I want to make it clear that I'm not certain that I have COVID. I am still awaiting results. We are unsure thinking that it is from emotional exhaustion. This has been a very difficult month. However, I still believe I very well could have it. This is a strange virus. Symptoms come and go and it is an unpredictable illness. I have been feeling a tickle in my throat all day and some chills. There may be more activity going on here today than there was yesterday, but it was not much. I feel like it could act up any day now with the possibility of something more significant. I felt some side pains today. It almost feels like my left side could explode one day. I have felt some acute, burning pains there on and off that were very short lived. I have also felt some nerve pains.
Physiological symptoms I experience that coincide with earthquake activity near and far. I have long noticed a connection. I document it all here.

December 30, 2020
Today, I may not have felt anymore of the nausea or headaches, but I feel like I have been running a fever. I have also been experiencing fatigue, stuffiness, and a little bit of a dry cough. I'm also still feeling chills. There was very little activity going on here all day. However, a small cluster has started up near the town of Thermal. I'm currently feeling some acute pain in my left side.

December 29, 2020
I woke up feeling very sick this morning. It is highly likely that I have come down with the coronavirus. I'm experiencing symptoms for sure. This morning, I was experiencing bouts of nausea and had a cough. I'm still having some chills and body aches. I'm also experiencing something in my throat. Shortness of breath has also been observed. I rode to work, but never went in. I took a COVID test and went home. I felt a few sharp, icepick pains in my left side on the way home. I'm feeling extra sore and tender there.
5:07 P.M.(PT)
I'm feeling more of a dull, aching pain deep in my side. There is some more activity warming up here in Southern California.
7:24 P.M.(PT)
I am not sure what is going on right now. I have felt sudden sharp pains in my side here and there today, but there is very little going on out here now. I know that it may have to do with me being sick and it could also be leading up to something. At this point, I'm not sure what to make of it. It would hurt quite a bit.
Monday, December 28, 2020
December 28, 2020
I'm feeling some acute pain in my left side right now and I'm also feeling dizzy. There was some activity occurring just South of the border this morning. There was not a lot happening here yesterday, but there may be a lot more going on today or this week.
12:40 P.M.(PT)
I have not been feeling much pain or discomfort in my left side as there has not been much going on again. However, I'm feeling very dizzy and feel twitching in my eyes. I am not sure what this is. This is something new. It feels like there are tremors inside my brain right now. It is starting to worry me. My left side is still sore and painful to touch.
5:17 P.M.(PT)
I felt some sharp pains in my left side just now. I notice that I have been feeling sick all day. I'm having a pounding headache right now and still feel some body aches and chills. I also felt bouts of nausea. I will be going into work tomorrow. We were snowed in today. I will have to keep an eye on all this as I could very well have COVID-19. I'm still also feeling dizziness and pulsations in my eyes.
Sunday, December 27, 2020
December 27, 2020
There has not been much going on this morning, however, I am feeling some sharp pains in my left side just now. I also am feeling a sore spot there. It hurts to the touch. I looked at it to make sure it was not actually bruised. There was no discoloration there at all. I have not injured myself there.
6:13 P.M.(PT)
There has been very little going on here all day today. However, it could just now be warming up again. I'm feeling some pain and warmth in my left side so far.
Saturday, December 26, 2020
December 26, 2020
There is less going on in Southern California today, but it still could become more active any time now. My left side is very sore. I am again thinking that I might be infected with the coronavirus. I feel soreness all over and it could be exacerbating the side pain. Body aches are one of the symptoms and I have had some chills since last night. I woke up with a headache this morning. I know I had something to drink last night, but I did not have a lot. I still feel a slight cough, but I have yet to find out if I indeed have COVID. I have been exposed to multiple people who have come down with it at my job. It may have been in my system for about 2-3 days. I took a test on Monday and the results came back negative. That is how I'm determining that I may have gotten it 2 or 3 days ago. Otherwise, I still feel like there may be a lot going on in Southern California any time or day now. There may also be a lot going on worldwide anytime or day now. There is a strong chance of a powerful earthquake somewhere anytime now. I feel more acutely sensitive to this than usual. If I am sick, this could expose something in me.
6:48 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling some acute pain in my left side over the last 30 minutes. I have been dizzy a lot all day as well. That may also have to do with how there is due to be a very large earthquake somewhere in the world any time now. I have experienced that before a powerful earthquake in the world.
Friday, December 25, 2020
December 25, 2020
More activity is heating up in Southern California so far. There is a very high potential for magnitude 4 or larger anytime or day now. I'm feeling a lot of warmth and pressure in my left side so far. I am also seeing red flashes in my vision. My side was very tender over the last few days. It was also very sore.
7:22 P.M.(PT)
There has been a lot of seismic activity taking place in Southern California today. A magnitude 3.6 occurred near Thermal and there has been constant seismic activity in the region. I have felt pain in my left side all day. I have also been feeling heavy in the bottom of my feet, forcing me to move slower at work and have felt overwhelmed, especially as we are in the middle of a large coronavirus outbreak. I'm almost certain I am going to catch it. It is everywhere and it seems like everyone at the facility is bound to contract the virus. I may already have it at this point. I have felt some mild symptoms where I feel a cough coming on and have felt general malaise. I am starting to feel congested in the head and even some chills. I may have some shortness of breath. I will keep an eye on it. The weekend has arrived and it has been an extremely stressful week. I have felt pain run up my leg and would feel it in my side. It seems that whenever I feel pain in my legs, I will feel pain in my side later. It[the energy] would work its way up into my body from the ground. I'm thinking I'm going to catch COVID because of all the stress I have been under. It has been the hardest ever and although I have always been healthy with a strong immune system, I would be weakened from what this month has put me through. I am curious what would happen next.

