Physiological symptoms I experience that coincide with earthquake activity near and far. I have long noticed a connection. I document it all here.

3:08 P.M.
At this point, while there may not be that much activity taking place in Southern California right now, it could be potentially on the verge of increasing anytime now or within the next 2-3 days. There could also be more significant earthquake activity taking place worldwide within the next few days at this point. I decided to observe temperature relationships - measuring my sensitivity to heat and cold. I turned on the large range to high heat on the oven and stood in front of it. I removed my jacket and stood there for approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds before I reached the point of sweating.
I later opened the freezer and clutched a piece of ice and it instantly cracked, started melting rapidly, and breaking apart in my hand. I also did jump testing. It was to see how hard I would land on my feet. In our backyard, the ground has been partially terraced in a landscaping project. I jumped off of a section that was about 2 feet high and another that was about a meter. I was dizzy upon jumping as my feet were feeling heavier. I walked around my yard and walked uphill and realized I had more energy where I did not tire quickly.
So, in conclusion, it feels like there might be some more activity increasing locally with a decent chance of more mag. 3 or 4+ within the next several days. There also could be more impending significant earthquake activity worldwide within the next few days or week. It could change at any moment. More could take place altogether now or later this week, more seismic activity could begin increasing here in Southern CA anytime now or tomorrow and then die back down again for a little bit. More could take place in other areas of California anytime or day now or it could end up stalling out until next week.
I squeezed my left side, and it feels very tender. I have felt tingling and tight twinges or sensations in my arms and legs as well as inside my ears. I meant to note that I feel warmer than usual whenever more seismic activity is increasing or on the potential verge of increasing. It is as though heat from deep in the earth wells up with friction whenever it starts acting up or coming close to that point. Heat is the driving force. The bottom of my feet would also feel heavier and more tender whenever it is like that.
