Dec. 19, 2019

9 AM

Yesterday was a difficult day for me, not so much as emotionally/mentally, but physically. I started my monthly flow and there was very little activity taking place around here. There was roughly one magnitude 1-pointer every 5-6 hours all day. I was constantly exhausted and was in pain. I have mentioned before that I have endometriosis. I had a painful flare-up late yesterday. All day, I was extremely tired, could barely stay awake or do anything. The pain suddenly worsened late last night as I was getting out of the shower.
It was around 10 O'clock. At first, just when I was thinking I would sleep soundly, I knew I could not sleep with all that pain. I could not imagine feeling severe side pains at the same time. I think I would have fainted. It was hard. It then dissipated and I went to bed. I sort of woke up a few times throughout the night from discomfort, but I am feeling much better this morning. Next time, I will have to be better prepared for my next period. I should really monitor my diet and not drink more nights than I should.
I would hate to go to the doctor where they suggest I get a hysterectomy. Getting rid of your uterus does not cure endometriosis. There is still debris left over inside. I'm sorry if I'm being a little graphic, but I feel that it is necessary to include this part. This connection to the earth and plate tectonics affects every part of me. As I mentioned before, it can affect my menstrual cycle where I have noticed experiencing more menstrual pain whenever there is not enough going on locally with the stress and it being very overdue.
A few very small earthquakes every few hours would not be enough. If there are multiple very small quakes with a few mag. 2+ taking place simultaneously and more frequently all day, then that might ease the pain. I would just be feeling some pain in my left side. My cycle can really complicate things. That is why I am going to be altering my diet and reducing my intake of things that would cause problems. I cannot have it interfering with this anymore.
I will have to reduce my intake of coffee and alcohol and monitor the sugar. When that time comes around next month, I will have to do my best to avoid any bad carb or anything that contains soy. I learned that I should also reduce red meats and consume more fish and poultry instead. I read that more red meat can trigger pain during that time(perhaps because of the acidity?). You might be wondering why this is more about my monthly cycle and health regimen rather than the usual symptoms related to the activity.
This is a part of that. It is in fact a significant part of that. When next month comes around, I don't want to risk missing anything because I'm in too much pain and so exhausted that I cannot concentrate or think. That being said, it feels like there may be more taking place in Southern California today, this weekend, or next week. There could also be more serious activity taking place in parts of the world anytime or day now or perhaps by next week. I plan on posting an update later today.
