I decided to conclude a summary of my experience regarding the symptoms and overall physical and mental state in relation to the seismic activity in Southern California and significant activity around the globe. I have been studying these patterns for quite some time. There is a dramatic difference in me between whenever there is high activity and whenever it is at a low for an extended period. I will be marking every recurring symptom with bullet points in relation to this.
During increases in local activity(Southern California) and/or more significant activity in parts of the world:
. High energy
. Warmth
. Flank pain or pressure
. Flank tenderness
. Dizziness
. Ruddy vision
. Pain and soreness of limbs and joints
. Feeling a constant shaking or phantom vibrations
. Blushing(probably related to feelings of warmth and stimulation)
. Heaviness in bottom of feet
During periods of low activity locally and elsewhere worldwide:
. Fatigue
. Irritability
. Sensitivity to cold
. Depression(does not always occur, though)
. Sometimes headaches
There does not need to be a lot going on all the time to keep me up. I am normal after there has been a lot of activity locally and worldwide recently. But whenever it has been quiet for a long time or whenever there is due to be a lot going on and it remains stagnant, I suffer those symptoms mentioned above.
