February 28, 2020

3:02 P.M.

The seismic activity in Southern California began dropping again late last night and into this morning. There was a little increase in very small quakes around here later this morning. I'm just now beginning to feel some pressure in my left side. I may not be feeling as tender as I did days ago, but it does hurt a little when I jab at it. I just took up this app on my phone that measures my heart rate - BPM(beats per minute). I also feel that as more earthquake activity takes place worldwide as well as more here or when more stress builds to where more may be on the verge of taking place, my heart rate increases. Yesterday, my heart rate was at around 60 BPM(while at rest) at around 2:30 in the afternoon as there was a drop in activity. Then at around 3:15, it rose to 68 BPM as more activity increased in the world as well as some more here or at least on the verge of. I measured it just before 1 P.M. today and it was at 73 BPM.
I will just have to take more measurements to confirm whether that is really a factor or not. I don't want to end up mistaking it for something else. I only measure it after I'm settled down and when my psychological stress levels are to a minimum.

February 27, 2020

11:42 A.M.

So far, I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. I'm even now feeling some throbbing pains there. They feel superficial and more towards the back. I have been feeling pressure there all morning even when it briefly became totally quiet for several hours. My left side also feels very tender. I'm also feeling a constant vibration. I am also having strong feelings that more large earthquakes worldwide might be imminent anytime or day now at this point.

February 26, 2020

4:16 P.M.

I'm just now feeling some side pains again. They are sharp throbs. Earlier, it was extremely quiet today. My energy was very low and I was feeling very irritable. Now, I'm feeling different. More seismic activity has started warming up again around Southern California so far. There is a flare-up of micro quakes taking place right now. I felt a few smarts in my hand, feet, and forearm earlier. The type of pains I have been feeling are somatic. I also felt some dull pelvic pain today that radiated to the bottom of my feel, but that may be endo-related. I'm in mid-cycle now. I'm going to wait on that part to see what happens next. I don't know if the activity or potential activity is a part of it. As far as I'm concerned, side pains, dizziness, redness in the vision, warmth, heaviness in the feet, increased physical energy, and excitement or elevated mood are what typically take place whenever more activity is taking place or might be about to.

Second Update: 2/25/20

8:55 P.M.

Just about 15 or 20 minutes ago, I felt a jabbing somatic pain in the left side of my rib. Now, I'm feeling some more acute pains in my side so far. I also meant to stress earlier that since I got that dental work done yesterday, I will really be careful and diligent about my dental hygiene. I learned how disease of the gums can lead to serious health problems manifesting elsewhere in the body. I also need to be aware of general hygiene and keeping my surroundings as sanitary as possible. I made a promise that I will take better care of my body so that I don't have health problems interfering with me detecting potential activity. I also want to keep safe from infectious diseases. I cannot have anything like the flu bog me down either.

Update: 2/25/20

3:27 P.M.

While I was making that last post about pain and physiology, I was starting to feel some acute side pain - somatic pain. I was feeling much different from when I first woke up this morning. I am still feeling some pain right now. I notice that I have been feeling more sensitive(physically and emotionally) than ever. My pain sensitivity has increased even more where a lot of things hurt. I have also been seeing more red around me. There could be something more significant coming any day now here in Southern California. The Garlock Fault may possibly be showing more signs of acting up. I have been more on edge today as well.

Sensory and Pain pt. 2

I covered the science of mechanoreception which likely plays a key role in my sensitivity to earthquakes before and during their occurrence. I also meant to add that there is also peripheral pain and neuropathic pain. Peripheral pain is caused by an injury and results in the form of somatic pain. Neuropathic pain is caused by injury to a peripheral nerve that can cause spontaneous pain signalling in the absence of any stimulus - described as constant stabbing or shock-like pain. I have experienced neuropathic pain to some extent even though it wasn't necessarily constant. The stabbing pains I have felt in my side before don't occur often and are usually short-lived.

