May 30, 2020

8:00 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up feeling more energy, but from more significant activity in other parts of the world. Just as I suspected, there is still nothing going on here in Southern California at all. In the area South of the Garlock fault and North of the border with Mexico, it is mostly dead. It could start up again today or it may remain this way for another 2 days. I feel somewhat energized, but irritable. I was experiencing highs and lows in my mood all night last night. For a moment or two, I felt elated, then I became depressed again and so on. During the highs, there were some signs the local activity was beginning to increase again, then that was it. I am hardly feeling any pain in my side. It does feel tender with a sore spot. It should not be staying quiet much longer.

11:42 A.M.(PDT)

Still no sign of changes. It has now been 8 hours since the last quake of mag. 1+, more than 4 hours since anything moved out here at all. I have been keeping my head above water not becoming severely depressed. That is what the St. John's Wort is for. I have also entered the PMS phase, so it is a double whammy. I have been trying very hard not to get irritated over every little thing. My energy was very low a few hours ago, but it is rising again as some more significant activity occurred in the world just now. I may not feel any pain or pressure in my left side, but I have felt some leg pains earlier as well as a brief spell of dizziness. Just as I suspected, it is becoming even more inactive here than ever and then more might heat up again within 2 or 3 days.

1:02 P.M.(PDT)

I have just started feeling more energized and a perk in my mood. There is finally some more activity beginning to warm up here in Southern California. I just now felt a pain in my left side and my core temperature has increased. I was freezing earlier(It has been kind of cool outside today). I also started seeing redness in my vision(red and hot pink spots; like floaters).

5:36 P.M.(PDT)

That feeling I had earlier did not last. It could end up being another day or two. I don't feel any sharp, achy, throbbing pains in my side at all, but there is still a sore spot there.

6:36 P.M.(PDT)

I'm extremely irritable right now. It is back to how it was this morning. There is another gap going on 5 hours since the last mag. 1+, more than 3 hours since any movement at all around Southern California. It is now at the point to where I am starting to feel angrier. It has dropped down from 50 to 25 quakes in this region over the last day. There has not been one magnitude 2+ anywhere in Southern California over the last 24+ hours.

7:10 P.M.(PDT)

I just now felt an aching pain in my left side in my ribs. The activity may or may not start heating up again anytime now tonight, but it is the first time I really felt something all day.