December 24, 2020
I was feeling a lot of tension earlier. There may have been some activity warming up earlier, but then there was a gap of about 5-6 hours and the count has remained below 30. However, there may just now be signs of some more activity warming back up just now. I started to feel a little pain in my side over the last 10 minutes.
Wednesday, December 23, 2020
December 23, 2020
I have been feeling dead inside this morning. The activity has come to a complete stop where there has literally been nothing for hours. However, I am just now beginning to feel some pressure in my left side. There is still a decent chance a lot could suddenly take place today. There should be much more going on this week or at least before New Year's at this point.
8:31 A.M.(PT)
There were signs of more activity this morning about an hour after I made that post, but there was little going on throughout much of the day. I noticed that I felt very irritable earlier and was extremely tense. I have had extra stress going on in my life not only due to a major corona outbreak at my job, but also dealing with a loved one being seriously ill. I felt some mild pain in my side this evening after I got home. Some more very small quakes flared up over the last hour. I also was working late where I did not arrive home until about 7. I'm being totally cautious with this virus going around at my workplace, but I know I have an overall healthy constitution and would not be expected to fall gravely ill. If I somehow do catch it, it will be interesting to see how it will affect my seismopathy. I learned that the disease can alter something where it attacks a vulnerable system in the body.
Tuesday, December 22, 2020
December 22, 2020
There has been more activity occurring in Southern California over the past 6 hours. A magnitude 3 occurred overnight near the town of Little Rock. However, the activity seemed to have discontinued over an hour ago. Yet, it may heat up some more within the next few hours at this point. I'm in the middle of a major coronavirus outbreak at my job. 30 residents have come down with the virus and we are missing a handful of staff now. I have been extra careful not to catch it. I have been around it, but so far, I'm not having any symptoms. I really have to be careful because getting sick can be very disruptive when I'm detecting on seismic activity. I know I'm not a very good patient and that is why. I cannot afford to have anything hold me back or make me feel bogged down. Right now, my side is very tender. I'm currently not in pain, but I almost expect it to flare up out here today, tomorrow, this week.
6:59 A.M.(PT)
I'm just now feeling pressure in my left side. A very small quake occurred near Pearblossom just now - Likely an aftershock of the 3 that happened overnight.
Monday, December 21, 2020
December 21, 2020
I was numb upon waking up this morning. There was little going on then, but there was some more micro quakes popping up in Southern California on and off today. I have felt some side pains on and off and they were short-lived. There was a magnitude 4.0 South of the border earlier. It still feels like it could be "getting there" in terms of much more activity to come. I have started feeling an aching pain, like something gnawing underneath on my ribs towards the back on my left side minutes ago. It was a throbbing, aching pain that lasted for a couple of minutes. I am also feeling a lot of phantom vibrations so far.
8:34 P.M.(PT)
I'm now feeling a throbbing pain deep in my left side. It tends to vary with the type of pain and where exactly in that area I'm feeling it. It is like potential energy wells up somewhere in the region and then there could be something going on in a different part of the region on a different surface.
Sunday, December 20, 2020
December 20, 2020
There is more activity on the rise here in Southern California so far. I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my left side and I'm feeling very warm. So far, these are very small quakes occurring in the area. There is due to be much more going on later.
10:34 A.M.(PT)
This pressure in my side has been occurring in waves as each small flare-up of activity in the region took place. It has been revving up on and off all morning. I feel even more pressure and heat in my side right now. Some more mini quakes are starting to pop up in Southern California.
10:55 A.M.(PT)
I'm feeling less pressure in my side right now. There was a little spurt, but that was it for right now. It could continue to be like this where it is steadily warming up throughout the day. It could potentially lead to something more significant any day now. There has not been a 4 out here in a while and it has been 2 weeks since the last mag. 3.
11:07 A.M.(PT)
I'm feeling more discomfort in my left side. More seismic activity is steadily increasing in Southern CA so far. The pressure in my side could escalate to sharp pains at this point depending on what may be happening next.
6:02 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling some dull, aching pains in my side over the last 10-15 minutes. Earlier when I was out, I felt some sharp pains in my side as more activity flared up once more.
7:04 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling more somatic pains in my left side. I have also been more nervous than usual and feeling phantom vibrations.
Saturday, December 19, 2020
December 19, 2020
Yesterday, there was a steady increase in activity. The count jumped from 19 to 50+ quakes over the past 24 hours. However, the biggest was magnitude 2.0. I felt warm and more energized since. I felt some pain in my side - like needles or shards of glass. Just before the activity started increasing yesterday, I was experiencing some cramps and heavy bleeding - I typically feel the pain and cramping on day one. I was on my third day. I was also feeling neuropathic pain all throughout the day and this morning. There has not been anything else for almost 3 hours now. I am just now starting to feel pressure in my side again, so it could start flaring up again any time now.
4:56 P.M.(PT)
It went quiet again earlier, but there is more activity warming up again here in Southern California. I'm feeling a lot of pressure and tenderness in my side. I'm also seeing red flashes.
7:22 P.M.(PT)
Around 20 minutes ago, I felt a dull visceral pain in my left side. I was busy at the moment where I could not report it right away. I also noticed that I felt some pain running up into my knee again going up and down stairs a few minutes ago.
Friday, December 18, 2020
Summary: 12/18/20
The activity here has been underwhelming over the past week and overall month. The stagnation has been intolerable. There have been other things going on this month that has caused a lot of suffering. I have had several meltdowns over the last week. I was extremely depressed and angry. I have gotten more used to menstrual pain due to endometriosis. I believe all this time, I have been building more of a pain tolerance. I noticed how extremely sensitive I am to movements in the earth and I know that a magnitude 5 would hurt like hell. In June, a magnitude 5.3 earthquake occurred nearly 100 miles away and I was in some significant pain moments before it happened. I better hope that the next big one out here does not occur on day 1 of menstruation. I'm scared of what could happen to me, as much as I am ready to be taken to the next level on this. I have in fact been eager and furious. There has not been a 4 anywhere from the Tehachapi Mountains to just South of the Salton Sea in more than two months.
Thursday, December 17, 2020
December 17, 2020
There has been some more small flare-ups of activity overnight even though the number remains below 30. I am aware that just because it looks sparse out here does not mean something more significant cannot happen today or anytime soon. I finally got that thing that happens every month yesterday morning just after I got to work. I took 1,300 mmg worth of Ibuprofen and much of it helped. I ended up having pain that was bothersome later on at some point, but it was not excruciating. However, it was enough to slow me down and others could tell I was not feeling so well. Stagnant energy and coldness are my worst enemies. It has been too quiet here for too long as I said yesterday morning. It still seems to look the same this morning, however, it could also change today. Some more very small quakes have popped up over the last hour and I am feeling pressure and mild pain in my side so far.
7:04 A.M.(PT)
I feel some more mild discomfort in my left side even though there has been little or no obvious signs of increasing activity around here lately. At this point, it feels like it is "getting there". It just is not at that immediate point of heating up yet. It may not be acting up in Southern California at all right now, but there should be a lot going on any day now at this point. I have noticed something else that I have not really observed before. I noticed that the veins in my hands and arms are protruding and more visible - at least more so than before. I am wondering if that could be a sign of more to come. It does make sense with all the tension and pressure building up. I also noticed that I bleed as well as bruise more readily.
Wednesday, December 16, 2020
December 16, 2020
The activity seemed to have dropped again overnight where there was an 8-hour gap between mag. 1s. There still is not enough going on at this point, however, that could still change anytime. There should be much more to come especially with it being that quiet for so long. There still has not been any magnitude 4 or greater in the area in over 2 months. I almost am expecting there to be a lot more taking place at least before this year ends. I felt a lot of neuropathic pains upon waking up this morning. I set my alarm to 5 O'clock instead of 4:15 because I wanted to get 8 hours of sleep for my health. I feel a lot of pressure in my left side. It feels like it should start acting up at least any day now here.
Tuesday, December 15, 2020
December 15, 2020
I have not made a post in this blog over the past few days as there has been little going on here again. This morning, I woke up feeling lethargic and stiff in areas. I felt totally numb waking up and immediately knew that there was still nothing going on out here. However, just minutes later, I felt some mild pain in my left side. Subsequently, there was a small flare-up of mini quakes here in Southern California. However, it seems to have stopped again, but it may start up some more later today. At the same time, I will not be surprised if it doesn't. I am expecting to menstruate any time now and I have been taking precautions to avoid being in too much pain because of my endometriosis. It is especially troubling with how there has been too little activity going on and how stagnant energy can set me up for pain during that time. I'm trying to avoid caffeine and sugar. I know not to drink any alcohol during the week. I will try to only drink decaf coffee tomorrow morning and avoid anything that can trigger a painful flare-up at all costs even though it may be hard. I needed a cup of coffee this morning as I was extremely tired upon waking up. Anyway, I just now have felt some mild somatic pains in my side. I am very tender there. I will try to update via Twitter if I have a chance at work. There is a decent chance much more activity could take place here today. All I know is that we are due.
