain running up into my knee. I have felt some side pains and pressure.
Heaviness in the bottom of my feet has also been an occurrence most recently. At this point, I am still feeling more energized than before. A lot of activity is still heating up around Southern California. It even feels like it could be getting more and more active in the coming days or weeks so far.

I arrived in California last night at around 8. I would feel like I had my circulation cut off during take off. I did not immediately feel pain upon arriving here after a week. I woke up to some pains in my left side early this morning. There has apparently been more activity increasing here in Southern California. I'm also seeing more flashes of orange and red in my vision.
I'm still feeling out of sorts from traveling, but I am starting to have my head together more as the day progresses.
I'm just now starting to get my bearings. I have felt a few bouts of dizziness and my side is tender.

I'm leaving this afternoon and heading back to California. I will be on a plane throughout much of today and will be home tonight. I will be taking a connected flight from Chicago after I fly out of Nashville. I have never been to Chicago before, so it will be interesting although it will be very brief.
It will be even more interesting once I land in California again. There has been activity heating up there and I wonder what a difference I will feel. It was extremely quiet throughout the latter part of October leading to this trip. I have been feeling very little pain, although I felt a few twinges to my left side being here.
I figured I was feeling things coming from California because again, there has been a lot of activity increasing there. I have still been very tender all over. There has been more or less going on in terms of significant activity in the world. There still has not been a magnitude 7 or greater anywhere for a while. It could happen anytime or day now somewhere, but I will not be too surprised if nothing takes place for another week or two.

I did feel a sharp pain in my left side towards my back yesterday afternoon. I also have been feeling some shaking, but nothing else around me was moving. I believe I am feeling things from California. As I have stated before, I'm still connected wherever I go. A few more tiny earthquakes have popped up in Eastern and Western Tennessee over the last day or two, but nothing really worth getting excited over. These quakes happen in these places frequently and very rarely get up to magnitude 3.
I also could be feeling the shaking and other sensations from more significant activity and energy from around the world. I will be looking into frequencies. My body may be attune to a certain level of frequencies where I can detect things like that. I also would think that the topic of frequency would apply to the size and distance of earthquakes and unreleased energy.

Something that I have noticed since arriving in Nashville on Saturday was that I feel tender all over. It has been 3 years since the last time I left California. I cannot remember if I had the exact same feelings I do this time, but I am sure I must have. I remember feeling the most calm I have ever felt in a long time. I did not feel any acute side pains at all, except for perhaps a few minor pains. This time, I have felt a few very minor pains in my left side, probably from the more significant earthquake activity in the world and some more seismic activity heating up in Southern California. Again, I'm still connected to California. It is still in my system. It feels like it will start becoming more active there very soon at this point.
It feels like it has been getting closer to that since the Ridgecrest events. I pray that the action waits until I return this weekend. While I was flying, I felt dull in the mind. Being completely off the ground, especially that high up into the sky would do that to me. I was not that mentally sharp upon getting off the planes initially. I was at least sharp enough to function of course, but I just felt like a real ditz. I notice that the upper portion of my throat and back of mouth is sore this morning. I'm not sure if that has to do with anything, but I may be tender and sore all over as my body adjusts to being in a different place.
I believe Southern California is more tense than it was the last time I took a trip out of town, so that is what might be affecting me - one of those things. At the same time, I'm more open to feeling the energy from all over the world when I'm away from a plate boundary. I do notice something interesting on the realtime earthquakes map(USGS). There is a line of small quakes running diagonally from Western Alabama to the border of Maine and Canada. There are 5 of them - a magnitude 1.5 Southeast of Saint Andrews, Canada, a magnitude 1.6 near Hillcrest New York, a magnitude 1.7 in Eastern Tennessee, a magnitude 1.8 in Eastern Virginia, and a magnitude 2.1 11 miles Southeast of Aliceville, Alabama.

I did not feel pain in my side when I left the ground from Ontario, California. I felt a slight bit of pain when I was in Las Vegas, but there was not anything going on. I did not feel that pain in my side until I was in the plane on the way to Nashville. It was not until I was far out of Vegas, as I was getting further and further away from the West coast.
Even though I wasn't plugged into the ground, I believe there was energy trapped inside and moving around. The discomfort may have been caused by the energy getting cut off; It was trapped energy. As soon as I landed, the pain diminished. It recycled into the earth where I was replaced with new energy. I no longer am feeling the impact of strain energy.
Middle Tennessee is not seismically active, let alone prone to strong earthquakes. There is the New Madrid Seismic Zone to the West, but it has been fairly quiet for a long time and isn't showing signs of going off again soon.
It is possible there could be some seismic activity taking place in this part of the country. It does not look like I'm missing anything over in California. Although, there could be more mag. 3+ taking place there at anytime this week. I still feel connected to Southern California. I'm just not feeling the full effect of whatever is happening over there.
It has been somewhat quiet around the world. However, a lot could happen anytime this week. A major earthquake could suddenly strike somewhere at any time. I'm just now starting to feel like there could be more significant earthquake activity heating up in parts of the world anytime or day now so far.

