September 30, 2020

6:26 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up feeling some pain in my left side once more. It is more of a dull, aching type of pain and pressure. My side is very tender right now. There are more signs of activity increasing once again here in Southern California so far.

8:41 A.M.(PDT)

I continue to feel some pain and pressure deep in my left side. My knee on the left also started hurting again, especially walking upstairs, causing me to limp.

7:31 P.M.(PDT)

I have been in more pain throughout the day. I have never felt it that much and I have been extremely sore and dizzy. A swarm broke out around the Brawley Seismic Zone South of the Salton Sea. It started at around 4 this afternoon with a magnitude 3.0. The largest of these quakes was a magnitude 4.9 and it occurred at 5:31 just after I left work for the day. They say that this was an impressive swarm. Although Dr. Lucy Jones said that the mag. 4.9 was not close enough to potentially raise the risk of a San Andreas rupture, this swarm was a historical one. I continue to feel some pain and soreness in my left side.

9:01 P.M.(PDT)

I continue to feel some pain once more as the swarm continues. I'm beginning to feel nervous. I cannot believe all the pains I have felt over the last couple of days and how they progressively became more constant. I'm not in a terrible amount of pain right now. I just feel a constant discomfort and soreness. It would briefly worsen on and off.

September 29, 2020

 5:41 A.M.(PDT)

I'm feeling extremely irritable this morning. There is nothing going on here at all. My side still feels tender. I'm not sure whether it will be like this all day or not. I will be working, so I will not be able to make any posts in this until I get home this evening.

6:50 A.M.(PDT)

I just now felt a pain in my left side. I have continued to feel pressure and tenderness there.

8:34 A.M.(PDT)

I feel throbbing pains in my left side and they have been going on over the past hour. I felt more pain on and off throughout today. The bottom of my foot was bothering me earlier at work. I feel heaviness in my feet as I go up stairs. Almost everything is beginning to hurt more.

9:55 P.M.(PDT)

I continue to feel a lot of tenderness and soreness in my left side. I'm about to go to bed. I will be going into my job a bit later tomorrow, but I will still be getting up early to share while I can on what is or may be going on. There was some more signs of activity here in Southern CA tonight, but it may start becoming more active again any time or day now.

September 28, 2020

 6:10 A.M.(PDT)

I did not feel very much upon waking up this morning, but I am now feeling some pressure in my left side. There has not been anything going on for several hours and the count has dropped below 30 over the last 24 hours. Last night, I made myself go to bed before nodding off from a nightcap. I have noticed lately that I have been passing out or suddenly falling asleep after just one drink(on the weekend) where I would wake up with my day clothes still on and everything. I was wondering if the reason I have been so light-weighted lately may have to do with potential changes going on. Right now, I'm feeling a little low because the weekend is over and there is not much going on around here anymore right now. It could still start back up again later.

6:23 A.M.(PDT)

I am just now starting to feel some pain in my side.

7:00 P.M.(PDT)

There may have been less going on in Southern CA today, but it still feels heated. My legs throbbed and ached earlier this morning. I also got very dizzy at moments and I felt a sharp pain in my left side at around 1:20. There were some more signs of activity heating up in the region around that time. I have felt some pain after coming home as well.

September 27, 2020

 11:56 A.M.(PDT)

I am feeling some pain in my left side welling up into my ribs. I have felt leg pain and nerve pain in my arms all morning.

6:37 P.M.(PDT)

I may have felt a little pain and discomfort earlier this afternoon, but I have not felt that much anymore. The activity in Southern California has decreased again where there has not been anything at all for several hours. However, I am beginning to feel a pressure deep in my left side running up inside of my ribs.

September 26, 2020

 7:46 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up with some pain this morning. There may have not been much overnight, but there are more signs of seismic activity increasing once more here in Southern California.

12:31 P.M.(PDT)

I feel some more pain in my left side. I felt it on and off all day. I sometimes even feel it as I cough or deeply inhale.

