June 28, 2020

8:25 A.M.(PDT)

After my last post yesterday evening, there was a little uptick in seismic activity in Southern California, but now it is extremely low. The count is down to 28 over the last day. The count all day yesterday was 37-42. It is a good thing I have been doing all that exercise. I was thinking about taking a break from the running during the weekend, but I ended up going for a jog yesterday in the early evening. I noticed the big difference in my mood. I have not been so angry lately. All that vigorous exercising has helped me get some of that out. I am going to be menstruating within a few days, so maybe after that takes place, everything will be better.
I may not feel so out of control, but I still struggle with a lot of irritation from both hormones and this relentless lag in activity. I'm not completely numb right now. I have felt a little bit of pressure in my left side on and off this morning. I am also feeling tenderness there again. Maybe a lot more will finally take place out here later as we head into the week and entering a new month.

1:41 P.M.(PDT)

I just felt a sharp pain in my left side towards the back just now. It has been extremely quiet here today, but I'm just now beginning to feel a little more energy so far.

4:41 P.M.(PDT)

There was a magnitude 3.7 down in the Salton Sea at 3:13 P.M. I suspected there would not be much else going on immediately after that. However, I have a feeling a magnitude 4 or possibly 5+ could take place down there any time or any day. However, that also might not happen. There is due to be a lot more activity taking place in Southern California this week. I have been feeling some side pressure on and off. I have also felt that pain in my knee. I also am continuing to run a mile everyday.

6:23 P.M.(PDT)

I felt more pain in my left side as more micro quakes started flaring up around Southern California just now.

8:29 P.M.(PDT)

I am feeling some more pain in my side once more and have been over the past 20-30 minutes. I also am experiencing a neuropathic discomfort in the back of my head where my head and neck meet. It feels like a pressure going in through my skull.