I do not have time at all to make a lengthy update. My alarm never woke me up. I'm in a hurry to get ready to leave for the airport. I can say that I still feel like there is a decent chance for more strong earthquakes worldwide somewhere. There also could still be some more activity here in Southern California while I'm out of town.
At the same time, it could remain quiet this week. There is a chance the aftershocks in the Ridgecrest area could heat up again. There could also be some activity taking place in the Eastern portion of the country. At the same time, I will be monitoring it for there also may not be much going on.
Once again, it will be interesting to find out what will happen while I'm in Tennessee.

I will not be scouting for earthquakes tomorrow for I will be in the sky. I will be on my way to Nashville and will be out of town for a week. However, I can still be making posts from TN, updating on whatever I'm feeling. On my last day here, I have been feeling some more energy for more seismic activity has increased around Southern California over the past 2 days. I hope that it stays relatively quiet here until I return from my vacation.
I may make a new post overnight(around 3-ish) for I will be heading to the airport predawn. It will be interesting to find out how I will feel leaving and being somewhere else.

October 29, 2019
My left side is starting to smart a little again and I am feeling more energetic than I have been over the last week. More activity started increasing again over the past hour after it being extremely quiet. A magnitude 3.6 occurred about a mile Southeast of Lake Henshaw in San Diego county. It was a little too far away for me to feel enough acute pain to thoroughly grab my attention. However, I have been feeling pain on and off over the last day or so. Another quake of magnitude 3 occurred just now at around 11:05 near Ocotillo Wells. It was the largest out of a flurry of tiny quakes on the Superstition Mountain segment of the San Jacinto Fault zone.
I'm only hoping that it does not act up too much. I have been a little concerned about something significant happening here in the week of my absence.
I may still be connected wherever I go. As long as I have been out here, it will still be in my system. It just may not impact me as strongly. My left side is very tender and I have been continuing to see spots and flashes of red and orange. It feels like it may be becoming more and more active in the weeks to come. Not only may it be growing increasingly active here, but also areas North of here.

Update: Oct. 28, 2019
2:08 P.M.
I just felt a sudden dull, gripping pain in my left side. It both surprised and troubled me. It was like a deep cramp. I don't believe I have felt that kind of pain there before. I also have started seeing some red and orange spots in my vision again.
I'm not certain what is next, but I do feel differently than I did earlier today. The energy may be coming from the North. There is a high chance of mag. 3-4+ in Southern California anytime or day now. There could also be a lot of significant earthquake activity unloading any moment or day now in parts of the world.
At this point, what I'm feeling may either indicate more activity increasing around Southern CA at any moment or something taking place in Central or Northern California. It may also be from potentially strong earthquakes taking place in the world anytime now. I'm also wondering if it could also be coming from the Pacific NW coast and there being a possibility of something serious taking place there anytime or day now. There was a moderate earthquake off the Oregon coast earlier.

October 28, 2019
It has not changed much at all. I did start feeling some deep acute pain in my left side about an hour ago, but it was fairly brief. It could stay quiet like this all week and even on into next week. However, there is a decent chance of a magnitude 3 or 4.something around here anytime or day now this week. At this point I have a feeling it may either stay quiet this week and next week or more activity could take place anytime this week, become quiet again next week and then start up again by mid November. I'm not just saying this because of me not wanting to miss anything while I'm away next week. That is what it feels like at this point.
In the meantime, a very large earthquake is imminent somewhere in the world anytime or day now. It has been quiet for a long time. October has been an extremely quiet month in terms of global earthquake activity. A major earthquake could strike somewhere on Halloween, the very last day of October or next week. It could even be today. Now, this blog focuses more on my physiological and emotional/mental symptoms in relation to the activity. I was very depressed last week. I have been more irritable than usual. I have become even more intolerant to certain things where I feel like striking out.
I'm not feeling so angry right now. My left side does feel tender. I also have had a few spells of dizziness over the past day. I have also been needing to take a break from walking so much because my feet have been very sore. So far, I have a feeling something could be coming up within the coming weeks. I will have to wait along and play it by ear.

October 25, 2019
I have been quite depressed all week. Part of it was due to a particular time of the month, part of it due to there being no seismic activity going on anywhere for a while. Yesterday was an awful day for me emotionally. I had started and I was involved in a conflict all morning into noon. An hour before waking up this morning, it felt like my Endometriosis pain started to flare up briefly. It felt like I was set on fire for a moment or two. It caught me by surprise. I have noticed that the pain can worsen from a lack of seismic energy for a while. I figured that all that inert energy can build up inside and cause acidosis which therefore causes more pain.
It feels like it overwhelms my body as well as my mind where it could also be causing inflammation in parts. People may think this is hogwash, but it is true. There are some people who are more acutely sensitive to certain things than others. However, I have not been in too much overall pain. It was just that brief spurt. The reason for that must be due to me getting enough exercise. I have been doing a lot of walking over the past week, thanks to the app Pokemon Go. All that walking provided some relief for the mental and physical pain from the lack of seismic activity anywhere for an extended amount of time.
I felt a few side pains last night and this morning. However, there is really no telling whether or not the lag will lift today or not until next week - Same for more large EQs worldwide. I will be working today and will not be home until this evening.