I am certain I might have some nerve damage - possibly from having endometriosis and years of serious stress. I'm also afraid I may have also injured myself in my late teens in my left side. It could result in the earthquake pain being disproportionately intense. However, it could have been other factors as to how it developed to this extreme form. I also have learned about electromagnetic stimuli before earthquakes and how it affects life forms. It has been observed in non-human animals. Humans are capable of being more sensitive to electromagnetic stimulus. Before an earthquake and during the build-up of stress, electronic charge carriers are activated deep below, called positive holes.

Positive holes have the unusual properties of traveling far and fast into and through surrounding rocks. As they flow, they generate ultralow frequency electromagnetic waves. When they arrive on the earth's surface, they ionize into the air. When they enter the water, they oxidize into hydrogen peroxides. So, there are chemical processes that occur in which living organisms are physically affected by. During the build-up of stress before an earthquake, processes that occur in the crustal rocks lead to the activation of highly mobile electronic charge carriers. These charge carriers are able to flow out of the stressed rock volume into surrounding rocks. Such outflow constitutes an electric current, which generates electromagnetic(EM) signals.

When the positively charged and highly oxidizing charge carriers arrive at the earth's surface from below, they build up microscopic electric fields, strong enough to field-ionize air molecules. As a result, the air above the epicentral region of an impending major earthquake often becomes laden with positive airborne ions. Medical research has shown that positive airborne ions cause changes in stress hormone levels in human and non-human animals. This is a big part of why I feel what I feel. It also is simply from a building up of energy and stress levels from the ground below that pumps into my body, causing pain and pressure in parts. This goes back to mechanoreception. Baroreceptors may also be involved.

I figured out that when it comes to detecting impending distant large quakes, I feel a high frequency vibration that is very subtle, yet triggers some excitement. I become more energized. Subtle, high frequency vibrations would inform me of a possible impending big earthquake somewhere on the other side of the world. The more faint the high frequency, the further away it is, I figure(size could also be a factor). When it comes to a surge in activity in my surrounding region, I feel a higher frequency, especially if it is from impending small quakes and feel very energized along with some pain.

Sensory and Pain pt. 1

I have done some deep research on the physiology of pain and nociception. Upon discovering how sensitive I really am to various stimuli, this made me want to learn more about pain and what causes pain besides injury from noxious stimulus - thermal(extreme temperatures), mechanical(physical damage or force to skin, tissue, and bone), and chemical(caustic or irritating substance damage). I have also learned a better way to describe whatever kind of pain I'm feeling. I can feel both somatic(more acute and well localized) and visceral(achy and poorly localized) pain in my side.

Figuring out better ways to describe and compartmentalize my pain will help me discern better. I have learned about hyperalgesia which is an increased sensitivity to pain. The kind of pain that I feel did not come from an injury and it isn't a visible force. I am certain I was born with this acute sensitivity to earthquakes. It just did not develop until I matured, especially into adulthood and after visiting a tectonic plate boundary for the first time. I don't think earthquake energy or strain energy before manifesting as an earthquake is considered a noxious stimulus, at least not the energy itself. However, the violent shaking in the ground can break a person's ankle if they are standing, walking, or running - That would be a mechanical force.

However, I feel pain from potential earthquakes or earthquakes that have not actually happened yet. I'm learning about somatosensation now. This might involve mechanoreceptors(cells or sense organs that respond to mechanical stimuli such as touch or sound). There are 3 classes of mechanoreceptors: tactile, proprioceptors, and baroreceptors. Mechanoreceptors sense stimuli due to physical deformation of their plasma membranes. They contain mechanically-gated ion channels whose gates open and close in response to pressure, touch, stretching, and sound. There are 4 primary tactile mechanoreceptors in the skin: Merkel's disks, Meissner's corpuscles, Ruffini endings, and Pacinian corpuscle; Two are located toward the surface of the skin and two are located deeper.

A fifth type of mechanoreceptor, Kraus end bulbs, are found only in specialized regions. Merkel's disks are unencapsulated and they respond to light touch. Meissner's corpuscles, Ruffini endings, Pacinian corpuscle, and Kraus end bulbs are all encapsulated. Meissner's corpuscles respond to touch and low frequency vibration. Ruffini endings detect stretch and deformation within joints and warmth. Pacinian corpuscles detect transient pressure and high frequency vibration. Kraus end bulbs detect cold. Meissner corpuscles are found in the upper dermis, but project into the epidermis. They are primarily found in the glabrous(smooth, hairless) skin on the fingertips and eyelids. They respond to fine touch and pressure, but they also respond to low frequency vibration or flutter.