4:43 P.M.(PDT)

I feel more pain in my left side once again. It is still the same as earlier. I have felt pain in my knee walking up the stairs. I'm also seeing some more red flashes.

6:28 P.M.(PDT)

It is still more of the same. I felt pain shoot up into my knee just less than an hour ago. More activity is still on the rise here in Southern California so far.

September 25, 2020

 6:05 A.M.(PDT)

I have felt some pressure in my side, but the activity in Southern CA is very low again. There was an 8-hour gap in activity overnight and the number of quakes over the last 24 hours has dropped down to 20. There may be more activity taking place in the Ridgecrest area again. That could also be where it is coming from. My left side is also very tender and I noticed that my knee had a throbbing ache as well as my arm.

7:17 A.M.(PDT)

I just now felt a deep acute pain in my left side underneath my ribs.

6:39 P.M.(PDT)

I have felt pain in my left side all day. This morning, I was feeling a dull pain running up my leg. I then felt some ice pick type of pains in my side running up inside of my rib cage. A magnitude 3.7 occurred at 10:10 this morning near Desert Hot Springs. There was a mag. 3.0 foreshock 3 minutes prior to this morning's quake. They occurred where the Burnt Mountain Fault Zone is near Fun Valley. I'm continuing to feel some sharp side pains. It feels like there may be something coming up once more.

7:29 P.M.(PDT)

I continue to feel pain in my left side. I also have felt dizzy. I'm seeing a lot of red spots(vision) and my extremities are tingling. I'm feeling almost pins and needles. I'm also feeling exceedingly nervous.

September 24, 2020

4:39 A.M.(PDT)

I'm already feeling a lot of pressure in my left side this morning as I'm waking up. I also feel some soreness there. I continue to feel some tenderness throughout my body. More activity has continued to heat up. A magnitude 2.6 occurred near El Monte several hours ago.

7:24 A.M.(PDT)

I still feel more pressure in my left side. There may more or less be more activity heating up out here right now. It still feels heated so far and much more may be on the way within the coming weeks.

7:51 P.M.(PDT)

I have been feeling some acute pain in my side all evening. I noticed that I felt fullness and discomfort after eating dinner. My appetite is still small and I have been feeling more emotionally sensitive than usual lately.

Wednesday, September 23, 2020

September 23, 2020

5:43 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up this morning still feeling soreness in my left side and tenderness elsewhere. A magnitude 3.2 just struck near Rancho Cucamonga at 5:24. I was feeling sharp pains in my left side all night last night.

7:26 A.M.(PDT)

I'm feeling even more pressure in my side and I'm still feeling a lot of energy. I noticed that my appetite has been depleted. I meant to mention that last night.

6:52 P.M.(PDT)

I have been feeling aches and pains in my left side all day today. I have continued to have a decreased appetite. I would feel full sooner and did not quite complete my meal earlier. I have also been dizzy a lot today and have felt a lot of deep phantom vibrations. I still feel some pressure and discomfort in my left side. It is beginning to hurt more.

10:35 P.M.(PDT)

I have felt some mild acute pains in my left side all evening. I'm about to go to bed now. I'm extremely tired from work. I will provide additional updates in the morning. I have been feeling quite out of sorts lately.

September 22, 2020

 5:04 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up and was already feeling a lot of pressure in my side and discomfort. It feels like these side pains are just now beginning to worsen. It is not letting up so far. It feels like a lot may be going on here at this point or it is at least getting there. I still am feeling tender all over.

8:26 P.M.(PDT)

I have just now felt some acute pains in my left side again since coming home from work. All day, I continued to feel discomfort in my side and tender all over my body.

9:08 P.M.(PDT)

I am continuing to feel sharp pains deep in my left side. I have been tingling inside and restless. It feels like I'm in uncharted territory. This feels like something a little bit different this time. I have been feeling some changes in me over the past couple of days.

