December 31, 2019

6:48 P.M.

I have felt more energy over the past several hours. I felt some pains in my left side once more. I feel very warm and I'm also tingling a little. Usually when my body temperature feels like it is rising, more seismic activity is beginning to increase more in the region. I have been feeling out of sorts for a little while now and still do. I had trouble sleeping last night. For a moment, as I was falling asleep, I felt like my body was sinking into the mattress like something was laying on top of me or pulling me down.
I'm also seeing red and orange spots again. That increased ruddiness in my vision goes along with all of that.

December 30, 2019

11:52 P.M.

I have not been feeling that much tonight. I am still feeling like more is to come within days or perhaps a few weeks here in Southern California. I have felt heaviness in the bottom of my feet that made me dizzy as well as a few pokes and jabs in my left side. It still feels like something moving around in there and it itched some.
I'm also still anticipating much more to occur in the world in terms of major earthquakes anytime, day, or sometime this week or next week.

December 28, 2019

4:46 P.M.

I was really wanting to make a post this morning, but I was without wifi. It went out in the middle of the night and it just now came back. I was in some pain this morning when some activity started up, including a magnitude 3.3 near Brea. It stopped after that and I had a hard time. I was also lightheaded earlier as well when it was more active.
Right now, I'm starting to feel some pain well up in my left side again just now. It may or may not worsen. It does feel like something is going on very soon at this point. I also have a strong feeling a major quake may be imminent somewhere in the world any time now or sometime within the coming week.

Update: 12/27/19

5:42 P.M.

I'm just now feeling a little pain in my left side. I have also just now began to feel lightheaded and warm. My feet are also starting to feel hotter and heavier. I feel tenderness in my side and even all over. I have started seeing some red and orange spots in my vision. Earlier, I was feeling low energy and highly irritated by everything. I preoccupied myself with various activities so the stagnation would not bother me too much.
I feel my body temperature increasing. Earlier, I was nearly shivering and having a hard time keeping warm. I'm also feeling some deep vibrations. The seismic activity may be heating up here in Southern California any second or this weekend. If that does not happen, then there might be much more going on within the coming week or two. There could also be more serious activity taking place elsewhere in the world anytime or day now again.
I could also be picking up on potential activity from neighboring regions. At the same time, it could remain relatively quiet here and elsewhere in parts of the world. What I could be experiencing is the building up of a more significant event possibly in the not-so-distant future.

December 27, 2019

8 AM

I was feeling extremely depressed late last night. I have not been feeling that much better this morning either. It has been completely devoid of event here in Southern California over the last 12+ hours. Yesterday, I woke up to no electricity and we were without it for 6 hours. It took 3 hours for the internet to come back on after the lights finally came back on. Around 4:30 yesterday, I walked around the yard in the deep snow. I suddenly lost my balance and fell over and the left side of my back suffered a terrible pain.
I remember experiencing that 2 years ago when getting down in an awkward position to plug something back in. I am wondering if all the strain and stress from the earth that just will not budge has that effect where it causes that much physical pain when bending over wrong. I do not recall experiencing that before in my life. I have felt little pain this morning as there is so little going on. The activity elsewhere in the world has come to a stop, at least in terms of anything significant.
I know it should not be like this much longer here. We have been due for more mag. 4 and up. I will be posting updates if I start feeling any different today. I know I might. I'm in fact, not totally numb right now. There is a slight pressure in my left side. In fact, I have been feeling it since last night. Something could be building up. When it is this tight, it feels like more stress is accumulating. It is not like we have been having a whole lot of activity lately. There has not been a magnitude 4 or greater in this region in a while.
I am expecting there to be a magnitude 4 or greater here in Southern California within the coming week or sooner at this point. I could also be picking up on energy from the Ridgecrest area and/or other parts of California as well.