Very little has changed in terms of activity in Southern California with the exception of a mere magnitude 2.6 in the Lake Elsinore area later yesterday. It could remain extremely quiet all week. However, it could also change anytime today. To curb the pain of there being no release of energy for a while, I have been playing Pokemon Go(app). It is one of the activities I do to keep myself preoccupied. I don't have to be stuck at the house the whole time and all the walking does wonders for me.
Exercising more is a great way to alleviate stress and pain. I felt foolish for comparing what I've been feeling most recently to PMS. I forgot I was due for that time this week; I was wondering why I've been so depressed lately. However, a block in activity for an extended amount of time does exacerbate PMS and other issues. I also don't want to be TMI, so I keep that part to a minimum. The activity is still at a low. I'm not feeling any side pains as of right now, but there is still a chance it could change later today.
I'm not feeling too low now because it may be acting up more significantly elsewhere in the world somewhere anytime or day now. More moderate-sized quakes have occurred in parts of the world.

10:53 P.M.
It has remained dead quiet all day today here in Southern California. I kept myself extra busy and preoccupied to stave the anger and burning out. I have felt a few acute side pains later this evening. It feels like it is building up significantly. More activity could start up again here tomorrow with a decent chance of mag. 4+ in Southern CA. It also may not happen tomorrow. However, I am feeling more faint sensations that it may be acting up significantly in the world somewhere at any time.
In terms of local earthquake activity, much more could be around the corner. From November 2nd to about the 9th, I will be visiting relatives in Tennessee. It will be interesting to discover what I will be feeling while I'm over there that week. The last time I visited was in August 2016. I noticed that I felt no anger or tension whatsoever. However, I'm not sure if that will keep me from feeling like a part of me is still in California. I could also still feel something if there is activity going on over there.
I would likely still be connected. It would be ideal that the most of the activity does not start up until I return from my vacation. I will only be away for a week. That being said, I'm about to go to bed for I am very tired. My left side still feels tender. I will have to wait and see until the morning if there will be more going on. There could also be more aftershocks firing up in the Ridgecrest area, but I'm not sure. There also may be more activity taking place in other parts of California anytime or day now.

There is still very little going on anywhere so far. I'm continuing to feel some acute pains in my left side. I figure that it may stay quiet for now, but more activity could start up again anytime tomorrow or perhaps later this week. There also may or may not be any significant activity going on anywhere in the world anytime or day now. A major earthquake is due to strike somewhere at any time, but I will not be surprised if another week goes by without one. There have been gaps longer than this one.
At the same time, a large quake could very well happen somewhere any moment now or tomorrow/this week. A mag. 4+ quake could occur in Southern California any moment or day now even though there are still fewer than 20 quakes on the live map of the area. I'm still in a bit of a state where I may be testy and impatient. I'm not going to be taking my frustration and anger out on anyone around me of course. In my last post, it looked like it was a beast or a monster I was describing.
I have been doing a lot of walking over the last few days and my feet have been killing me. I have walked far before, but I don't think my feet ever hurt as bad as they did on Thursday and Friday. I wonder if that is inert energy I have been churning up from deep in the ground inside of me. It could be acting up significantly in Southern California and/or other parts of California very soon.

3:29 P.M.
I have not been in a good mood at all today. I have been feeling extremely irritable because it is holding up completely. There has not been one thing taking place here for hours - only 16 quakes over the last day. It is at a major low today. I have also been in some pain. I have to confess something that I have been ashamed of. Whenever it is like this, especially when there is nothing going on anywhere else on top of that, I'm pissed off at the world. I'm just angry. I get out of control with my anger too.
It is not because I'm essentially bored. I know it when it is not active at all. Especially when it stays so quiet for a period of time or when there isn't enough energy being released, it affects my mood. I become angry and depressed. It is horrible. I have violent outbursts when I'm alone. Every little thing irritates me. I just want to bite someone's head off! I'm very much a powder keg. It is not fun having to express this, but I know that I have to be open and honest.
I'm not always like this when it is quiet. After there has been a lot of activity recently, I feel fine. But whenever there has not been any major activity going on anywhere in the world for a long time or no signs of it acting up even a little in my area for a while, I lose my mind. I feel like my brain is swelling up and I'm trapped. I scream, shout, and pound on the walls at times. Again, I would only have fits of rage whenever I'm by myself. It is torturous whenever I'm in some pain and feeling like I have a fever as it feels like a lot more could start up at anytime, but there are still no signs of acting up whatsoever.
I had to come forward about this sooner or later. I'm under an anonymous name at this point, so it is safe.

I am feeling some sharp pains in my left side upon waking up. They have been occurring over the past 15-20 minutes. It gives me a feeling that they may be more activity potentially heating up here in Southern California anytime now or there could be larger earthquakes elsewhere. I may have experienced this pain from excess energy pent up all over. There is still due to be more violent earthquakes taking place in the world somewhere.
There may also be more activity elsewhere in California or the Western United States. Last night, I was also feeling somewhat lightheaded. I'm also seeing some orange and red flashes in my vision again.

