I usually do my best to keep it in when I'm feeling angry or frustrated. That strain energy can really affect me. More small quakes provide temporary relief. Whenever it[the activity] stops for a while, it starts to affect me in the worst way. I also feel cold and hungry more. It is odd because this affects just about every function in my body except for my G.I. tract. I am thankful for that!🤣
It amazed me the other week when I began menstruating and was feeling that immense discomfort in my abdomen as well as pain in my left side just before that magnitude 5.5 occurred near Trona. I immediately felt relief as soon as the seismic waves hit. I got scared about how an even bigger and closer event might feel if it happens to occur at the wrong time of the month. All of this also affects my muscles, circulatory system, respiratory system, eyes, ears, sleep, brain and nerves. My digestive tract is not impacted. Before an earthquake or whenever there is due to be more anytime, I'm uptight. I would need melatonin to put me to sleep, by chest tightens, my breath becomes shorter, my heart rate goes up, and I become agitated and anxious.
I, of course, feel more pain. It affects my blood flow and lymphatic fluid as well. I believe that may also contribute to the side pain. It feels like stagnant lymph or like acid building up. I suspect there is a nerve there, but that might play a part in that. After there is a release of energy, it feels as though something was drained. My side may also feel slightly swollen before. I know this might sound somewhat horrifying, but that is what takes place in me. When it comes to my ears, I tend to feel pressure inside. With my eyes, I see red flashes or a ruddiness of vision before and during earthquakes. After there has been more activity, I feel like I have been wrung raw. I feel stimulated and content.
