Fitness Journal

On Wednesday morning, I suddenly decided to jog two laps around the block which totaled up to 1.2 miles. I decided to step up my game on my fitness. Being in top physical condition is always better. I believe it will be more beneficial of being in touch with what all is going on in the ground. It should make me sharper. I'm especially doing this because of my cycle. I want to mitigate the pain and heaviness where it feels more light and normal next week. I got worried about being in excruciating pain if a bigger and closer earthquake were to occur.
 Last time, I felt this heavy pain in my abdomen along with deep side pains(June 3) just 20-30 minutes before a mag. 5.5 occurred near Trona. I have done additional exercise along with morning jogs. I'm working on my upper body with weights. I did lunges yesterday. I did my 2 laps again this morning and later this afternoon, I did 1,000 crunches. At the same time, I want to be careful not to overdo it, but I have been exercising more vigorously to avoid the chaos and pain during a certain time of the month. I'm due next Wednesday.
I have incorporated more fruit in my diet and I drink a gallon of water a day from my red QuiFit jug. That has also bettered my health. I also am going to meditate tonight. I know that is something I must do more often. I have been struggling to settle down and do that, but I will settle myself this evening. Meditation and reducing stress is extremely important. I want to achieve the very best with this and push myself harder than I ever have before. I'm going to be keeping track of my symptoms and look for any differences in how I feel since I started working my body physically harder.
It has helped ease the tension. I am not suffering from intense mood swings now and I feel sharper.