I have just now started feeling some pains in my left side. Yesterday, my right knee was killing me. I'm not sure if it is because of all the walking I did, but I'm in good shape. I can walk relatively long distances here in these mountains. I do not remember straining myself recently either. I'm not certain why my knee has been bothering me. I am not sure whether it is energy trapped in there from the ground(likely from a distant location) or something else like an injury that I have been unaware of. My left side is tender as I apply pressure to it.
I have also been experiencing some dizzy spells over the past 2 days. Again, I'm suspecting there may be something significant potentially taking place North from here, probably in California. It also may just be a number of mag. 3+ EQs. There may also be more going on here in Southern California as well.

October 15, 2019
I'm still feeling tender in my left side. There have been signs of more activity taking place in Southern California. A magnitude 3.0 occurred near Borrego Springs on Sunday night. There has more or less been much else taking place here since. There have been numerous micro quakes. I'm not sure what may have caused that charlie horse early Sunday morning. I did feel a pain in the bottom of my foot yesterday afternoon where it made me limp a little. There might be a lot to come within weeks. It may not be that active now, but it could change dramatically within the next month.
I'm not sure if this would be in any way related, but I suffered what was probably a very low blood sugar this morning. The same thing happened on Sunday morning. I was shaking, weak, and breaking out in a cold sweat. I don't believe it is a sign of diabetes or even prediabetes. Although I'm aware that thin people can also get diabetes, I don't believe I have that problem. However, I will keep an eye on it. I was just pitching that because seismic activity and pent-up strain energy can affect nearly every system in my body. It is connected.
I'm not sure what it is, but I'm speculating that there could be something significant taking place North from here again. A magnitude 4.7 occurred in the Bay Area last night. It was near the Calaveras and Concord Faults. It would be interesting if history repeated itself if a large quake were to hit the Bay area on the 30th anniversary of the Loma Prieta earthquake. If that were to happen again, hopefully people will be better prepared. I noticed that around the time of the Ridgecrest events, I felt less also because I realized the the Garlock Fault sort of served as a divider between Southern California and that area or a cut-off.
However, the light changes in my body that I was experiencing long term may have been related to that for it was not that far away. I started experiencing feelings that were not the usual 2 weeks before the Ridgecrest earthquakes. At the time, I was uncertain what exactly may have been going on and where.

I woke up about an hour ago. I'm planning to go on an outing to the town of Wrightwood today. Just about 20 minutes ago, my right leg suddenly started cramping from knee to foot. Eventually, the cramping extended up and down my leg. This is something new to me. I have experienced that knot in my knee before, but this is a bit different. I'm beginning to feel sore in other areas. It almost feels like my nervous system is slowly beginning to go haywire. I'm certain that I have neuropathy.
My left side feels very tender. I'm not sure what is next, but I'm not going to ignore it.

I have been feeling more energized today. Some more activity has been warming up here in Southern California so far. I have been feeling tenderness in my left side as well. It still may be heating up this weekend or on into next week. There just might be more large EQs taking place worldwide anytime now or sometime within the week ahead. When it comes to detecting where the potential for something more dangerous may be coming from, I have just recently started examining this. It is still hard to tell exactly where the most energy may be coming from in the world. I tried something else today. I decided to examine my heart rate as I focused on various directions extended far across the globe.
I noticed my heart rate speeding up some as I combed the Northwest, west, and where I think may be Sumatra and Central Asia. I was also having the same thing happening when I focused my energy to the far South from my location. I also noticed faint tingling in my left side. There may or may not be something serious going on somewhere in the world today, but it must not be that much longer. A major quake could strike somewhere in the world tomorrow or within the next 5-7 days at this point. For right now, closer to home, I'm feeling warmth and soreness where it feels like there might be more activity taking place here in Southern California anytime now, this weekend, or later next week.

2:08 P.M.
I have just started feeling pressure in my left side. It is like a throbbing type of pressure. I would figure that it either means much more activity might start this weekend or next week or perhaps tomorrow here in Southern California or more large earthquake activity is looming somewhere in the world any moment now or at least by next week - like an outbreak of serious earthquake activity in parts of the world. This month has not seen one event of magnitude 6 or greater anywhere in the world so far. It has been far too quiet.
There is no telling how much longer this will go on. It should be acting up by now or at least by next week. There might also be more magnitude 3-4+ earthquakes taking place in Southern California by next week. It can even start up today or tomorrow. I have thought of this before, but it took me a while to actually try and demonstrate it in what I feel in relation to the activity here in Southern California. I suddenly visualized an energy that looked like fire deep in the ground, 10 miles into the ground. I suddenly envisioned the energy welling up and intensifying like a fire growing larger and hotter whenever it becomes more active.
I imagine the flames receding and sort of dribbling deep in the fault(s) whenever the activity or potential dies back down. I believe that is what it would look like. Earthquakes can released a tremendous amount of energy and heat along a rupturing fault. Earthquakes are extremely hot - As hot as fire. The friction can heat a fault up to 2,700 degrees Fahrenheit. At this point, it feels like the energy is dribbling far down below, but may be trickling up to the surface as more activity may start increasing here anytime or day now. I have observed that before an increase in activity or whenever the potential arises, I feel very warm and tingly inside. It almost feels like a pressure in my ears where it somewhat drowns out the other sounds around me. I am experiencing a slight sense of that so far.