Monday, September 21, 2020

September 21, 2020

6:46 A.M.(PDT)

I'm feeling some pain this morning. A magnitude 3.4 occurred in the Lake Elsinore area. My energy levels are up as well.

6:28 P.M.(PDT)

I feel some pressure and pain in my left side again. I have felt pain on and off all day at work. I eventually felt back pains and at one point, I felt what may have been a pain in one of my ovaries. I have felt some dizziness and deep vibrations. It feels like something may be coming up. I also hardly had an appetite.

10:26 P.M.(PDT)

I am about to go to bed. I just noticed that I feel sore spots all over me. I feel them on my shoulders, chest, arms, back, sides. It feels as though I had been beaten.

September 20, 2020

11:42 A.M.(PDT)

I feel some pain in my left side now. I'm also seeing some more redness in my vision.

September 19, 2020

 8:14 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up feeling a throbbing pain in my left side. There was hardly anything going on here in Southern California until a magnitude 4.5 occurred near El Monte and Rosemead late last night at 11:38. We were due for a mag. 4 or greater. I did not feel much pain before that quake because it was somewhat far off, across miles of land sliced up by many faults. I tend to not feel as much when an earthquake happens over there and I'm up here in the San Bernardino Mountains. It is very complicated. I noticed lately that I have been falling asleep after only one drink. Last night and last weekend, I would find that I had passed out asleep and wake up at around 3 or 4 AM with the lights and everything on. It happened each time and I don't understand why it keeps happening. At this point, I feel a deep pressure in my left side. I also feel some tingling there.

9:45 A.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling a pain in my left side about 10-15 minutes ago. I also started my flow unexpectedly this morning and I was already feeling some pain from that. It was somewhat upsetting because I was due on Monday and I was afraid I was not prepared well enough.

1:20 P.M.(PDT)

I feel more pressure in my left side again.

8:07 P.M.(PDT)

I have been feeling some pain in my side a lot this evening and some menstrual pain earlier. I felt a pain shoot up my leg earlier as well and have been seeing red spots and flashes in my vision. A magnitude 2.7 just occurred near Ludlow at 7:51.

A Summary - 9/18/20

I wanted to write a summary from what I have observed with my body and the connection to the seismic activity. I discovered in June that during menstruation, especially on the first day(day where the pain happens), I not only experience side pain, but a discomfort in my abdomen just before an earthquake(depending on its size and location). It feels like something is pressing on my abdomen as my uterus is contracting as it is bleeding and shedding the lining(sorry for being graphic there). I envisioned a plume of strain energy welling up into my body, thumping that nerve in my side and squeezing my womb. When the seismic waves hit, it breaks all that up and it flows on through and gives my body a powerful energetic charge. The pain would diminish instantly. It was amazing. I noticed the same thing before the magnitude 6.4 foreshock near Ridgecrest on July 4th of last year. I'm nervous and hoping more mag. 3+ starts occurring here in Southern CA today and/or tomorrow because I'm due to start my flow on Monday. I'm also going to be working and it is a hard, physical job that I do. I mean, I'm not a laborer, but it involves me being on my feet the whole time. I work 8 hours, 5 days a week. I also noticed that one of the positive changes I have seen since starting this job is that my temper has gotten more under control. I'm not so angry all the time. All the moving around helps. Thus, I'm not so bored anymore trying to figure out what to do next once I'm finished with housework and there is nothing going on. I'm thinking about using the massager today to help reduce any tension or stress in my muscles. I also will be practicing breathing deeper and meditation to help as well to mitigate pain.

September 18, 2020

8:51 A.M.(PDT)

I feel pressure in my left side again this morning. The activity in Southern California has more or less showed signs of heating up yesterday and overnight. However, it should start heating up again any time now. I did not make one report in this blog after coming home from work yesterday evening. I had a bit of a stressful day at work and it took me all night to decompress. There also was not a lot going on in terms of seismic activity. I was not feeling any pain last night. However, I am feeling a pressure in my side this morning and I'm feeling hot as well so far.