8:55 P.M.(PDT)
I have felt pressure and pain in my side on and off all day as more activity has increased some today in Southern California. There has also been more activity heating up in the Ridgecrest area. I continue to feel sore and tender in the side. I have also felt a lot of deep vibrations(phantom earthquakes) and some nerve pains. I felt dull pain in the bottom of my feet earlier today, running up my legs. Something could potentially be coming up. I'm about to go to bed now.
Saturday, December 12, 2020
December 12, 2020
I have felt pain and soreness in my side all night last night. I still feel some pain this morning. I did not post about it last night as I was doubtful there would be much going on last night. There has been some more activity warming up out here overnight and this morning. There is an extremely high chance of mag. 4+ anytime or day now.
4:31 P.M.(PT)
It has been starting to become dead out here again. There was a 6-hour gap between mag. 1s and it started showing signs of heating back up, but then stopped again. I have been extremely irritable all afternoon. I have also had a headache and feel congested in the head. It is too quiet here.
Friday, December 11, 2020
December 11, 2020
Yesterday was an extremely uneventful day here in Southern California in terms of seismic activity. I noticed that I was feeling very cranky all day yesterday. I also fell extremely depressed when I found out that a manager of mine that I really enjoyed working with was quitting. I had a number of things working against me this past week, so it has been very hard. The low activity has not made my quality of life any better. I woke up initially feeling depressed and irritable as the activity has still shown no signs of changing and I felt completely numb. However, about 20 minutes later, I started feeling a deep pressure in my left side. I am still feeling pressure and tenderness there right now. There has just now been some more signs of the activity increasing. I'm not sure what the rest of the day may entail, but I will provide updates with how I'm feeling and what is going on later depending on what happens later today.
Wednesday, December 9, 2020
December 9, 2020
I'm feeling a lot of discomfort in my left side this morning. There has been more activity flaring up around Southern California. My left side is very tender and sore to the touch. This has happened before prior to an increase in activity where there were mag. 4+ events taking place in the region. It would usually be within days. It is never guaranteed to happen of course, but we are due for a lot more to take place here.
Tuesday, December 8, 2020
December 8, 2020
I initially woke up feeling depressed this morning. The count(number of EQs over the last 24 hours in Southern California) was below 30 again. However, it has started showing signs of increasing again. I have still been feeling a lot of discomfort in my left side. It is also extremely tender and sore. Usually, this happens before a surge in activity in the region. It typically would be within several days or a week before a significant increase in activity. There has already been more mag. 3+ going on here over the past week.
7:26 A.M.(PT)
There was a small flare-up of activity from around 4-5, but then it went quiet again. I noticed that after more than an hour passed since a single mag. 1+, I quickly started feeling increasingly irritable. However, I just now have started to feel some sharp pains in my side. There still could be more going on today. We are due.
6:46 P.M.(PT)
It may have not heated up very much today, but there are signs of more activity increasing in Southern California now. I have felt sharp pains in my left side on and off all afternoon. I was not feeling much earlier today, but I started feeling more pain later this afternoon.
Monday, December 7, 2020
December 7, 2020
I woke up feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. There continues to be more signs of it acting up here in Southern California so far. There has been numerous very small quakes occurring around the region over the last day or two.
7:53 P.M.(PT)
I feel some painful pressure in my left side now. I have felt sharp pains in my side a lot today. There were a couple of mag. 2s in the area I was working earlier today. I have continued to have dizzy spells and pain running up in the extremities.
8:31 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling a dull, aching pain in my left side over the last 20 minutes where it has gotten worse. There has not been anymore activity taking place in the region in 2 hours, but there may likely be more heating up once more. I have also been feeling some phantom vibrations all evening.
Sunday, December 6, 2020
December 6, 2020
I have felt pain in my side on and off all day today. More activity has continued to heat up here in Southern California. I have also felt more dizzy spells lately and am seeing red flashes.
Saturday, December 5, 2020
December 5, 2020
At 9:41 last night, a magnitude 3.7 earthquake occurred near Aguanga, California. There has been more activity taking place here in Southern California. There may not be much else going on right now, but it definitely does not feel like that was it. I am feeling a lot of acute pains in my left side this morning. There could be more heating back up in the Ridgecrest area again.
4:46 P.M.(PT)
I was not feeling anything for a while earlier. However, I started to feel a painful pressure in my left side again. A magnitude 2.6 occurred near Barstow about an hour ago.
Friday, December 4, 2020
December 4, 2020
I woke up this morning feeling a pressure deep in my left side. Yesterday, I noticed I felt mildly depressed on and off. I realized the activity had dropped down. However, it has showed signs of increasing again overnight. A magnitude 2.8 occurred near Aguanga just over an hour ago. There has also recently been more frequent micro earthquakes occurring in the areas from South of Big Bear to the Redlands area - includes the Yucaipa and Beaumont areas.
7:05 A.M.(PT)
I'm not feeling much right now. It has been 2 hours since the last mag. 1 or higher quake. My left side does feel tender. It could start heating back up within the next few hours or later this afternoon at this point. I have been better at showing restraint and not posting in this blog everyday lately. I also will be studying more on the anatomy of an earthquake. I believe that it is not only stress and tension that affects me, but also heat when it comes to the pain. It feels like heat and a burning sensation. I will be further experimenting with the relationship to temperature.
7:27 A.M.(PT)
I'm starting to feel some pressure welling up in my left side again and I am getting there when it comes to feeling irritable. I have noticed that the feelings of irritability start setting in after 3 or more hours have passed since the last sign of any movement in the region. I also feel agitation as it feels like there is suppose to be a lot more going on by now or at least any day now.
7:29 P.M.(PT)
I had to work late this evening. I have felt some sharp pains in my side on and off today. There has been some more activity heating up around Southern California so far. I have also felt dizzy spells all throughout the day. It feels like something may be coming up.
Tuesday, December 1, 2020
December 1, 2020
There has been more seismic activity heating up in Southern California. I have felt side pains on and off since yesterday. I also have been feeling pain in my knee on and off as I walk. I have also been feeling more recurring dizzy spells. I noticed that I suddenly felt nerve pain and stiffness in my neck, jaw, and in my head. It happened yesterday afternoon when I yawned and it made me very dizzy for several minutes. There has been some activity occurring in the area where I work(Loma Linda). I noticed that I have been super hyper and giddy at work lately and I wonder if it could have to do with that. I have been feeling more pain in my side lately and there are signs of more going on in Southern CA.
9:06 P.M.(PT)
I will be going to bed very soon. It is heated now. There may be more activity on the rise here in Southern California. I have felt some pain on and off all day. My energy levels were very high. There has been even more activity taking place in other parts of the state and more significant EQs worldwide. I'm feeling a lot of deep phantom vibrations right now.
Sunday, November 29, 2020
November 29, 2020
There is more seismic activity flaring up in Southern California so far. I woke up feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. I am feeling very tender there right now and I have felt some more pain on and off so far. Yesterday was a quiet day. I was not feeling much all day yesterday. It definitely feels different today.
2:55 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling some mild pain and pressure in my side all day. The pains come in spurts, so it is not constant. There have been a couple of small flare-ups of activity in Southern California so far. There is more taking place with the Little Lake sequence again.
5:40 P.M.(PT)
I'm starting to feel some more pain in my side. There is more activity warming up in Southern California once more.
6:45 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling some more acute pains in my side over the last half hour. I also have felt slightly dizzy and nauseous.
Friday, November 27, 2020
November 27, 2020
I have been feeling a lot of pressure in my left side this morning. It may have gone quiet again overnight, but there is some more activity warming up once more in Southern California. My side is very tender and sore and I feel tingly all over. I have felt this before. It feels about ripe for more magnitude 4 or larger anytime or any day now.
6:57 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling side pains at work all day today. I was also feeling a lot of dizziness and seeing red spots in my vision. I was feeling phantom vibrations all day as well and was very energetic. There was actually an earthquake in the area where I was working today shortly before I left. It was a magnitude 2.9 and there continues to be some activity heating up in the area.