Deeper in the dermis are Ruffini endings. They are found in both glabrous and hairy skin. These are slow-adapting mechanoreceptors that detect skin stretch and deformation within joints. They also contribute to proprioception and kinesthesia. They also detect warmth. Pacinian corpuscles are found deep in the dermis of both glabrous and hairy skin. They are found in bone periosteum, joint capsules, pancreas, and other viscera, breast, and genitals. These are fast-adapting mechanoreceptors that sense deep, transient(not prolonged pressure), and high-frequency vibration. Pacinian corpuscles detect pressure and vibration by being compressed which stimulates their internal dendrites.

7:24 A.M.

I initially woke up in a somewhat depressed state. I knew there was nothing going on around here at all and the activity was lower than ever. However, I'm feeling signs of it changing just now. I'm not sure yet. I briefly felt a pinching sensation in my left side a few minutes ago. Last night, I was studying the physiology of pain. I'm going to do further studying on that subject and do more research into what exactly goes on in me in relation to earthquake energy.

Update: 2/24/20

6:11 P.M.

It remained very quiet around Southern California all day. I had a dental appointment where I had six cavities filled in and half of a deep cleaning. I'm scheduled to get the rest of my teeth cleaned next Monday. I had to have an extra amount of novocaine injected for I have been found to be extremely sensitive to pain. I cannot imagine how much it would hurt without novo. The injections smarted a little, causing me to emit a faint little squeak. The dentists were great, though. They babied me.
I did not realize how wary I am of medical facilities. The fear suddenly hit me the moment I set foot into that dentist office. Seeing the radiation symbol by the x-ray machine was chilling, even though I knew it was not enough to harm me. As I was in the chair being numbed, I noticed that I was shaking. I am aware that my pain threshold is a bit low. It seemed to especially be lower after moving to California. I have always been hypersensitive my whole life, but it feels like I have become even more sensitive moving out here after experiencing some earthquakes.
I must have become more acutely sensitive to pain and many other things after my first trip to California in 2009. After the anesthetic wore off, my mouth was hurting badly. It radiated into my left ear. I have been quite sore in my body over the past couple of days. I did an exercise involving my torso and now my side is very sore. It hurts as I poke or squeeze it. I was dizzy upon stepping out of the car and the bottom of my feet felt heavier than ever as I walked up the stairs. There may be hardly anything going on right now, but there may be much more activity following this. It could be tomorrow, later this week, or later tonight.

February 24, 2020

6:44 A.M.

There is little going on around here or anywhere else for the most part this morning. I'm not in a very good state. I'm very irritated and I'm trying to wake up more. I have a dental appointment today, so I'm having to leave. I will not be home until this evening. My left side does still feel very tender. Much of it is from working out, but there still could be more going on any time now.
If it does not act up now, then it may later today. There is still to be much more activity heating up here anytime or day now. As I said, I will not be home today, so I will not be able to post until later tonight.

Additional notes

Something occurred to me just now. I recall that trip to the Ruby Falls cave in Chattanooga, TN and what I made of it. We took this elevator where you see yourself going underground. I remember it being creepy in a sense that it felt fleshy. For some odd reason, there was something biological or anatomical about it like blood and veins. It was lit with these colored lights and I very much remember the red lights. It added to that factor. As a child, I had scary dreams about being sealed inside of a wall of rock. Something would feel like it was growing on me from inside the earth. I had a sinking feeling quite often as a child.
It is just now coming back to me. That eerie feeling came back to me when we visited this resort that was dinosaur themed. There were a lot of rocks and volcano settings. The lava reminded me of blood. I'm starting to piece together some clues as to how this came about, how it became embedded in me like that. Perhaps the separation between home, civilization, and the natural world had an impact on me at a young age. However, I always found homes with natural stone inside very comforting. It was not necessarily a bad feeling it gave me going to caves. It was just eerie. I'm sure everyone finds the subterranean world a spooky place.
As I stated earlier, there was something about it that made me feel like I was physiologically a part of that. Any kind of movement of the ground can be chilling. I'm not sure whether it reminds people of corpses turning in their grave or that they simply think the ground is dead and therefor should never move. To me, I took on a tremor as a movement underneath the skin or like a spasm. It would charge every cell, mucous membrane, and all that is a part of me.

