Right now, I don't feel like anything is going to happen right now. It feels like a steady build up - There is the possibility of something significant going on here in Southern California within a few weeks or days. It is the familiar feeling that I had a couple weeks to a couple of days before the events near Ridgecrest last Summer. However, it feels stronger this time. This is uncharted territory for me. I was startled when I touched my left side. It felt like I had a contusion there, but there was no discoloration at all. I did not injure myself there.
I did not engage in strenuous exercise yesterday. In fact, the soreness throughout parts of my body was slowly setting in. I did not sleep in an awkward position last night either. Last year, these peculiar yet mild symptoms would come and go in the 2 weeks leading up to those events. That earthquake was somewhat far away and on the other side of the Garlock Fault. I have also been feeling lightheaded all day. I have also had a headache on and off. I have been keeping myself well hydrated too. It has suddenly gotten harder walking uphill and up stairs.
I believe I first started feeling these changes on Sunday. There is no guarantee a big earthquake is coming here very soon. I'm not certain how long these symptoms will last or if they will intensify. I'm taking it a day at a time.