Christmas Eve 2019

2 P.M.

I have started feeling some acute throbbing pains(pinching sensations) in my left side minutes ago. I also have started feeling that kink in my knee again. I was experiencing that all day. It did not prevent me from walking up and down stairs like it did back in July a day or two before the Ridgecrest events. I'm not sure if this could be related, but I noticed a red-purple lesion underneath my upper calf. I pushed on it, but there was no soreness, so it wasn't a bruise. I saw some smaller red spots on my calf on my other leg. I'm not sure what is going on there. It makes me wonder if the pressure or strain energy from deep in the ground may have busted a few blood vessels. It could be something else.
I have just been feeling little pains in various areas - my eyelids, my brows, my hands, and feet. It feels like changes are coming - slowly, but surely at this point.

Update: 12/22/2019

4:17 P.M.

I'm back home and I am feeling some pinching sensations in my left side. I have felt some pains earlier today while in Loma Linda and felt lightheaded a few times. There might be more activity flaring back up any time now or this week with a very high chance of mag. 4 or greater. There could again be even more action coming up within weeks or days. I am still feeling a lot going on inside.

December 22, 2019

5:39 A.M.

I woke up at 5 AM. I'm working today, so I decided to make a post here before I go. As I woke up, I did not feel much going on for right now. The activity has dropped here once again. However, it could still start back up anytime today. I poked my left side and it feels very tender. At this point, there should be more going on here in Southern California any day or at least within the week ahead.

New update: 12/19/19

4:33 P.M.

I am just now feeling some acute pains in my left side. I also noticed that I have felt a pressure in my head most recently. It accompanies the dizzy spells. I am also feeling more tenderness in my side as I poke it. More magnitude 3-4+ is likely on the rise here in Southern California within the next few days, any time now, or next week.
There could also be something big going on in Central America, Baja California, or perhaps the Gulf of Alaska. There has been more activity going on up there as well. There also could be more activity going on in Central and/or Northern California. What I'm feeling also feels like energy coming from neighboring regions or other places along the rim of the North America Plate(on the Western side of course).

An update - 12/19/19

11:38 A.M.

So far, I'm not feeling much right now in terms of local seismic activity. I poked my left side and did not feel as much tenderness. However, I feel some faint sensations in which there still may be more significant activity taking place in parts of the world any moment or any day now. It may not feel like too much is taking place here in Southern California right now, but it could still start up again later today, tomorrow, or next week with mag. 4 or greater.
Lately, I have been having a feeling of the possibility of something significant here within weeks or even days. It feels like we are getting close to that. It is like a pushing and pulling towards a significant event here. Over the last week, I felt some brief strong pains in my left side. They were very short-lived, yet hurt so much, it was almost intoxicating. I felt slightly dizzy from those pains.
I have also felt short, yet frequent sharp and intense pains. I felt deep waves of dizziness as well. I may not be feeling a lot going on here this morning, but if it changes today, I will make an update.