11:49 P.M.(PDT)

I was feeling some burning pressure in my side this evening. Earlier, I grew somewhat depressed as there was hardly anything going on in Southern CA for hours. My energy is much higher now. A mag. 4.6 occurred near El Monte(near Rosemead

September 17, 2020

 5:36 A.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling some pain and pressure in my left side over the past half hour. It is a dull mild pain radiating towards my back. I woke up at 4:15 feeling somewhat low as the activity has decreased again overnight. I lightly poked/squeezed my left side and it is still sore.

Wednesday, September 16, 2020

September 16, 2020

 6:44 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up feeling some pressure in my left side. Some more seismic activity flared up and then stopped. I'm feeling extremely tense this morning. I have been feeling very antsy and frustrated. I don't seem to know how to relax. I'm not sure what may be going on around here today. There could be more mag. 3+. We are due for a lot more activity in the coming days.

7:02 A.M.(PDT)

I just now felt some more somatic pains in my left side towards the back. I felt it about 5 minutes ago when I was feeding our cats before leaving.

10:01 P.M.(PDT)

There may have been some more signs of seismic activity increasing earlier, but there has not been very much. I felt some minor pain and some brief spells of dizziness, but nothing significant. I am aware that a certain time of the month is expected on Monday according to a couple of apps. They are mostly accurate too. I'm preparing my body and will be seeking a stronger pain reliever before that time comes. I have been nervous about an earthquake during the first day when the pain is most anticipated - Right before an event; Instant relief once one happens. I will not be working on Friday. I will have a 3-day weekend because I had to work Sunday. I have been feeling more tired and overwhelmed than I ever have been coming home. It takes me a while to process a lot of things. Especially if it has not been a very eventful day with earthquakes around here, I may not post anything until I'm about to go to bed. I will say that my left side is even more tender and feel some soreness.

10:09 P.M.(PDT)

It may have been a long day and I'm needing to go to bed now, but I should share that I am now starting to feel more pressure or discomfort in my left side. I have also been somewhat dizzy and the bottom of my feet are sore and I feel very warm.

Tuesday, September 15, 2020

September 15, 2020

 6:30 A.M.(PDT)

Earlier upon waking up this morning, I felt some acute pain in my left side. There was some more activity warming up, but still not enough. It feels like more should be going on today or tomorrow with a high potential of mag. 3 or greater around Southern California. My side is even more tender this morning.

7:04 A.M.(PDT)

I just now felt a sharp yet brief pain in my side. I'm not sure what could be going on next, but I am starting to feel something again. I'm also very warm.

7:55 P.M.(PDT)

I have felt pain once more in my side on and off all day and dizziness. A mag. 3.1 earthquake struck near Morongo Valley this morning. There was not much else taking place after that today and so I did not feel much this afternoon and this evening.

Monday, September 14, 2020

September 14, 2020

 5:40 A.M.(PDT)

I have felt some pressure in my left side this morning upon waking up. I felt some mild pain on and off yesterday as well as some pain in the extremities, but I still did not feel a lot. There may be more seismic activity going on here in Southern California than last week, but it still is not enough. There has not been any magnitude 4+ events in a month. My side is very tender right now. There could be a lot more going on any day now or at least within the next 7 days.

8:45 P.M.(PDT)

I have felt some pain in my left side on and off all day. More seismic activity has been steadily on the rise here in Southern California. A magnitude 2.7 occurred in Redlands at 5:22 P.M. I was in the car. It has been hectic with my new job. My time to write in this is limited and I'm too tired or am overwhelmed to post anything right away after coming home. I'm extremely tired right now and will be going to bed soon. I still feel pressure and a lot of tenderness in my side. I am also feeling some deep phantom vibrations. I noticed that in the past, I have suddenly felt very tired in the days or hours leading up to earthquakes. As soon as more happens my energy levels increase dramatically.