Searching pt. 2

I really did some deep thinking and meditation to try to uncover the origin of this. I went back to my childhood to find out if I had experienced anything related to ground hypersensitivity. I was wondering if I were exposed to something or whether some injury set it up. I'm certain it is not anything infectious. I'm in fact beginning to believe that I was born with this. I have always been extremely sensitive to many things my whole life. I have dealt with a lot of stress throughout my entire life. I have been compromised and susceptible for something to eventually happen. I was exploring what might have set it forth and when.
I was born in Middle Tennessee and it was where I spent my childhood(I moved to Florida shortly before I turned 13). I have been in caves. I went to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky when I was only a year old. I visited Ruby Falls and visited the cavern where there was an underground waterfall in the early 90s. I went on a field trip to a large cave when I was in the 2nd grave. I also went to Mammoth Cave again when I was 12. I'm not sure if that had any influence over it. I don't know whether or not it makes any difference being above or below ground. However, being below ground, I'm surrounded by rock.
Vibrations and energy would not just travel up through the bottom of my feet, but also through my hands if I were touching the walls. I did not notice that sensitivity I had with my side until I hit puberty at 11. I sort of developed a weird masochism where I hoped to get poked and squeezed there. I even took pleasure in being struck there. It caused me to wonder if I may have suffered some kind of nerve damage in that area. It used to vary from my left side to my right side, but most often my left side. Now, it is exclusively my left side, so I'm not sure if it was sparked from nerve damage from childhood horseplay.
The year was 2001 when I was 11 and 12. There were a lot of big earthquakes around the globe that year. I viewed the archives and it looked like an exceptional amount. I have also been trying to find others like me. I have heard of people being sensitive to earthquakes, but I never found any of their experiences similar to my own.

Searching pt. 1

I'm trying to deeply figure this all out. I have been perplexed as to where exactly this came from. I want to be tested on. I am becoming desperate for answers. I have so much going on inside of me. If I were to be an organ, I am the heart. The heart is the body's hardest working organ. Inside, I'm constantly working. I'm constantly processing energy and pain coming from deep inside the earth near and all over the world. I'm being pumped with energy from actual distant seismic events and inert strain energy at the same time. It cycles in and out of my system.
New strain energy(on the verge of earthquakes) wells up inside of me and then is replaced with actual seismic energy where I'm wrung raw. Then it starts up all over again in various duration of time intervals between events. At the same time, I'm processing various distances and learning to discern potential local earthquake activity and larger and more distant events. I'm not a computer. I'm not a bot. I am a mortal, vulnerable body of flesh, bone, and blood. Something can sneak up and kill me any day. I'm overall healthy and have a fit physique.
All this may sound like my body is falling apart inside, but I know with all my heart(no pun intended) and soul that I'm not mistaking my sensitivity to earthquakes for something else. I first became interested in earthquakes in early 2008(12 years ago). I visited California for the first time in November 2009. It was then that I discovered feeling side pain and other unusual symptoms before earthquakes. I have not been to a tectonic plate boundary before in my life until that trip. I was very much living in the South my whole life before finally moving here 7 years ago.
I have been trying to dig deeper and find out how long this has actually existed, before I was ever interested in earthquakes, going all the way back to any childhood memories I have not given thought to. I started developing that sensitivity in my side after hitting puberty. I remember being 14 or 15 and suddenly feeling a random stabbing pain in my side. I was living in Florida then. I would get those pains from a surplus of energy from multiple significant events around the world. It becomes magnified in places away from plate boundaries, the further I am apart from one.
The loose soil there was likely another factor as it increases the amplitude of vibrations. When at plate boundaries, it is more concentrated within an area of 100 or so miles. However, Southern California is sliced and diced with faults, so it is broken up where I have to be almost next to the source before an event. I have not been to the doctor in years. I have been very shy and hesitant about revealing these odd symptoms. However, I'm tired of being in the dark. My life is changing this year without a doubt.