Dec. 19, 2019

9 AM

Yesterday was a difficult day for me, not so much as emotionally/mentally, but physically. I started my monthly flow and there was very little activity taking place around here. There was roughly one magnitude 1-pointer every 5-6 hours all day. I was constantly exhausted and was in pain. I have mentioned before that I have endometriosis. I had a painful flare-up late yesterday. All day, I was extremely tired, could barely stay awake or do anything. The pain suddenly worsened late last night as I was getting out of the shower.
It was around 10 O'clock. At first, just when I was thinking I would sleep soundly, I knew I could not sleep with all that pain. I could not imagine feeling severe side pains at the same time. I think I would have fainted. It was hard. It then dissipated and I went to bed. I sort of woke up a few times throughout the night from discomfort, but I am feeling much better this morning. Next time, I will have to be better prepared for my next period. I should really monitor my diet and not drink more nights than I should.
I would hate to go to the doctor where they suggest I get a hysterectomy. Getting rid of your uterus does not cure endometriosis. There is still debris left over inside. I'm sorry if I'm being a little graphic, but I feel that it is necessary to include this part. This connection to the earth and plate tectonics affects every part of me. As I mentioned before, it can affect my menstrual cycle where I have noticed experiencing more menstrual pain whenever there is not enough going on locally with the stress and it being very overdue.
A few very small earthquakes every few hours would not be enough. If there are multiple very small quakes with a few mag. 2+ taking place simultaneously and more frequently all day, then that might ease the pain. I would just be feeling some pain in my left side. My cycle can really complicate things. That is why I am going to be altering my diet and reducing my intake of things that would cause problems. I cannot have it interfering with this anymore.
I will have to reduce my intake of coffee and alcohol and monitor the sugar. When that time comes around next month, I will have to do my best to avoid any bad carb or anything that contains soy. I learned that I should also reduce red meats and consume more fish and poultry instead. I read that more red meat can trigger pain during that time(perhaps because of the acidity?). You might be wondering why this is more about my monthly cycle and health regimen rather than the usual symptoms related to the activity.
This is a part of that. It is in fact a significant part of that. When next month comes around, I don't want to risk missing anything because I'm in too much pain and so exhausted that I cannot concentrate or think. That being said, it feels like there may be more taking place in Southern California today, this weekend, or next week. There could also be more serious activity taking place in parts of the world anytime or day now or perhaps by next week. I plan on posting an update later today.

Update: 12-17-19

9 PM

After an extremely uneventful day, I have started feeling some acute side pains over the past 2 hours so far. I had a couple bouts of dizziness earlier as well. The pains in my left side have become deeper and are making me tingle.
I'm also seeing a lot of red and orange in my vision. There have been more signs of activity heating up.

December 17, 2019

11:25 A.M.

I had to delete that last post I made this morning. I was basically just venting. I should have slowed down to process the feelings before letting my frustrations boil over like that. I was feeling awful earlier. I was very angry and depressed as a result of the local seismic activity being totally jammed. It made me feel crazy. There was just now a magnitude 4.3 quake near Parkfield which is in Central California. It was past the Garlock Fault along the San Andreas Fault.
That may have contributed to why I was so tense and hot this morning. It felt like additional tension as it was on the Central segment, cut off by the Garlock Fault and Big Pine Fault. It was not along our segment of the SAF which has been very overdue for its next rupture. I have noticed that I have been somewhat sick on and off over the past 2 or 3 weeks. It made me suspicious it is a sign that something big may be coming up. I have been experiencing all kinds of issues most recently.
It is not all due to my cycle. This has been going on for more than 2 weeks. My connection to the ground and tectonic forces can impact just about anything and everything going on inside of me. I try not to be T.M.I., but I sometimes would have to include the impact it can have on my reproductive organs and hormones. I am careful not to get too graphic. I at least have enough pride not to discuss any bathroom habits! I believe that a period of strain and stagnation in potential seismic energy can significantly impact my hormones after a while.
I have a feeling it was one of the main culprits in my Endo attacks over the past 2 years. I have noticed that my periods are more painful whenever there has been very little activity going on for a week or more. However, it does help some whenever there has been enough significant activity elsewhere in the world most recently. That being said, whenever there is activity going on in a neighboring region, but very little going on in this region, I become very tense beforehand. It is almost like something is applying pressure on a part of your head or a small part of your insides. It can be rather bothersome. I was feeling rather off in the days, hours, and moments leading up to the Ridgecrest earthquakes.
I will continue to take notes on whatever is going on with me and find out what happens next.

December 16, 2019

7:41 A.M.

I'm not feeling any pain this morning. There is now very little activity going on around here. It could stay like this all day and not act up until later this week or it could rev back up again anytime now. There is due to be more mag. 4+ here within the next week at the most. I'm feeling kind of hostile right now. I get this way whenever there is not enough going on. However, I'm not feeling as bad as I did on Friday morning. It has been active in terms of worldwide activity.

Last update of the night

7:16 P.M.