9:23 A.M.
Over the past half hour or so, I started to feel some more acute pains in my left side. They are not constant, but more like a throb. I have also noticed that I have been feeling agitated this morning. I meant to take note of that because in the past whenever there would be more local activity on the verge of increasing, I would feel agitated. My body temperature also feels like it has skyrocketed. A magnitude 3 or 4+ anytime now or any day is of a high likelihood here in Southern California at this point.
It has not been very active in the world in terms of significant earthquakes. However, there should be a major quake somewhere at any time. It could push on into next week. It could skip another month without a magnitude 7 or greater worldwide. We can never be sure on what is yet to come. There was a long gap in mag. 7+ worldwide last year and in 2017. I noticed that I briefly became extremely depressed last night.
I notice that whenever there is an extended period of no significant EQ activity out there in the world and little activity taking place locally, I tend to fall into a depressed state. I not only would feel very irritable, but also down, even tearful at moments. It is involuntary. Even when I have not been viewing the current activity here and all over, I know down inside when there is or is not a lot going on out there. I was feeling more energized upon waking up this morning, but then my mood started to sour a little when the local activity stopped again. At this point, I will have to play it by ear. So much can happen within a short period of time.

So far, I'm feeling some throbbing pain in my left side. I also started to see some red again. It feels like more mag. 3+ could be on the rise here in Southern California anytime now or later this week. While it feels like there should be much more significant earthquake activity taking place in the world, it could be relatively quiet for now. If nothing large happens anywhere this week, it will likely be sometime next week. In terms of local quakes, there is due to be magnitude 4 or larger here in Southern CA anytime or day or next week. There could also be more aftershocks increasing in the Ridgecrest area.

Oct. 6, 2019: Update
8:00 P.M.
Earlier this evening, I felt very dizzy. I processed the energy again out there and it made me very dizzy. There could be a particularly large earthquake imminent somewhere in the world at any moment or within the next 7-14 days. I am feeling most of the energy to my West, but I also feel a lot coming from the South. I also have most recently began monitoring the Caribbean Sea region for there has been a lot of activity taking place there most recently. I cannot believe I did not figure this out until after my previous post. For me to process all the way to the region on the opposite most part of the world is to project all the way down beneath me, through the planet's interior. It is more than what is on the surface.
It is still kind of difficult to tell where exactly it is coming from or tell which region will likely have the next large quake. There may or may not be anything significant going on right now, but there is likely to be mag. 6+ sometime this week somewhere. There still may be more activity increasing here in Southern California. My left side still feels tender and I am still feeling lightheaded. It feels like there will likely be mag. 3+ here this week. Again, I will keep all posted as much as possible because it can change constantly.

4:35 P.M.
I have been feeling some more twinges in my left side and subsequently more activity started warming up here in Southern California. I am still seeing more red and orange flashes. I have explored more about me detecting earthquakes far and wide. I pictured what reminded me of a plasma globe. I imagine having these invisible fiber-like appendages expanding around the world. Each one would pulsate wherever the most energy is coming from. I stand facing the North and imagine a tiny part of my insides extending into the ground and shooting off in all directions. It is like a fishing line. I focus on a direction for a moment and find out if I feel the slightest sensation coming from that direction - like the line being tugged.
If the sensation is very faint, then the source must be far away. It gives me a tingling sensation, like a static buzzing type of feel. Currently, I am picking up on a lot of that energy from the Northwest and Western directions. It may be coming from Japan, the Kuril Islands, Philippines, and/or the Northern Mariana Islands. I also feel a lot to my South in the direction of Central America, Peru, and Chile as well as the South Sandwich Islands. It is somewhat tricky detecting whether or not there is anything significant potentially on the horizon in the Middle East such as Iran. That is on the very opposite side of the Earth from where I am.
Right now, I am feeling a lot of energy out there like the time is just about right for a large event to occur somewhere. There is also more activity beginning to heat up here in Southern California. I'm also feeling some more energy from the Ridgecrest area and other parts of California and/or the Interior West. I also have been having a feeling most recently that there could be a magnitude 6-7+ quake potentially on the brink of happening in the Aleutian Islands.

7:30 P.M.
Over the past two hours, I just started feeling some slightly more acute pains in my left side. I have also started to see some red and orange spots and some slight dizziness. At this point, there could be more activity increasing here in Southern California any moment now or by tomorrow. A magnitude 3 or higher in Southern California anytime now or sometime within the next several days is more likely so far.
I have been feeling a tenderness in my side along with a few spells of dizziness over the last day or two. There could also be more aftershocks of magnitude 4 or higher in the Ridgecrest area. There may also be more taking place in the Bay area and Mammoth Lakes or perhaps other areas of the Western U.S.
There is also a high likelihood of magnitude 6-7+ somewhere in the world anytime now or sometime this week.

I noticed that I have felt extremely irritable all day and restless. It feels like more should be acting up, but it has been the most stagnant it has been in a while today. There was very little taking place elsewhere in the world in terms of significant activity. I have not been actively posting on Twitter throughout the day yesterday. I sort of knew that I was not going to be waking up to any new activity.
However, I have been feeling some side tenderness. Usually whenever I just feel tenderness, especially if I'm still feeling somewhat energetic, there is often more mag. 3-4+ to follow within the next week or perhaps something more significant whether it be in this region or within about 100-odd miles. When it comes to something more significant, the tenderness in my left side can last up to 2 weeks in advance.
I have just began feeling somewhat lightheaded over the past hour. I have also felt some slight tingling and warmth. At this point, I can conclude that even though it might not be acting up here at all for right now, there may be much more within the next week or so or something more significant taking place farther away. However, there could still be a mag. 4+ in Southern California any moment now or later this weekend. There could also be a lot of significant activity on the verge of taking place in parts of the world anytime now. There is due to be more major EQs taking place somewhere by now.

