7:25 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up and immediately had a strong feeling something big happened somewhere. I was feeling very stimulated and energized - very different from yesterday. There had indeed been a strong earthquake, but it was in Nevada - roughly 300 miles from where I live. That seems to be a shadow zone for me. I was feeling things, but I was not sure whether there would be more going on in my area or somewhere else on the other side of the world - either somewhat to very close or very far away. I have noticed before with these events occurring between distances of more than 100 miles to about 1,000 miles, I find myself confused and frustrated leading up to it. 
I have a hard time telling whether some more minor to potentially moderate activity may be taking place here in Southern California or large events in other parts of the world coming any time or any day. I had the same feelings before the earthquake in Idaho. It almost felt like a persistent itching that would not stop. It sort of pulled me apart inside. I will have to take note of that next time. I believe the starting point when it comes to bigger earthquakes worldwide is about 1,500 miles. Even though there was still not much else going on here or other parts of the world at all, I am feeling a lot of energy so far, so maybe it could increase here and elsewhere today.

12:55 P.M.(PDT)

I have just now started to feel a poking sensation in my left side. I felt that before I went to bed last night. I'm beginning to wonder if that could also be from more significant distant earthquake activity. A lot of the times it is from potential activity from an area away from a fault(at least a surface fault). I have been feeling very stimulated today. I have also felt somewhat overwhelmed to where I have been having some difficulty processing all of this and what may be going on elsewhere in the world.

8:15 P.M.(PDT)

I'm feeling kind of sick right now. I feel some pain in my left side and there is this dull cramping in my back that almost causes me to tear up. I have been feeling very strange all day today. I have been too cold, but then too warm on and off. It has been somewhat overwhelming. I cannot really place a finger on it. I am also feeling some neuropathic pain in my leg. I have also been somewhat dizzy.