So far, I have not been feeling as much pain since my last entry. A mag. 1.8 occurred near Devore. It was in the San Jacinto Fault zone, but it was tiny. I have discovered how intense side pains would indicate potential seismic energy coming from a large fault. It does not indicate a big earthquake might happen. There is just a rise in energy levels in said fault zone. It could however evolve into a full-fledged rupture or a significant rupture.
I cannot say I know what I will be feeling whenever a big one finally does happen in this area because it has not happened yet. I have hypothesized that the stabbing pain would be constant and/or prolonged, especially as the big fault is rupturing. At this point, what I'm feeling could possibly be a building up to a large event in the near future. The symptoms could slowly intensify or dissipate again.

Update: 12-15-19

5:29 P.M.

I just now felt a brief stabbing pain in my left side. I started feeling some acute throbbing pains in my left side at around 5 PM. Earlier, I was not feeling any pain there as there was hardly any activity going on around here at all. I was tender though. I have realized that when there is tenderness but no sharp, dull, or intense pains, that can indicate something may be going on not now but later this week or perhaps next(depending on the potential size).
Now, there may be more going on now. There is a high chance of a magnitude 4 or larger here in Southern California any time or day now so far. There could also be a big quake potentially occurring somewhere else far away.

December 15, 2019

2:06 P.M.

So far, I still have been feeling strange lately. I have had bouts of dizziness and experienced heaviness in the bottom of my feet. Yesterday morning, I was having shortness of breath and feeling very hot. I'm still feeling warm today. There is the possibility of a big event here very soon. What I have been experiencing over the past week so far is somewhat new to me. I have felt that pain in my knee and other parts of my leg. I remember the first time experiencing that crick in my knee that was right before the Ridgecrest earthquakes in July.
My left side may not be smarting right now, but it does feel quite tender.

Last Update for the night: 12-13-19

7:15 P.M.

I already started perking back up again less than 20 minutes after that last post. A magnitude 4.3 occurred South of Western New Guinea nearly an hour ago. The faint seismic waves reached me just after I made that previous post. It was not a significant event, but it is something after it being so quiet out there all day. I also have started feeling the side pangs again. I am definitely feeling more energy so far.
I will have to wait and find out if it will last and more takes place.

Latest Update: 12-13-19

6:24 P.M.

Now, my energy has dropped once more. I'm feeling more like I did earlier. I may perk right back up again later tonight or perhaps sooner. At this point, there is no more going on. I am exhausted and moody. I know I also happen to be crossing into that particular time of the month(due around Wednesday), but the lack of activity here or anywhere else is exacerbating the negative emotional symptoms and fatigue.
At this point, it could stay extremely quiet for the rest of the night or even tomorrow. More mag. 3+ are due here in Southern California at any time. However, there may not be much else taking place until next week. Same when it comes to big quakes in the world.

Update: Dec. 13, 2019

3:33 P.M.

I'm definitely in a much better place now. I'm a lot more energetic and I feel relatively well. It is much different than what I was feeling earlier this morning. I just now felt a sharp pain in my left side. I have been feeling some light-headedness all day. I went out on a walk earlier and I started seeing orange and red spots again.
So far, it may be spiking up again out here and maybe elsewhere in the world in terms of significant events.

December 13, 2019

9:37 A.M.

I woke up and I have been feeling quite low. I have been extremely irritable and depressed this morning. On top of that, I'm due for my flow within the next 5 days. I typically experience premenstrual symptoms 1 week prior to the onset of bleeding. My menstrual cycle can really complicate things. It can interfere with my detection of seismic activity. Then whenever the activity is completely blocked up here and very much everywhere else in the world, I become depressed and angry. It gets to be intolerable at times.
I sometimes wish I would have stayed in bed. I rather be asleep in dreamland than having to deal with this. It is a horrible feeling to have. I just have to remind myself that this will soon pass. In the meantime, I can meditate and go off into a trance. My left side does feel tender upon poking and squeezing it, but other than that I have not been feeling any pain. My energy is very low this morning so far. I may be feeling different very soon though. I will likely be updating this later today.