February 23, 2020

1:57 P.M.

At approximately 1:42, I felt a dull throbbing pain in my left side. I have also been extremely tender there as well. I'm not certain whether more activity could be going on any moment now or if it is more of a long-term deal(within days or weeks) and it being something potentially more significant. Yesterday evening, I suddenly felt dizzy for a moment. I was also feeling some gnawing side pains late last night.
I noticed that I have been very distracted lately. I get confused and make mistakes left and right. I become overwhelmed. I have also been experiencing heat and seeing more flashes of red and orange just now.

February 22, 2020

2:14 P.M.

I have started feeling some pressure and pain in my left side just now. I also feel that pain running up my knee as well. My side is tender upon pressing on it. I also am starting to feel warm again as well. At this point, it feels like the seismic activity might start cranking up again here in Southern California any moment or day now. There also could be more taking place in other parts of the state and/or more dangerous activity elsewhere in the world.

Friday, February 21, 2020

February 21, 2020

1:55 P.M.

I have been having a pain in my knee again. I have felt it elsewhere in the leg(left leg). My left side has been very tender. It was even more tender last night. Some seismic activity increased overnight with a magnitude 3.5 near Castaic and that eased the tenderness somewhat.
I have also felt a bout of dizziness a few minutes ago. I have also been seeing bright red and orange spots and flashes. The bottom of my feet have also been feeling heavy lately.

February 19, 2020

8:07 A.M.

I woke up this morning feeling somewhat depressed and irritable. There is little going on here in Southern California now and elsewhere in terms of significant activity worldwide. There just has not been enough. Southern California has been far overdue and it cannot afford to be dead quiet for long periods of time. It is changing. It is not like it was 7 years ago when I first moved to this state. It feels different. At this point, while there may not be anything going on right now, it still feels like something big is coming within weeks or possibly sooner. I don't know how big, but it feels like it won't be long when a sizeable quake finally happens around here.
It also still feels like something significant may be coming in a neighboring region. So far, as of right now, I'm not completely numb. I am feeling a slight pressure in my left side. I'm not sure whether that could indicate more energy coming from the area North or South of here or more seismic activity on the verge of rising here in Southern CA today. It could also be from potential large activity elsewhere in the world. The other day when I went to work in Loma Linda and coming back here, I was quite sore upon stepping out of the car. I explained in a recent post about travelling around a seismically active region laden with faults.
On the way to my job in Loma Linda and back, we cross over the Waterman Canyon Fault, the San Andreas Fault and the San Jacinto Fault or at least right by it. I do a lot of walking at my job, so my feet were very sore by the end of the day. I feel sore in various places. I just now felt a more acute throbbing pain in my side. It was brief, but it was something I have not felt yet until just now.

Tuesday, February 18, 2020

February 18, 2020

8:52 A.M.

So far, more or less. It might become dead quiet out here for now. However, there also still may be more going on. It feels like while there may not be much going on now, there could be much more going on soon with the possibility of something significant in the area. While I was working down in Loma Linda, there were a few brief dizzy spells and some side pains, but nothing severe. I noticed that I have also been somewhat confused lately. I have a feeling that when something big may be around the corner, it could also have a mental impact on me. It's not all physical symptoms.

2/17/20: Update

7:19 A.M.

I'm just now feeling some more acute pains in my left side. It is running up from my knee. It feels odd for that has not really happened before where I felt pain in my side and knee at the same time. It is running up my leg. There could be something going on just now, but I'm not sure. I will have to wait and see if this continues or worsens.

February 17, 2020

6:32 A.M.

So far, I'm feeling more of the same since yesterday. I'm still feeling tenderness in my left side as well as some pain. It feels like something may be coming up. I have had some dizzy spells and heaviness in my feet. I have also been feeling warmer than usual and seeing more red spots and flashes. I noticed that I have also been having some pain with swallowing. If this progresses, it could eventually become grueling within the weeks ahead. As of now, there may be some more going on. There is always a chance something could change today. There could also be something going on in a neighboring region. It is hard to say. I will be working down the hill today, so I will not be able to make anymore posts until I come home this evening.

