February 12, 2021

I have not been feeling much pain in my side this morning. I have started my monthly flow overnight and was experiencing cramping in my sleep. I woke up and took some Motrin - Even the strongest Tylenol would not help much. Motrin(Ibuprofen) was recommended for endometriosis since it is anti-inflammatory and was told to take them a couple of days before my period. Taking Ibuprofen early enough would help inhibit the production of those prostaglandins. I was bleeding heavily this morning. There has not been much activity going on here since yesterday. However, there has most recently been a lot of serious earthquake activity in the world. I still feel sore in my left side. It still hurts to touch. I'm going to be waiting to find out if I feel uterine pressure and pain in my side today and something taking place. There is due to be a lot going on here any day now.

I have felt a little pain in my side this morning, although it was not much. There were more signs of the activity warming up again over the last hour. I used the massager on my abdomen, but only a little. It occurred to me that there has to be a certain frequency of vibrations to help dissolve or mitigate the pain. The vibrations from the massager can end up aggravating menstrual pain if applied for a minute or longer. The vibrations from an earthquake would comb through and help flush it out.

There has been hardly anything going on all morning, but I just now felt a more acute pain in my left side.

A magnitude 4.0 occurred near Lone Pine this afternoon. It may have been a bit far off, but the soreness in my left side lessened a little. I have felt some spells of dizziness. I have felt mild side pains and very mild uterine pressure this evening. There could be more going on in that area between the Sierras and Ridgecrest. There could also be more going on in Southern California this weekend or next week.
