I started feeling some somatic pains in my left side just now. I squeezed it and it grew sore. I have also been experiencing the worst flare-up of psoriasis from this heat wave. I developed this skin condition 4 years ago and it seems to be seasonal with me - striking every Summer. It usually occurs on my knees and just above the front of my feet. The rash looks really bad now. It is on my knees and all over my feet. Some of it has spread to the bottom of my feet. I'm afraid it is even starting to occur on my face and neck. I don't know if earthquakes have an affect on the skin problem. I do feel hotter when the activity is increasing. Heat triggers psoriasis. My skin can also acquire a flushed or "splotchy" appearance and reddened cheeks.

I have been feeling strange all day into tonight. I may have not felt much pain in my side throughout the rest of the day, but I have been experiencing dizzy spells. I'm also feeling deep vibrations. The bottom of my feet have been feeling heavy and have been tingling. I have this sore spot on my side now. There has been more very small quakes continuing around Southern California. It feels like a lot may be coming up any day now again.