A deeper look and analysis
I have been doing further research to figure out this connection. I have been experiencing symptoms prior to earthquakes for 10 years. I cannot remember whether I had them my entire life or not. I starting having this when I visited California for the first time in mid November 2009. It was my first time ever on a tectonic plate boundary and that made me believe that that was what opened this. I first became interested in earthquakes in January 2008. I was living in Florida before moving out here to California in December 2012. There was an earthquake I have never heard of that occurred off the Gulf coast of FL on September 10, 2006. I cannot remember whether I felt that or not. It was before I became heavily interested in earthquakes. However, I have felt those side pains before. When I was about 14 or 15, I once groaned in agony as a stabbing pain suddenly, yet briefly gripped my left flank.
The year 2004 was an extremely eventful year in terms of earthquakes all over the world. I may have felt pain on the morning of September 6, 2006. I just cannot really remember that day in particular. It seems strange to be feeling a stabbing pain when I was living in Florida. Florida is nowhere near any active faults or boundaries and is the least seismically active state in the country. I was feeling side pains quite often throughout 2011 and 2012. I felt them wherever I would go. I discovered that I was feeling them before a rise in significant earthquakes around the world or a major quake somewhere in the world. I believe that the more serious pains I felt would occur from a build-up of released energy and stress from all over the planet. In 2004, when I felt that stabbing pain, it could have been from all the large earthquakes all over the world and leading up to that epic magnitude 9.1 off the coast of Sumatra.
There was an overwhelming amount of energy released throughout the Earth that year. However, I'm not 100% certain this hypersensitivity has always been there. I at least did not become aware of it until after my first trip to California. I carried it with me wherever I was. It seemed to be magnified whenever I was away from a plate boundary. I have even felt a faint shaking inside from a large quake on the other side of the world. When I went to Houston, Texas in April 2012, we stayed in a high rise hotel and I kept feeling like the building was swaying. It must have been the massive seismic energy from the then-recent large quakes in the world. April 2012 was a particularly violent time. Twin magnitude 8-pointers occurred off the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia that month. Here in California, it is more concentrated around the local fault systems in this region. Oddly, I may have somewhat of a "blindspot" or shadow zone within a 200 to 5 or 600 mile radius.
It is tricky when it comes to monitoring activity in Northern California and parts of the Interior West. I will further examine and document all this.

Update: 9-30-19
1:02 P.M.
I have started feeling some more pain in my left side and I'm also feeling an aching in my knee again. It caused me to limp slightly. I started experiencing that knee pain around the time of the Ridgecrest quakes. I also have started seeing more redness in my vision. I am not certain what causes that. I naturally see red and orange strongly. I have wondered if it has something to do with my blood flow or perhaps I'm able to see the energy coming off the ground. I have not gotten to the bottom of that particular symptom, but it is something that I experience before and during seismic activity. I not only felt that knot in my knee, but my hand started hurting a little earlier. I have figured that that is energy pumping through my body from the earth where excess energy becomes trapped in areas.

I am definitely feeling different from yesterday. The side pains have returned, although they are very mild. There has been some more seismic activity heating up here in Southern California this morning. There could be more on the way anytime or day now.
It may also heat up some more in the Ridgecrest area.
At this point, I will still have to wait and find out if I start feeling even more later today.

I have not made a post here in over a week. That is because there has not been that much going on in Southern California. I have not been feeling much in terms of side pains, dizziness, ruddy vision, heaviness in the feet, etc. It was also that time of the month that tends to interfere with all this, causing me to become somewhat sloppy or disorganized. So far, very little has been taking place here today, so I have not been experiencing those symptoms.
It seems all the mag. 1s have been occurring 5 hours apart each. However, it has been more eventful in terms of large quakes worldwide. I have been a bit more energized because of it. I have been feeling some faint sensations such as slight dizziness, some side pressure, and warmth. That is what I experience whenever it becomes significantly active in parts of the world. So far, in terms of anything going on around here, there is not much to see on the real-time data map. I might make a post here later on if something changes where I'm feeling a lot more.

Late last night, I began feeling some more deeply acute pains in my left side. I woke up this morning feeling somewhat dizzy. Right now, I'm still feeling some twinges in my side and my energy levels are up. I was miserable on Tuesday. There was hardly anything going on anywhere in the world for a long period of time and the overall activity in Southern California suddenly came to a low. I was so irritable and I was also depressed. The following morning, I felt completely different as more significant activity was beginning to start up in parts of the world. I'm still feeling happier and more energized today.
I have also started seeing a few vivid red and orange spots or flashes this morning. It could be many things at once where there could be a lot more significant earthquake activity taking place worldwide anytime now or more activity taking place here in Southern California. I was feeling that pain in my left knee again as well. I am aware people may find this bogus. People would think of seniors, obese people, or someone afflicted with a number of chronic illnesses would complain of joint pain and side pain. I am going to be 30 on October 11th and am completely able-bodied and thin.
So, no I have not been someone of those categories who is confusing this with their medical conditions. I also take care of my body well and do not overexert myself.