*I also forgot to mention that I was feeling a lot of dizziness all day. I felt like the ground was swaying at times and was light-headed.

Sunday, September 13, 2020

September 13, 2020

 5:44 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up to pressure in my side this morning and more activity is warming up around Southern California so far. My left side is sore and tender. I'm also feeling hot. I have work today, so I will not be able to provide additional updates in this blog, but will try to stay in touch via Twitter. It will not be a very heavy day for me. I understand that there may be some times where I have to work over the weekend. Next weekend will be a three-day weekend for me where I will be off on Friday.

6:13 A.M.(PDT)

I just now am starting to feel a gnawing, aching pain in my left side in my ribs.

7:00 A.M.(PDT)

I'm starting to feel some pain in my left side again. The pain I felt earlier was very short-lived and the activity seemed to stop for now. However, it could increase again. I'm feeling a burning pressure in my left side. It feels like something building up.

Saturday, September 12, 2020

September 12, 2020

 7:51 A.M.(PDT)

I feel a little pressure in my side this morning. It is also tender and hurts after poking and squeezing it. I don't poke or squeeze violently, by the way. The activity in Southern California is a little bit higher, but there is due to be a lot more going on within the week ahead or any time now.

6:23 P.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling more pressure in my left side again. I have also started seeing some red flashes.

Friday, September 11, 2020

September 11, 2020

4:48 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up to feeling some more pressure in my left side. Otherwise, it still has not changed much in terms of seismic activity in Southern California. Like I said yesterday, it could change or spike later on today or this lack of activity could push well into the weekend. My left side may be tender, but my energy is low. I was unhappy to wake up to there not being enough coffee left for me to have two cups like I usually do each morning. I can feel trapped energy in certain parts as a stinging superficial pressure. I was feeling it in my back yesterday and on the upper part of my left foot this morning.

7:04 A.M.(PDT)

There still seems to be no sign of relief. It is still staying quiet as it has been everyday this week. It may change later today or this morning or it may continue like this into the weekend. I'm feeling a lot of negativity from all this trapped energy from it being so stagnant lately.

7:04 P.M.(PDT)

On my way home from work, I started feeling some sharp pains in my left side. I felt some pain earlier at work. Some more seismic activity started to warm up a little. My left side is very tender right now. I have been feeling dizzy a lot lately.

Thursday, September 10, 2020

September 10, 2020

 6:21 A.M.(PDT)

Some more signs of seismic activity have been occurring in Southern California overnight and this morning. The count went up to 40 over the past 24 hours, but most of these quakes were under magnitude 1. This lag in activity has persisted all week and it has slowed down just about everything in my body. I was thinking it was not impacting my digestive system, but I may have been wrong. I have observed that that system has been slower than usual. I was also feeling sick on and off and feeling fullness and it has been quite uncomfortable. I'm just now feeling better. Right now, I'm beginning to feel some pressure in my left side. I'm not sure what may be going on today as I will be busy working, but all I know is that it should not stay quiet much longer.

8:27 P.M.(PDT)

I have not been feeling much different all day. There is continuing to not be enough going on. It could last into the weekend or it could suddenly spike again overnight or tomorrow morning. There have only been 12 mag. 1+ quakes in Southern California over the past 24 hours. The activity elsewhere in the world is extremely low. I have felt a few aches and pains, but have been struggling with a lot of tension in my body all week. I even have trouble urinating because my muscles and all are so tense and it has been very difficult to relax. I have also been highly irritable and more anxious than usual. I have been taking St. John's Wort, especially as the mid part of my cycle has passed to keep me from hating life with all this going on. The tenderness in my side has not gone away. At this point, there should be a lot of activity increasing in Southern California by next week if this lasts through tomorrow and the weekend. I am exhausted and am going to be going to bed very soon.

