A Summary - 9/18/20

I wanted to write a summary from what I have observed with my body and the connection to the seismic activity. I discovered in June that during menstruation, especially on the first day(day where the pain happens), I not only experience side pain, but a discomfort in my abdomen just before an earthquake(depending on its size and location). It feels like something is pressing on my abdomen as my uterus is contracting as it is bleeding and shedding the lining(sorry for being graphic there). I envisioned a plume of strain energy welling up into my body, thumping that nerve in my side and squeezing my womb. When the seismic waves hit, it breaks all that up and it flows on through and gives my body a powerful energetic charge. The pain would diminish instantly. It was amazing. I noticed the same thing before the magnitude 6.4 foreshock near Ridgecrest on July 4th of last year. I'm nervous and hoping more mag. 3+ starts occurring here in Southern CA today and/or tomorrow because I'm due to start my flow on Monday. I'm also going to be working and it is a hard, physical job that I do. I mean, I'm not a laborer, but it involves me being on my feet the whole time. I work 8 hours, 5 days a week. I also noticed that one of the positive changes I have seen since starting this job is that my temper has gotten more under control. I'm not so angry all the time. All the moving around helps. Thus, I'm not so bored anymore trying to figure out what to do next once I'm finished with housework and there is nothing going on. I'm thinking about using the massager today to help reduce any tension or stress in my muscles. I also will be practicing breathing deeper and meditation to help as well to mitigate pain.