12:11 A.M.
There was a brief start-up in activity earlier today when a magnitude 3.8 occurred in the Salton Sea on the San Andreas. It suddenly became extremely quiet. The realtime earthquakes over the past day dropped down to 23. There has been relatively little going on elsewhere in the world. I have also noticed that I have been feeling rather irritable and tired. However, I have felt some deep acute pains in my left side on and off all evening. They were brief, yet difficult to ignore. I suspect that a lot more could take place anytime now or tomorrow or perhaps later this week. There is such a thing as an explosion of activity after a deep lull.
It still looks like it is staying relatively quiet in terms of large earthquakes around the globe. This could push another week or it could suddenly act up at any moment. There could be one massive quake striking somewhere and it remaining less than active elsewhere in the world. It may also start acting up in various regions. I know that this is something I don't feel that comfortable mentioning, but I feel like I'm already experiencing PMS and I'm not supposedly due until next week. Whenever it is that quiet - whether it be in terms of large EQs worldwide or enough activity locally - I have a harder time during my luteal phase. Whenever it is active enough or has been active most recently, my PMS symptoms are much more mild and don't suffer those symptoms a week or longer in advance.
I suffered terribly in 2017 when it was extremely uneventful for a long period of time. I also struggled last year during another long gap. It affects about every system in my body, including my monthly workings. Excuse me for the T.M.I. I'm about to go to bed right now. I will find out how I feel in the morning.

I am taking advantage of the 30-odd minutes I have left before I go without power for 8 hours. I want to post while I can in case something changes later during the day. This morning, I woke up feeling not much different from yesterday. I was also feeling extremely irritable. There has been a lack of large events in the world as it is due to act up at any time. There still feels like more activity should occur here in Southern California. I have not been in pain upon waking up, but my left side still feels tender.
I'm also feeling dizzy. I have been continuing to see red and orange flashes as well. I feel like I'm expecting something within the coming week or two at this point. I have yet to find out if this will hold. Something could end up happening later today while my electricity is out. If more earthquake activity starts up, I will not be able to tweet or update via this blog until this evening. As of right now, my left side still hurts some when I squeeze it. I have felt a few twinges there this morning and late last night. I have yet to find out if anything else changes later today.

I am feeling completely different this morning as I'm waking up compared to yesterday evening. It looks like there is now very little going on again - locally and elsewhere around the world. My left side still feels tender as I poke and squeeze it, but I'm not in much pain at all at this point. I noticed that I'm also feeling irritable. It has not been that active in the world for a while and it is possible it could stay like this for another week.
I will probably make another entry later today if something changes. It might change later to where there could be a lot more taking place again. It could also be a relatively uneventful day, but it might change by tomorrow, this weekend, or perhaps next week.

Update: September 10, 2019
7:36 PM
I have been feeling extremely energetic this evening. I will not be able to sleep without a night cap or a sleeping aide. I'm feeling very hot and my cheeks are redder than usual. I've been on and off feeling pains in my left side. Most of these pains over the past 5 hours have been sharp pains. I'm not in a lot of pain, but I am tender and tingly. I also feel lightheaded. I have not felt this much energy since the Ridgecrest earthquakes 2 months ago.
I'm not sure what is going on right now. I feel overwhelmed. It may be a lot at once. There could also be a surge in major earthquake activity worldwide at any moment. There could also be something going on within a 100 mile radius or perhaps a bit further out than that, but I'm not sure. There may be more taking place in Southern California anytime or day now. I will have to wait and find out what will happen in the morning if there will be anymore action.
I will also wait and find out if I feel differently tomorrow morning.

Yesterday, I have felt some deep side pains on and off. I felt some more earlier this morning as well. I have also noticed a spike in energy. All along, I have felt like I've been expecting much more activity here in Southern California. I was not going to let that go even whenever there did not appear to be much going on for hours yesterday. I have been growing increasingly wary of the Lake Elsinore area as more activity has started to occur there. At 1:21 today, a magnitude 3.9 occurred in that area.
It was located in the Elsinore Fault Zone which is capable of magnitude 6-7 earthquakes. I am still seeing some red and orange spots or flashes. I have experienced brief spells of dizziness and heaviness in the bottom of my feet over the past days. My left side feels very tender. At this point, I'm still expecting more to be going on in the coming days or weeks.

I have been feeling some acute pain as well as tight throbbing pains in my left side over the past couple of hours. I feel some dizziness and feel warmer than usual as well. I'm seeing redness(vision) - Everything looking more tinted in hot hues and seeing red and orange spots and flashes.
I was also experiencing an array of strong emotions when there was little activity taking place here at all. I have been feeling rather nervous lately. The bottom of my feet also feel hot and heavy. I'm working on compartmentalizing, determining where the energy is coming from or how far away it is. I feel that I could mistake an acute pain in my left side for a possible impending large earthquake far away rather than a minor one close by.
I remember feeling some acute side pains leading up to the Ridgecrest events 2 months ago. It was during a time of the month where I did not give too much attention to writing it down. I'm not sure whether there might be more aftershocks firing up in the Ridgecrest area or more mag. 3-4+ increasing in my region or perhaps a massive quake or numerous large quakes occurring worldwide at any moment or any day.
It has been a little too quiet in terms of big earthquakes globally. I'm going to further study the affects of earthquakes of various sizes and distances on my body. I'm bound to find out what happens next at least any day now.