Wednesday, September 9, 2020

September 9, 2020

 4:44 A.M.(PDT)

I had a feeling I was going to wake up and there would still be nothing going on here. If it stays like this all week, there could be a large increase in activity by this weekend or next week. It has not stayed this quiet for this long in a while. There were some more signs of strong EQ activity in the world overnight, but it still is overall very low out there so far. I'm not feeling much as I woke up this morning. I'm taking St. John's Wort to prevent me from becoming depressed. For the most part, I would probably be feeling extremely irritable as long as there continues to be very little going on around here. I'm careful to not show it at work.

6:20 A.M.(PDT)

I just now felt some pains in my left side. They are rather mild and I'm just feeling more of a pressure there. There may still be little going on for now. It could end up being another day like yesterday. However, a lot could suddenly start taking place later whether it be today, tomorrow, or this weekend.

Tuesday, September 8, 2020

September 8, 2020

 5:10 A.M.(PDT)

Yesterday was a very long and uneventful day in Southern California. It is still dead out here. The number of quakes over the past 24 hours is below 30 again. There has literally not been any movement for more than 3 hours. I have not felt any pain or discomfort at all upon waking up. I knew that there was still hardly anything going on around here. I'm not sure if it may continue like this all day. I got St. John's Wort yesterday to keep me from becoming depressed. I hope something changes this morning before I have to leave for work. I have a tendency to be obsessive and post all I can before I'm unable to make more updates because I will be working. Right now, I'm feeling very angry.

6:11 A.M.(PDT)

I have been hoping I would feel something before I have to leave for work. I poked and squeezed my side to feel for something. I may have not felt much soreness there, but I felt a spasm in there and it was something I have not really experienced before. Perhaps there may be a lot more going on here later today or this week. There is no telling what is next, but if there is still nothing going on by this afternoon, then it should start acting up a lot this week eventually.

7:18 A.M.(PDT)

I just started feeling some pressure beginning to well up in my left side again. I'm already feeling hot and starting to sweat a little.

8:47 P.M.(PDT)

I'm getting ready for bed now. I did not post any news as to how I was feeling in relation to what was going on since before leaving for work this morning. There was little difference. However, some more micro quakes have started to pop up around Southern California just now. I noticed that I was feeling cranky a lot all day today and have felt congested all over. It has been maddening. However, it may start up again tonight or tomorrow with more mag. 3+ on the rise. I have just started feeling some sharp pains in my left side.

9:09 P.M.(PDT)

It is hard to say what may be going on at this point. It looks like it is still starting up and then stopping. It does not feel like it will be like this much longer, but I'm ready to call it quits for the night. I have work tomorrow and I have been feeling very frustrated all day. The more significant activity in the world has also been dodgy lately. Although I will not be surprised if it is still the same by tomorrow morning, it should be starting up again any time now this week. My side does feel tender and I have felt some more acute side pain again.

Monday, September 7, 2020

September 7, 2020

 8:05 A.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling some pain in my left side about 10 or 15 minutes ago. It was very mild. I was somewhat depressed waking up and there still not being enough activity going on in Southern California.

8:40 A.M.(PDT)

I feel a knot in my left side. I feel more of a discomfort there now.

10:31 A.M.(PDT)

I have been feeling very moody and frustrated all weekend. I am in an even worse state this morning. There has not been enough going on in Southern California at all. The number of earthquakes over the past 24 hours is only at 25. There was one mag. 1.8 near Lucerne Valley, but 2 hours have passed and there has been nothing since. The activity elsewhere in the world has started decreasing, so my energy is lower. However, I'm not devoid of physical sensations. I have been feeling a lot of pressure in my left side all weekend.

6:57 P.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling some pain and pressure in my left side about 30 minutes ago. It looks like more activity is finally starting to increase in Southern California again.