November 26, 2020
4:51 P.M.(PT)
I do not know where to even start. I was working today, so I did not get to post something until just now. This morning, I was feeling irritable as there was no activity for 6 hours. Then I suddenly perked up significantly after I got to work as there was an increase in activity in the region. A magnitude 3 occurred near Little Rock(near Wrightwood) shortly before 9 this morning. Later on I was feeling some acute pains in my side on and off and a new swarm has started in the Salton Sea area. My energy was extremely high today and I am still overwhelmed with energy and even euphoria. My left side is very tender and sore right now. I have also been seeing some red flashes.

November 25, 2020
I have been feeling some acute pains in my left side over the past 2 hours on and off. There has been signs of more activity heating up in Southern California so far. I noticed that I also feel agitated and nervous when it feels like it is going to act up at any time. I may also be on edge about the pain. I remember feeling more aggressive in the hour or two leading up to the first earthquake near Ridgecrest last year. I also can feel this way before minor activity before anyone starts to worry. It also does not always happen after I experience all this. It just may be heating up again any time now. I still am curious as to what it would have been like if I were in the Ridgecrest area when that happened. I did feel some sharp side pains before that and I wonder how much it would have hurt if it were up close.
11:29 A.M.(PT)
A magnitude 3.0 occurred near Aguanga in Southern California at 11:05. I was very busy this morning with some household cleaning. I could not get around to writing in this until now. I was feeling a lot this morning. I still am feeling some pain. There may be much more to come. Last night, I suddenly felt myself becoming very depressed and realized the activity stopped again and there was a 6-hour gap between mag. 1+ events in the region. There is much more taking place now.
1:56 P.M.(PT)
The pain has diminished over the past hour as the activity discontinued, but now I am starting to feel pressure in my side again. There may just now be more taking place again.
8:11 P.M.(PT)
I have been feeling some more tenderness and some mild acute pains in my left side over the last hour. I have also felt somewhat lightheaded earlier and some pains in my extremities. There is some more seismic activity warming up again so far.

