Very little has changed in terms of activity in Southern California with the exception of a mere magnitude 2.6 in the Lake Elsinore area later yesterday. It could remain extremely quiet all week. However, it could also change anytime today. To curb the pain of there being no release of energy for a while, I have been playing Pokemon Go(app). It is one of the activities I do to keep myself preoccupied. I don't have to be stuck at the house the whole time and all the walking does wonders for me.
Exercising more is a great way to alleviate stress and pain. I felt foolish for comparing what I've been feeling most recently to PMS. I forgot I was due for that time this week; I was wondering why I've been so depressed lately. However, a block in activity for an extended amount of time does exacerbate PMS and other issues. I also don't want to be TMI, so I keep that part to a minimum. The activity is still at a low. I'm not feeling any side pains as of right now, but there is still a chance it could change later today.
I'm not feeling too low now because it may be acting up more significantly elsewhere in the world somewhere anytime or day now. More moderate-sized quakes have occurred in parts of the world.