Sunday, February 16, 2020

February 16, 2020

12:19 P.M.

I have started feeling some more pressure in my left side. I was experiencing heaviness in my feet as I was walking up stairs. I am also seeing a lot of red. I have also been feeling hot all morning as well. My left side is very tender. It has been tender since yesterday. It feels like something is slowly yet surely accumulating so far.

Friday, February 14, 2020

February 14, 2020

5:11 P.M.

I have been feeling some acute side pains over the last few hours so far. My flow was a bit painful this morning, but it diminished. A lot of activity has been going on in the area North of here. There was a 5-hour gap here in Southern California South of the Garlock Fault overnight into this morning, but there was more activity taking place in the areas North of the fault. There have been numerous yet very small quakes occurring around Southern California today.
My energy levels have also been high today so far.

Thursday, February 13, 2020

February 13, 2020

9:34 P.M.

There may have not been anything big in particular on this side of the North America Plate overnight, but there was more activity taking place for sure. A magnitude 3.2 quake in the Mojave Desert, not too far from the Ridgecrest sequence. There was also a magnitude 4.3 in Baja. There could also very well be something going on in the regions South of here as well. A magnitude 6.9 also occurred in the Kuril Islands region overnight(in this time zone).
Now, my left side feels tender. I have been feeling energized and warm. It still feels like there may be a lot going on here now and in many places.

Wednesday, February 12, 2020

February 12, 2020

9:53 P.M.

I just started feeling a sharp pain in my left side up my rib. I'm not sure whether something may be going on here or further away, perhaps in a neighboring region or something particularly large over a thousand miles away. This has happened before where I felt a surprising sharp pain run up my ribs before a large earthquake occurred somewhere about a thousand miles away, somewhere along the Western North American Plate boundary, but not anywhere near here.
At the same time, there may be more activity taking place here in Southern California anytime now. When it comes to a bigger earthquake somewhere else, but not on the other side of the world, it may not be happening now. There could possibly be something going on far up North from here such as the Pacific NW coast, British Columbia, Alaska, or even the Yukon Territory(there has been some more activity going on there most recently). It also may not be that far.
It could possibly be the Ridgecrest sequence starting back up again or perhaps something going on in Central California. I'm not sure, but it could possibly also be coming from the interior West such as Nevada. I'm not sure, but I will find out what happens next if something does happen.

Update: Feb. 11, 2020

10:28 P.M.

I have started feeling some throbbing pains in my left side this evening. It is a frequent boring type of pain so far. Earlier I felt a trough of depression, but started perking back up just now. I apologize for those who might become uncomfortable because I'm going to be a little T.M.I. sometimes. I'm not a scientist with advanced formal college education where I have to be all professional and never share anything of that nature. I am honest, though. So far, this month has been kinder to me when it comes to my monthly cycle.
With a lot more activity increasing in Southern California and more large events elsewhere in the world, it eased my hormones. Although there were a number of magnitude 6s earlier last month, there was not enough going on in Southern CA and there was very little going on in the world at all in terms of significant events the month prior to that. However, it has more to do with what is going on locally. In the weeks to month or two following the Ridgecrest events, I was tied over for a little while. It was a release I never actually had before.
It is again very complicated. In the two months prior to those events, I had two bad endo flare-ups and was extremely tense. Perhaps any increase in stress can set me up for that kind of trouble. From the issues I have been suffering from recently and building tension, there could be much more to come in the near future. Frequent worldwide events don't always influence that system. However, local or close-by events often do. When it comes to my cycle, I'm not necessarily at the mercy of the seismic activity here or anywhere else for that matter.
I just have to take better care of my body. During weekends, I should cut back on the alcohol consumption a little bit during my luteal phase(not that I'm out of control or anything). I am to have no libation at all during the secretory phase, when the monthly flow is imminent. Once again, I apologize for sharing about that in particular. I just feel that it has to be included because the earthquake activity affects me from head to tow and it includes hormones along with me having a health condition in that department.
A main role this has in this is that, taking better care of myself and keeping track of my cycle will help prevent the disruptive attacks. They can interfere with my connection with the earth with its activity. Anyway, I have been feeling some more side pains this evening and some more activity around Southern California has shown some signs of warming back up so far.

