I realize that perhaps the reason why I was hardly feeling any menstrual pain earlier today had to do with the fact that there was a lot of activity going on in the world overnight and this morning. Then, it grew somewhat quiet again as there was due to be more. I also was feeling aggravated earlier as more activity was increasing in Southern California earlier today. It could be a variety of things related to that, but the bottom line is that I have a serious condition that I need to be more proactive about. I have not been very good to myself in the days leading up to starting and I ended up paying for it later on at some point. It hit like a tsunami following an unusual receding of the tide. I also wonder if being out here has made it worse. I was not experiencing much pain at first, but after more time being here, I started having some problems. Stress can make you ill for sure. The overall seismic activity around the world or nearby can more or less influence what goes on with that time each month. It is very complicated. There was a major outbreak in significant activity the other week where so much happened in one day. Then it was totally quiet everywhere the following week up until late last night or early this morning, but there was not much else after that. I remember the day there was all that activity with the major quake in China, I ended up feeling completely overwhelmed later on. There was so much going on in one day. It was like a spike and then a dip. I became quite depressed the following week when there was little going on anywhere again. I feel that I would be far better off on a plate boundary where the senses are more concentrated in the local region instead of being spread apart everywhere.