It has not been acting up much in Southern California. I noticed that I was extremely irritable and depressed last night and woke up feeling that way this morning. It doubled on me as there has also been very little going on elsewhere in the world since yesterday. I also wanted to mention that when I decided to call this Seismopathy, I'm not trying to invent a new word to put in a dictionary. I would not be that audacious, at least not intentionally. I was just trying to find an easier way to communicate this without using a lengthy description every time. I have felt some pressure and tenderness in my side over the last hour, but still not enough. The count has dropped below 30 again. I'm almost certain that next month should be much more eventful. There can still be a lot going on before this month is over. Just because there is very little going on right now does not mean there can't be something later today. There is always a chance it can flip where it is a dramatic difference than earlier. I will be working today so I might be too busy to make updates via Twitter but if something changes, I will try to keep the world posted whenever I have the opportunity.
6:38 P.M.(PT)
There has been some more seismic activity warming up in Southern California later throughout today. I was immediately feeling some mild pain and discomfort in my left side as some more very small quakes flared up around the region. I continue to feel that on and off. As I was walking up the stairs, my knee started hurting. There may be more going on anytime now.
8:44 P.M.(PT)
I have been starting to feel depressed again. I feel that there has not been anything else going on over the past 3 hours.

November 23, 2020
I woke up feeling depressed this morning. I woke up to absolutely nothing going on anywhere. Over the weekend, the pain and stiffness in my head and neck finally went away and more seismic activity was heating up here in Southern California. It apparently stopped later on yesterday. There has not been a single mag. 1+ quake here in Southern California since 11:22 last night. However, I am feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. I was not feeling anything at all upon waking up at 5:15, but about 20 minutes later, I started feeling something. I will be leaving for work in about an hour. The activity could definitely increase today. It should be acting up very soon.

