I have been feeling a lot of pressure in my left side this morning so far. It is somewhat bothersome as I lay on it. Earlier, the activity around Southern California slowed down, but I'm now picking up on some more energy again so far. There may just now also be more significant EQ activity worldwide on the rise again now.
5:56 P.M.(PDT)
I noticed that I have been sore and aching all over today. I did a cardio workout running up and down several flights of stairs at my house and the bottom of my feet felt hot and heavy. I have been experiencing dizziness over the past hour.