February 11, 2020

8:33 A.M.

I am definitely feeling a significant difference from yesterday. I have started feeling more tenderness in my left side and my energy levels are increased. On Saturday, I went to Palm Springs. I have been meaning to mention, if I have not already before, that something happens whenever I travel around Southern California or elsewhere in the state. As we go down the highway, it is as though energy from deep in the ground from various faults in the region get churned up. It is not so much as the speed, but the wheels and me sitting all that time.
Even when there is very little activity taking place, I still tend to feel pain and dizziness when traveling on the roads. It feels like the energy, especially from multiple sources in the region gets pumped into me so fast at once. When we arrived in Palm Springs, I was quite dizzy very frequently. I was afraid people would think that I was either intoxicated or had some kind of disease of the brain that was affecting motor function. Especially after the car slows down at stops at it's final destination, the kinetic energy leaves me extremely charged and moves around inside me, making me dizzy.
Back to the very present, it is feeling like there might be more activity heating up here in Southern and/or Central California anytime now, this week. So far, it also is feeling more ripe for significant seismic events going on somewhere in the world anytime now.

Monday, February 10, 2020

February 10, 2020

9:42 P.M.

For the most part, today has not been very busy at all. The activity here and elsewhere worldwide was at a low and my mood has been low this morning and last night as well. I have been more on the irritable side this evening. However, I felt a more acute, yet brief pain in my left side a few minutes ago. There may just now be more going on around here. However, it may also stay very quiet for now. My depressive state was also due to my serotonin levels dipping as something else is imminent(if you know what I mean). It is also simply the Monday blues that is a culprit in why I have felt cheerless today.
I don't want anyone taking this the wrong way with how I tend to become depressed and somewhat sluggish when there is no activity going on anywhere. It is not that I look forward to potential dangers somewhere or here. It truly has a physiological affect on me and everything.

3:02 P.M.

I have been in some pain lately. I felt some sharp pains in my left side towards my back as well as tight throbs. I was feeling extremely dizzy this morning and I feel pain whenever I turn a certain way. I've been having aches and throbs throughout my body and am seeing more red. There could be a lot of activity going on here in Southern California anytime now or this could be more long term where a larger event within the coming days or weeks is possible. I have been waking up sore and stiff over the past couple of days as well.

1:12 P.M.

Over the past hour, I have been feeling some pinching sensations in my left side. They felt superficial, like a gnawing pain, but they have not been severe. I have felt some pain in my joints over the last day. At this point, there may not be that much going on here now, but within days or a week or two, there could be a lot more. This could also include neighboring regions. I have also been seeing a lot of red and orange. Usually when I experience all this, it does not always indicate that there may be more going on any moment or even today, but within the coming days or perhaps a week or two, depending on how significant. When it comes to a more significant event, it is usually longer.

8:20 A.M.

Yesterday morning, I woke up somewhat depressed, but my mood improved as more activity here started to warm up a little as well as more significant activity elsewhere in the world. It keeps me going like a wind-up toy. My left side has been tender over the last few days and I am feeling more energized this morning so far.
The activity in Southern California has increased more. I'm feeling pressure in my side right now and I'm feeling very warm.

Update: Feb. 2, 2020

1:25 P.M.

The pains I felt earlier did not last. However, that area has been tender and I just started feeling a different kind of pain. It was a surface pinching sensation in my ribs. It usually occurs before seismic activity in an area that is not on a fault or a surfaced fault. Regarding what I was feeling earlier, a faint acute pain may occur before a distant significant event. That has happened before.
Even though earthquakes do not always happen after I feel a pain and other peculiar symptoms, I should not ever ignore it. I could have made a post here yesterday, but I had too much going on personally.

11:35 A.M.

I have just started feeling some acute, yet minor pains in my left side. I am also experiencing some dizziness. I'm very warm and I'm seeing some flashes of red and orange. Heaviness in the feet have also been something I was experiencing yesterday and this morning so far.