Seismopathy pt. 2
I have continued to make new discoveries as I have given this more form. I envisioned more of how this works. I feel like I have these invisible fibers or cords extending into the ground from my body. They are these extremely thin extensions that branch into bundles of them that extend out into the world in various directions. When it comes to local activity, such as whenever very small and frequent earthquakes are occurring around Southern California, each of these cords are plucked individually. I then envision a faint yet swift wave coursing through them all at once which is coming from an increase in more significant earthquakes elsewhere in the world. They sort of resemble capillaries forming into veins. I am thinking about referring to them as minor and major fibers: Minor for local activity, Major for larger more distant activity. I'm starting to learn more how to distinguish which one has been disturbed. I imagine all the minor fibers jolting significantly together for when a large event is to occur in the area. With a big quake on the verge of occurring somewhere else in the world, all the minor cords experience more of a swift compressional movement depending on how far away it is. It is as though a string can either be tugged violently, lightly but repeatedly, or pulled on without releasing. Right now, it feels like a constant pulling where I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my side, yet there is not much going on out here at all right now.
It is like a signal would be sent where I'm almost instantly alerted. The constant tugging where there is due to be more going on, yet nothing gives can also cause tension headaches when it goes on for too long.
Seismopathy
I have taken some action today for the first time where I'm trying to reach out where I'm not alone with this seemingly unusual condition I have. I know it is real. I have thoroughly examined it for years where I have found a connection with earthquakes. I am aware that there are people known as "earthquake sensitives". I have read accounts from said cases, but those peoples' stories did not sound anything like what I have. They seemed somewhat flimsy. It has not been easy at all finding resources that would take me on. I am even willing to have experiments conducted on me, as long as they are safe and ethical of course. I don't think I would be okay with someone injecting me with COVID-19 or other diseases to examine the affects it would have on this. Well, THIS will no longer be called this, that, or that thing that entails pain before earthquakes. I asked for some advice from a family member and I have the green light to put a name on this. Patients or sufferers on uncommon occasions have named conditions themselves. I don't have to wait around for a doctor to name it for me. I sorted out suffixes and their meanings to help come up with a name for this. I finally came up with the term Seismopathy. I googled it first to see if it already existed and it does not. Seismo is derived from the greek word seismos which translates to "earthquake". The suffix pathy is also derived from a greek word, patheia which relates to feeling or suffering. Naming this would give this structure and therefor help me effectively find a way for this to gain visibility. Seismopathy is not an infectious disease of course. It must be genetically predisposition, meaning it was already there before I became aware of it. It seemed like it was dormant up until I visited California for the first time when I first made physical contact with a tectonic plate boundary. I have always been sensitive to vibrations in the ground all of my life, but this really developed after I first made physical contact with a tectonic plate boundary. This goes beyond sensing an earthquake. I experience various aches and pains before and during earthquake activity - most notably flank pain. It sounds like it largely involves the nervous system, but it affects every system and function in my body. When it comes to the pain in my side, I have figured that when strain energy from a fault or surface hits a critical level where at least some of it is on the verge to be released, it reaches my body at an astounding speed where it strikes a nerve there. It is in the central part of my body where there is this pocket where the energy collects from traveling up and down the body from the ground. There is more space in my left side than my right side which is why I always feel the pain in my left side. I have also noticed that I can feel some acute pain in my side whenever the activity in the region suddenly comes to a halt after very small and frequent quakes have been occurring. Down inside, I seem to know what exactly is going on. Right now, I know there has not been anymore earthquakes here in Southern California over the last hour, although it feels just about ripe for more at any moment. However, I'm aware that there is some activity warming up immediately North of here. When it comes to large earthquakes elsewhere in the world, I experience more subtle sensations. My energy levels increase along with my heart rate and body temperature. I feel it more in my core when it comes to more significant quakes around the world. I feel like I have taken a big step in one day by taking more action in putting this out there and beginning to come out of anonymity.

November 20, 2020
I was feeling more of the same this morning with the pain and stiffness in my neck coming and going. There was little going on here as we were leaving for work. The pain got worse. It started to go away a little later and I felt some side pains again. There was a magnitude 2.6 quake in the Redlands area at 3:35 this afternoon which was close to where I was working. I felt a light vibration. I have also felt lightheaded and saw some red spots in my vision. I was also feeling very warm all day. I felt more relief from the stiffness and pain in my head and neck. I'm continuing to feel some acute pains in my left side as some more seismic activity warms up here in Southern California so far.

