I'm a little worried right now. I was outside and suddenly got extremely dizzy and almost passed out. I have been having a sense of vertigo. This was just minutes ago. I have felt some pain deep in my side on and off today. I'm also feeling very warm. I'm not sure what all this is related to but it was alarming. When I was in church this morning, I felt some vibrations in the ground. I knew I was not imagining any of it. I'm going to find out what happens next and what could be going on. I'm still feeling lightheaded and weak. I was feeling a numbness and tingling in my arm last night. Sometimes I feel that in my legs. I could have possible issues with my veins. I'm going to have to watch that.

I'm feeling some weakness and sudden fatigue. I don't know what is going on with me. I'm going to get a glass of water.