Sunday, September 6, 2020

September 6, 2020

 8:10 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up around 7. I started feeling pressure in my left side again about 20 minutes ago. The discomfort I was feeling all day yesterday diminished overnight. A magnitude 3.8 occurred off the coast near Santa Barbara at 6:48 yesterday evening. There was not a lot going on overnight and this morning after that. It still feels like it should start getting more active any time now or within the next few days.

11:39 A.M.(PDT)

I just felt a more acute pain in my left side. I was feeling pressure in there all morning, but did not feel much else until just a few minutes ago.

4:42 P.M.(PDT)

I feel some more pressure in my left side, but I have been feeling irritated this afternoon. There has not been anything going on here in Southern California for several hours. However, there has been a lot of significant earthquake activity occurring worldwide. I may also be feeling pressure in my side from all that.

7:03 P.M.(PDT)

I just felt some sharp pains in my left side about 2 minutes ago. My side is extremely tender and it is starting to hurt.

Saturday, September 5, 2020

September 5, 2020

12:09 P.M.(PDT)

I just now have started feeling some discomfort in my left side. I first felt it inside my rib cage and then deep in my side(kidney area). There has not been anything going on since 10 AM, but it could start increasing once again anytime now or later on today at this point. I have been a little punchy over the last 2 hours from the halt in activity. There has been more activity with the Little Lake sequence again. A magnitude 3.6 occurred in that area late last night.

1:02 P.M.(PDT)

The pressure has gotten stronger over the past half hour. I noticed that as I was walking, some more pressure was running up the side of my pelvis into my kidney area and ribs. It still seems to be showing no signs of acting up in Southern California, but it could also be coming from the Ridgecrest area. It could also be concluding into something later on. I felt some nerve pains in my extremities just now. Last night, my left knee was hurting to the point where I could barely walk. I'm documenting all these symptoms as I go along.

5:57 P.M.(PDT)

I have been rather uncomfortable all day. The pressure in my left side as well as the discomfort in my pelvic region has not gone away. I have been feeling ovulation pain as well. My muscles have felt tense and I have been easily winded - also because of the heat. It definitely feels like some trapped energy inside of me. I have also been feeling very irritable.

4:37 A.M.(PDT)

I'm waking up still feeling congested. It felt like pressure has been in my ears since going to bed last night. I saw that there still has not been anything for over 12 hours. There has not been one micro earthquake of magnitude one and above since 2:52 yesterday afternoon in this area. I may just now be feeling some pressure in my left side again, but I am not sure what may be going on next. I will wait and see if new symptoms arise and more activity starts showing signs of increasing again before I leave for work this morning.

6:49 A.M.(PDT)

I'm feeling a little more pressure in my left side. It is sore to the touch. There could be more activity increasing anytime now. It feels like I could be experiencing some more pain any moment now or later today at this point. I'm very tender all over. At the same time, it may not act up very much. I'm just playing it by ear. I'm about to leave for work.

7:50 P.M.(PDT)

I got home from work at around 6 this evening. I have been very forgetful and absent-minded after a long day of hard work. There was a magnitude 3.1 near San Gorgonio Mountain this morning at around 7:24 A.M. I was feeling a lot of pressure in my side all morning. I have felt some pain there on and off all day. Now, my left knee has started hurting where I can barely walk. That was what happened with me about a day before the magnitude 6.4 near Ridgecrest last year. I made a note at the last minute before leaving for work this morning and regretted it. I removed it. I became a little doubtful for a moment because there was no more activity going on at the moment and I again, tend to be obsessive before leaving home or going to bed. I was still feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. I was feeling it almost constantly last night and early this morning.

 4:51 A.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling some mild pain in my left side this morning. The seismic activity in Southern California has started showing signs of picking up again so far. I have work again today, so I will not be posting anything until this evening. I may make another report before I leave this morning if something else happens.

5:08 A.M.(PDT)

I feel even more pressure in my left side. It feels like a burning and tingling sensation. That often occurs before more seismic activity rises - usually within hours or perhaps just after some activity has suddenly increased.