November 19, 2020
The pain and stiffness in my head and neck on the right side is getting worse again. I even feel dizzy from it. I feels like it is radiating deep into my ear. I have also felt some pressure in my left side and knee pains earlier. The activity in Southern California is becoming low again. There has not been anything South of the Garlock Fault for more than several hours.
6:11 P.M.(PT)
I now am feeling some pain in my left side. I felt some relief from the pain and stiffness in my neck and head. Some more seismic activity is beginning to flare up in Southern California again so far. My energy levels are very high. There is a sore spot in my left side. It feels tender and sore as I poke it.
Summary - 11/19/20
Apparently, there still has not been enough going on. I was in a good deal of pain yesterday. When it comes to me having endometriosis, it is only the first day of menstruation when the pain is expected. The worst of it comes 8-10 hours after the initial onset of the flow and it typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour. If I am lucky, an earthquake could help relieve the pain before it would intensify like what happened in June. It depends on the size and distance of it. I really would need a good set of heavy vibrations comb through to push out trapped energy which can cause much pain. I was at work yesterday and it was around 12-1 when the pain escalated. I went alone somewhere and cried silently from the pain. I felt like I was hobbling around like many of those seniors living in the community I was working at. The pain in my head and neck was also bad. Plus, I felt sharp pains in my left side on and off. At one point, I felt as though my uterus was going to pop. The burning pain welled up into my stomach. Other people were noticing it for the first time as I had been at home the last times I had suffered painful flareups.
Upon waking up this morning, the pain in my head and neck was worse and I felt some discomfort in my abdomen, but I'm feeling much better right now. There are some signs of some more seismic activity increasing here in Southern California again. I cannot get over the pain in my head and neck with how it has persisted for 3 days. It has been causing headaches. I know most of all this has to do with the tension coming from the earth because I have been doing everything right for the most part. I only had one cup of coffee yesterday morning. I was drinking lemon water(lemon contains anti-inflammatory agents). I have been eating healthy all week leading up to my menstrual cycle beginning and being more proactive. I even took 1,000 milligram Tylenol(2 500 mmg pills) several days in advance and during.
Next time, I'm going to do a deep cleanse leading up to my next period and see what happens. If that fails if there is not enough going on then, that would make me draw the conclusion that the only way I could possibly avoid that pain would be to go somewhere else far away. I don't have that luxury of traveling wherever I want whenever I want.

November 18, 2020
I am feeling some relief from the painful stiffness in my head and neck this morning. I also finally started menses. It was 2-3 days late. I felt preliminary cramping and abdominal pressure about an hour before I got up. My left side is still very tender. I feel pressure and mild discomfort there so far. More seismic activity has started increasing again here in Southern California. More has been starting up in the Westmorland area. A mag. 2.9 occurred there just an hour ago.

November 17, 2020
As much as I have been trying to give this blog a break, I no longer can resist this morning as there may be a lot going on so far. I'm feeling some pain in my left side. It is also running up and down from my pelvis(where my ovary is from what it feels like). I am primarily feeling it deep in my left side and it is a throbbing pain. I continue to feel that stiffness in my neck. A mag. 3.5 occurred near Morongo Valley late last night and there has finally been some more activity starting to heat up in the region.
5:45 A.M.(PT)
I meant to note that I am still feeling a lot of congestion. I mentioned that my neck was still sore and stiff. I have also been congested in the head. In the past, I would feel this way leading up to a surge in seismic activity after a period of stagnation.
7:37 P.M.(PT)
Earlier this morning after I arrived at work, a magnitude 3.5 occurred near Ludlow. I was in Loma Linda, but this was the third quake of that exact magnitude in a row since yesterday. There was some more seismic activity continuing to warm up. There still should be more to come. I'm still feeling that painful tightness in my neck, but actually at the base of my skull on the right side. I know I have not been sleeping in awkward positions at night or done anything that may have caused that. It hurts as I turn my head. It feels like trapped energy. I have also been dizzy a lot. I also feel very tender in my side right now. I feel tender everywhere.
8:38 P.M.(PT)
I feel the pain and stiffness at the base of my head in the back and up my neck getting worse. The activity has started to stop again this evening, but there again, still may be a lot more going on any time or day now. I don't recall feeling this sore and tender all over. There is also still no sign of any bleeding. I believe the tension has delayed it. I will not be so surprised if I end up missing one this month. Most of the tension is in my upper body right now. In my left side, the soreness is felt further up the ribs.

November 16, 2020
There was a magnitude 3.5 earthquake in Loma Linda a few hours ago. Although the count is below 20 now, some more activity occurred overnight. I did not initially feel anything upon waking up, but several minutes later, I felt some mild pain in my side. There could be more taking place today, but at the same time, there has not been much else taking place since. It is still due to become active any time or day now.
6:07 A.M.(PT)
I am feeling some more mild discomfort in my side. There is still a strong chance for more activity in Southern California today. It has been quiet for a long time.
7:17 P.M.(PT)
I am feeling quite different from yesterday. I have felt pressure and mild pain in my left side all throughout the day, especially later in the afternoon as more seismic activity started warming up. I have been feeling a constant pressure there over the past 2-3 hours. I have been seeing some red flashes and I felt some mild pain in extremities. I have also been feeling very warm a lot today. I'm feeling a more acute pain in my side now.
9:45 P.M.(PT)
I have suddenly started feeling very congested this evening. I feel sore and tense all over my body. I used the massager on myself and it brought out a bunch. I still have not started menstruating yet. I know some people might find me mentioning my monthly cycle off-putting, but it is necessary because it is greatly impacted by whatever is going on seismically. I noticed that I hurt as I cough. It was somewhat worrisome. I also noticed that my neck feels extremely stiff and sore on the side. That did not occur until just over the last hour or two. My left side is extremely tender. I was also itching more than usual earlier. I notice that before there was due to be an increase in seismic activity, itchiness would occur. I believe the pent up strain energy can send histamine levels into overdrive. There are now signs of some more seismic activity in Southern California so far.

