June 24, 2020

6:29 A.M.(PDT)

I have been feeling more pressure and tingling in my left side this morning. Some more seismic activity has been increasing here in Southern California. Although they are mag. 1s, it is a difference from early yesterday. They have started becoming more frequent. My energy levels are higher. The feelings I experience when it is locked up that tight are not easy to describe. It is like a sweltering, tingling restlessness inside, like an itch - It even can cause me to itch. It can drive me insane. However, I am feeling different this morning than I did yesterday so far.

11:38 A.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling pain inside my left ribs. I first felt a sharp pain where it feels like a heart problem, but then it became more of a dull, achy pain after the magnitude 5.8 in the Lone Pine area about 160 miles North of where I am. I'm not sure whether there may be an even larger event up there or more triggered events in surrounding regions. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a magnitude 4 or great here in Southern California any moment now. All I know is that there should be much more going on here very soon. There have been more signs of activity taking place in this region.

9:08 P.M.(PDT)

I plan on going to bed early tonight and waking up at 5:30 tomorrow morning. Every morning or every other morning, I will be jogging 2 laps around the block. I did that this morning. I jogged 1.2 miles. I want to incorporate more exercise into my schedule. I feel that it helps with all this whenever there has not been enough going on here lately and also because I want to be as fit as I can be. I'm already sore from the working out I have done over the last day. There has been some more seismic activity increasing a little today, but all smaller than mag. 2 at least South of the Garlock Fault. It has been a steady, slow burning - smoldering. It does not feel like it should be like this much longer, but I also will not be surprised if it does not change until next week. At the same time, a lot could suddenly happen tomorrow or even overnight.
There could definitely be more going on in the Owens Valley area and possibly even Ridgecrest. There has also been signs of more activity increasing in parts of Central California such as the Parkfield area. As of right now, I have only felt a few slight aches or pains in my side throughout the day, but nothing that made me jump. However, I felt sort of an ice pick pain in my knee, but very briefly earlier. I have felt some acute pain in my side and still do in very small spurts. I'm extremely tender at this point and am very warm. I have also been congested in the head for several days.