Dec. 9, 2019 Update

1:20 P.M.

I'm just now starting to feel a return of the physical sensations. I am starting to feel a slight pinching sensation in my left side as well as a few joint pains. I must have been feeling irritated earlier also because of the lack of more significant events worldwide. It was feeling like it was just starting to become active in terms of big earthquakes somewhere in the world.
I'm just now starting to feel somewhat better mood wise. I can also look on the bright side of waking up late. Monday is everyone's least favorite day of the week, so mine is shortened. Anyway, I will have to once more play it by ear to find out if anything else changes throughout the day. I am going to be providing a new post on my other blog.

December 9, 2019

12:18 P.M.

I overslept this morning. I woke up at 10:25 and I was very stressed out. I have been in a very bad mood since and have been trying to feel better. I have not been feeling anymore pain today so far. There is little going on around here. Yesterday, I briefly became concerned. There could be something looming within weeks or days. There may not be much going on right now, but it might change very soon. There could end up being more taking place around Southern California later today.
I noticed that I've been extremely irritable after sleeping in. For one thing, I have simply been overwhelmed rushing around from waking up too late. I also noticed that as we are due for more seismic events, there is not enough activity taking place, so it agitates me and makes me feel surly. I would feel like blowing my stack over the slightest annoyance. It is worse as the strain energy is particularly high. I can also become depressed after a while whenever there is hardly any activity going on around here and nothing significant going on in the world either.
When it feels like there could be more going on at any moment, but it is staying quiet, that is when I feel more angry than depressed. It can also be a mixture of both. That being said, those are negative feelings. I suffer. I don't always struggle when it is relatively quiet here and elsewhere. After there has been a lot of activity, I usually am fine. Then it eventually wells back up again. I figured that these feelings have not been satisfied because I'm living in a place that is very overdue for a major earthquake. Smaller earthquakes do not ease the pressure in the SAF, therefore does not stave off "the big one" from happening.

December 8, 2019

1:01 P.M.

I'm in some pain right now. It is a deep, throbbing pain in my left side. It feels like something is pushing up inside of my ribs. I'm not sure what may be going on, but it is somewhat alarming. I felt this before a small earthquake along a large fault. There may be something going on around here now. It could potentially be an event felt by many. The significance, I cannot say. That is not how earthquakes work. They can start out small and slip into a larger event. I'm considering switching my icon to alert mode for here. It does not necessarily mean a big one may be happening, but I am taking precautionary measures. Something could be taking place anytime now or perhaps within days or weeks. I have been feeling strange lately.

December 7, 2019

9:57 A.M.

I'm feeling some more acute pains in my left side again this morning. I really have been feeling strange lately. I have been lightheaded and last night, I felt a pain squeezing at my left temple. I have felt a little more agitated lately as well. It feels like something more significant could be on the horizon here in Southern California. It just feels like I'm experiencing some changes. I've been tender all over lately. I'm a little more physically sensitive than usual.
I'm not sure what could be going on. I'm not sure whether there may be potentially something going on here or in a neighboring region. It could be within weeks or days.

December 6, 2019

7:26 P.M.

I am feeling some acute pain in my left side right now. It has been going on over the past 20 minutes or so. I also felt a deep wave of dizziness earlier. I'm also seeing more ruddy colors in my vision as well. There has been more taking place locally today. There may be more underway at this point.

Tuesday, December 3, 2019

December 3, 2019

11:29 A.M.

I started feeling some acute pain in my left side 15-20 minutes ago. There has been very little activity taking place in Southern California over the past 2 days, but it just now may be increasing. I was feeling extremely tired this morning, but I'm just now starting to feel some more energy. After feeling almost no pain at all over the last day or two, I just started feeling pain again. I feel that there could either be more activity taking place here anytime now or within the next several days(potential for mag. 3-4+).
There could also be more significant activity taking place in parts of the world with a higher potential of something major somewhere. That has also caused my energy levels to increase.
