June 22, 2020

12:24 P.M.(PDT)

I just now felt a little bit of pain in my left side. I am considering taking a break from having any libation all week. I especially don't want to have anything in the middle of the week. I'm thinking about going dry for a weekend but it is easier said than done, so I can't set anything in stone yet. I can seek strategies for avoiding struggling with cravings. I'm not out of control, but I kind of overdid it this weekend and it can really screw me over. There is such a thing as having too much fun. I forget to set my Twitter avatar on sleep mode and I end up crashing in the middle of the night and wake up with the lights and everything still on at 5 AM. Something is not right about my sleep patterns. It can really interfere with my sensing of potential impending earthquakes. I end up sleeping in and feeling hungover all day.
It is not a very responsible thing to do. I plan on exercising more and incorporating more fruit again. My luteal phase has begun and I really have to watch out now. I also plan to meditate more and try to reset myself in that mode where I'm able to go a week without alcohol. I'm not an alcoholic, but I could use a break from it. A way to work through it is remind myself of how bad I tend to feel the next day and the incessant worrying that I did something embarrassing the night before. I can also motivate myself by testing the effects of not having any in my body for a while. It will be rewarding, so I will give it a try.

6:20 P.M.(PDT)

I just now felt a more acute pain in my left side. I have been feeling myself grow very irritable over the past hour or two. I could tell the activity in Southern California South of the Garlock Fault completely stopped again - No mag. 1+ in 4-5 hours. I just now felt something else. I was also feeling heaviness in my feet.

8:58 P.M.(PDT)

I have begun feeling some more pressure in my side. The pain I felt earlier was extremely short-lived. My energy has been low, but I have been feeling pressure in my side and some neuropathic pains elsewhere over the past hour or two.