I have been feeling extremely irritable on and off today. I have noticed that there is not enough going on here or anywhere else in the world where the pressure is affecting me. It has raised my cortisol levels considerably. I feel that a lot more is expected - major quake activity worldwide and more activity here in Southern California. I have been experiencing a pins and needles sensation in the bottom of my feet and parts of my arms, hands, and legs. There is also that pain or discomfort in my knee. I also felt some pain in my left side again this afternoon.
It can be exhausting whenever it starts acting up and then suddenly stops repeatedly. That is how it has been in terms of more significant earthquake activity worldwide. There is due to be a major earthquake somewhere at any time. It also feels like it should start acting up here in Southern California once more at any time or any day. Perhaps the Ridgecrest sequence could start back up again. These sensations are not going away. I still am anticipating more at this point.

There is due to be a major earthquake somewhere at any time. It also feels like it should start acting up here in Southern California once more at any time or any day. Perhaps the Ridgecrest sequence could start back up again. These sensations are not going away. I still am anticipating more at this point.

All day, I have been feeling some pain in my side - a tight throbbing, pulling sensation. I have also felt some pins and needles type sensations throughout my arm and my knee started hurting again causing me to limp a little. I felt some pins and needles or burning in my shins as well. I feel tender all over. The pain in my left side later became a deeper and duller throbbing type pain that extended into my back. I have also experienced lightheadedness and I'm feeling constant vibrations where it feels like an earthquake.

I have been feeling a lot going on this week. I have been feeling more side pains and pain in joints as well as ruddier vision. Lately I have been feeling some nerve pains in my arms. My upper left arm near the shoulder is sore. I also have been noticing that my body temperature has been feeling hotter than usual where I had a very hard time with the weekend heat wave.
There have already been a number of small quakes around Southern California since this month started. The pains that I have been feeling in my left side are also occurring more frequently.

Last night, I was hit by a sharp pain in the left side. About an hour later, I felt more of a stabbing pain there. It was not very brief either. It sort of came and went. My left side was bothering me all throughout the night. I was still feeling tender this morning. Last night, it appeared that the Fontana swarm was starting back up again. At 10:17 this morning, a magnitude 3.1 occurred near Redlands in the Crafton Hills Fault Zone.
Sometimes, the pain can occur hours to a day in advance. It does not always happen 30 minutes to an hour beforehand. I figured that there was a lot going on at once when I felt that more severe pain later last night. It seemed like the pressure had already started welling up last night. I think I get the pain from the sudden rise in strain energy. It would course through my body and squeeze a nerve.
I have recently figured out the different types of pains that occur. If it is a pressure or pinching sensation, it would be from an earthquake potentially on the verge of occurring at any moment in an area that isn't on a fault(or at least one that hasn't made it to the surface). When it is a sharp pain, it is from a smaller fault. When it is a more severe stabbing pain or a deep dull pain, it is from a large fault. I have speculated that the severe stabbing pain could be a possible large earthquake.
I cannot confirm it now because I have not been in a big one yet, not up close. Most of these impending earthquakes are bluffs.

I have been feeling somewhat overwhelmed this weekend. It feels like a lot is due to take place worldwide at this point at anytime or within the coming week. It also feels like it is still heating up again here in Southern California. My knee is going off again - always my left knee. I'm feeling some pains all over such as my back. My left side is also of course going again, though not too much. I do feel tender there right now. I have also felt heavy in the bottom of my feet as well as dizzy.

Lately, I have been feeling pains in my left side as well as some pain in my knee. It was the same pain I felt in that knee in the 2 days leading up to the Ridgecrest events last month. A magnitude 4.6 aftershock just now occurred in said area. More activity is heating up as we speak. There is more activity increasing in Southernmost California as well. The type of pains I have been feeling in my side are these acute pressures. It feels like something popped inside and general discomfort. I feel somewhat sore and heavy practically all over.

8/18/19 - Update
5:57 P.M.
Earlier, the pain subsided, but then came back with more of a fury about 20 minutes ago. I am feeling a deeper and more acute pain in my left side on and off. I feel lightheaded and warm and tingly. There is more activity heating up in Southern California. The aftershock sequence has also started up again.
I'm feeling a constant vibration along with the other feelings I am experiencing. It feels like it is definitely heated again so far.

Right now, I'm feeling this painful pressure in my left side. Earlier, it was a slight jabbing sensation, but it has gotten a little worse over the past hour. I was feeling a heaviness in the bottom of my feet earlier as well as a spell of dizziness.
This would usually happen about a day or several days or several hours before magnitude 3 or 4+ earthquake would occur in Southern California. That does not always happen, but we would be due for some more activity. It could also be related to the sequence North of here, but I'm not sure.