5:15 A.M.(PDT)

Shortly after the last post, I started feeling a throbbing aching pain in my upper arm on the side of my left shoulder. It has been bothersome. It might be trapped energy.

6:48 A.M.(PDT)

I'm still feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. I am beginning to feel irritable again as the activity stopped 2 hours ago. At this point, the pressure could become increasingly uncomfortable this morning or later today. I could also end up feeling pain or maybe little or no symptoms at all if it becomes completely quiet again.

9:04 P.M.(PDT)

Although more activity started heating up around Southern California and the count being much higher, none ever reached magnitude 2(North of the Mexico border or South of the Tehachapi Mountains). There has been nothing going on for hours now. It stopped just before 3 this afternoon so it has been 6 hours since the last mag. 1 anywhere in this area. Right now, it feels like a lot of stagnant energy has pooled up into my head. Over the past hour or two, I suddenly felt a sore throat and jaw and I have been feeling dizziness and fatigued. My side also is tender to the touch.

 4:53 A.M.(PDT)

I just woke up at 4:30 feeling rough. I did not have anything to drink and I went to bed early. I knew that there was no activity going on around here. Before I even bothered checking, I knew it was going to be extremely quiet here because I was hardly feeling anything at all upon waking up. The number of quakes over the past 24 hours has now dipped down to 16. However, I just started to feel some pressure in my left side again just over the past few minutes. I'm not sure what may be next though. I also noticed that my arm was hurting as I was carrying my coffee this morning. I believe I may suffer from aches and pains in my extremities when there is stagnant energy that needs to get pushed through.

9:30 P.M.(PDT)

Although it was not completely dead all day. The overall number of quakes over the last day is still quite low. Earlier when I was working, I felt some acute pain in my side around noon and there was some more seismic activity beginning to increase out here, but there has not been much going on at all after that. I have felt moody all day. I was keeping my temper in check and concealed my stress and frustration whenever I would forget or make a minor mistake. I certainly have enough self restraint to not totally lose my cool in public, let alone have an outburst like I have done at home in the past. It can be hard dealing with it. It can be very hard. Whenever I have a lot of stagnant energy trapped inside of me and there being no relief in sight, I would want to die sometimes. Every little thing would annoy me and even enrage me in the past. While I'm busy all day at this job where I'm constantly on my feet, running from one side of the building to another and all around, it keeps me sane. I also don't have time to focus on it while I'm there. That being said, I wanted to make one more post in this blog before I go to bed. My left side still feels tender. I have also felt aches and throbbing pains running up and down my arm this evening. In fact, I have felt that a couple of times earlier today.

9:45 P.M.(PDT)

Maybe that was not my last note of the night. I may be obsessive when it comes to that uncertainty when going to bed, but I'm still feeling some things. I feel something in my left side even though it is not actually pain yet. It is not just a pressure, but also a burning and tingling sensation. It is also essentially tender there where it feels like pain could flare up again at any moment. There is still a potential more activity would surge in Southern California overnight or by tomorrow morning. I will not be surprised if I'm once again underwhelmed when I wake up in the morning, but it is due to become more active here any day now.

 8:20 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up and felt some acute pain in my left side, but it did not last. My side still feels very tender. I found out yesterday evening that I would be off of work today. They are overloaded with staff. So, I will be here to check in throughout the day. Right now, it still feels like more may be going on today in Southern California and elsewhere throughout the world. My energy levels are still high.

7:12 P.M.(PDT)

I'm starting to feel some pain in my left side for the first time in hours. The activity dropped earlier today here in Southern California. It may just now start back up again.

9:22 P.M.(PDT)

I have not been feeling much at all tonight or all day for the most part. I notice that I was feeling increasingly angry tonight. The count over the last day has dropped lower than 30. At this point, I'm not sure what may be going on tomorrow or perhaps overnight. I am however just now beginning to detect a sensation in my side. I am beginning to feel pressure well up in there again.
