I woke up immediately feeling dull, even somewhat depressed. I immediately knew the activity here and mostly everywhere else has come to a grinding halt overnight. I'm going to have to try to make myself focus on something else so I don't end up becoming angry and feeling more miserable if it continues to show no signs of acting up today. I was feeling a lot last night, but a dramatic drop when things were just beginning to become more active can cause me to feel extreme irritability and generally low. Literally everything would irritate me. I feel like blowing up all the time. It is a horrible feeling, yet there have been times where I managed to take my mind off of it. However, I just now felt a little bit of pressure in my left side. When I woke up, I was feeling hardly anything at all.

So far, I am feeling really tired right now. I have noticed in the past preceding a spike in local seismic activity or something more significant in a neighboring region, I would suddenly experience an extreme bout of fatigue. It would occur hours beforehand or perhaps a day or two. I'm not sure though. I'm making sure I am hydrated. I rested well last night and had 8 hours of sleep. My left side is very tender right now. I also feel some pressure there again.

I'm beginning to feel some energy just now. About 2 hours ago, I was suffering from that kink in my knee again(the left knee). It caused me to limp and then I felt it in my ankle as well. I'm just now beginning to feel a little pain in my left side. I should take note if I later feel the pain in my side again after feeling it in my leg. It could be trapped energy welling up from deep in the earth's crust. It is probably from within a 200-mile radius, but I'm not certain.
