March 16, 2022

Yesterday evening, I was feeling a lot of flank pain(left side of course). I coughed and it felt like a painful lump was deep in my side. I was feeling some pain upon waking up(mild pain). After that magnitude 7.3 earthquake off the coast of Japan, I was no longer feeling a slight soreness to the touch. It didn't feel inflamed anymore after that. I also have felt some pain, stiffness, and numbness in my leg again. I have also been feeling tingling and numbness in parts of my arms and hands. This earthquake was a slow developer. It had been expected. First, I was mistaking those peculiar feelings for something going on nearby. It is completely reminiscent of the time leading up to the Great Tohoku earthquake 11 years ago. I was living in Florida at the time, but happened to be here in Tennessee spending a few weeks at my grandparents. I had these strange symptoms that took place more than a week in advance. I was first wondering if the New Madrid Seismic Zone 200 miles away could have possibly been on the verge of reactivating. I was also aware that I was feeling flank pain and other strange symptoms before large earthquakes from all over the world. These other symptoms I sometimes forget about included dizziness, feeling phantom tremors, feeling hot, and seeing flashes or floaters. This time, these symptoms were not going on as long. A more recently discovered symptom that occurs depending on what time of the month it is is abdominal(uterine) pressure. I was having that painful symptom yesterday evening. I was feeling a little bit of that again this morning. Like I mentioned, this felt like a slow developing event. There are instances where I feel a sudden onset of symptoms and spring into action making a new post in Seismic Fox and/or warning the world via Twitter. Usually, that was within a few hours or less than 24 hours before a strong earthquake occurred somewhere.