November 15, 2020
The activity was finally heating up on Friday and my energy was very high - a drastic difference from how it has been all week. Then it stopped later on that night and there was very little going on all day yesterday. It was dead quiet again and I was not feeling energized anymore. I have been feeling much tension lately as it is due to become more active anytime or day now. There is not much of a difference this morning as I woke up. Very few small quakes have occurred over the last 3-6 hours. The number of quakes over the last 24 hours is still too low. My left side does feel tender though. It could increase today. It has been greatly frustrating for me lately. It was extremely quiet for days and then it finally starting heating up on Friday and then it went right back to nothing going on all day yesterday. I have been feeling lost. I have also been stressed because menses are due anytime now and I'm afraid of the endless stagnation causing me more pain. I'm doing everything I can to make this month easier for me. Again, I have been feeling very frustrated and lost. It almost feels like torture whenever it finally starts showing signs of acting up after a week of nothing and then it goes right back to the way it was. There is still very little going on here right now. It could start up today or tomorrow. All I know is that it should not be like this for much longer. It should start acting up by this week at some point if it doesn't today.
5:14 P.M.(PT)
I have started to feel some pressure in my left side although I have not felt any pain at all today. It feels like there should be more going on tomorrow or perhaps overnight here in Southern California.
6:02 P.M.(PT)
I have not felt any strong sensations. The activity in Southern California may remain very low into tomorrow morning. However, it could still suddenly increase tonight. I may have felt some tenderness and mild pressure in my side this evening, but nothing that would thoroughly get my attention. It amazes me how this has been going on for a week with the exception of one day.
6:38 P.M.(PT)
I just now am beginning to feel a dull, aching pain in my left side. I was hardly feeling anything all day until just now.
7:38 P.M.(PT)
I'm no longer feeling much now. It continues to remain dead in Southern California in terms of seismic activity. It could heat up tomorrow, but I also will not be surprised if it is even lower when I wake up in the morning. I have been extremely irritable and I believe it has caused my menses to be late. This has happened before. It has been such a hard week and there are still no signs of this ending so far. There could suddenly be a lot going on tomorrow or later this week, though.

November 13, 2020
It looks like things are finally starting to heat up so far after a long uneventful week. I was feeling a burning pain in my left side before going to bed last night before 10:00. I was feeling some disturbances as I was getting ready for bed. The swarm in the Salton Sea area started heating up again with a magnitude 2.7. I also should have realized that it could have been coming from somewhere 200-300 miles away. The aftershock sequence near Tonopah, Nevada suddenly flared up again with a magnitude 5.5 overnight. There was also some more moderate to significant seismic activity elsewhere in the world. I recalled from when the mainshock occurred in that area and how I felt a subtle sense of uneasiness and confusion. I did have a feeling more activity would start firing up there or somewhere else in the Western U.S. over the last several days. Right now, the activity may still be on the rise now in Southern California. I am feeling very different than I have over the past 5-6 days. I'm feeling some acute pressure in my side. It feels extremely tender where I could start feeling some sharp pains at any moment. I will find out what else happens later on as the day progresses. I will provide updates if there is more taking place when I come home from work this evening.

A Night Post
I feel that it would be redundant of me to make an update in this blog when there is nothing going on. I don't know what the limit of a blog is as I have been posting in this blog daily for over a year. It would perhaps be better that I only make a note if I feel something worth paying attention to. I am considering essentially updating via Twitter whenever there may be more activity increasing in this region. Then later on, I can document what I was feeling leading up to an event or set of events. Other than that, it just sounds listless to journal every little sensation or emotion I feel all throughout the day everyday. Reporting what I feel before every small flare-up of magnitude 1s or 2s all the time would not be very reliable. Micro earthquakes happen in Southern California everyday. They are not worth getting excited about. From now on, I will keep track of the activity without reporting symptoms all throughout the day. I want to save some space. It would cause a boy-who-cried-wolf effect if I share that frequently every little thing that I feel. It would be wiser to put it out there that there is a high chance of magnitude 4 or greater in Southern California within a given time window - such as anytime now within the next 3-5 days or up to a week. That is, by the way, what it feels like at this point. There should be much more going on within the next week if it continues to stay this quiet into the weekend. That being said, I should update on what could be going on whether it be today or an outlook for the next week or two. I don't always have to wait until something actually happens. I can still share what I'm feeling along with what is going on. I just should make note of when it is a little more significant. In other words, I don't have to post in this blog everyday.
November 12, 2020
5:46 A.M.(PT)
I woke up not feeling as much as I did before I went to bed last night. Some more micro quakes(magnitude 1s) flared up around midnight. Other than that, I had low expectations of when I woke up. It has been the most quiet week in Southern California I have ever seen in a long time. I also noticed that I have been itching a lot lately. I notice that that is something that happens during a period of stagnation. I have been feeling extremely irritable and in a depressive state this week. I'm feeling less so now, though. It could be another quiet day or there could suddenly be a lot more going on again. My left side feels very tender and sore.
7:16 A.M.(PT)
I'm starting to feel some more pressure and discomfort in my left side now. There are now signs of more activity taking place in Southern California so far.
7:11 P.M.(PT)
I have started feeling some pain in my left side on the way home from work about an hour ago. It was the first time I really felt anything that caught my attention all day. There was nothing going on for 12 hours. It is continuing to stay very quiet here. The count is down to 21 quakes over the past day. It has been staying well below 40 and I'm not sure how much longer this is going to continue.
8:21 P.M.(PT)
A magnitude 2.3 occurred near Westmorland over half an hour ago. There was a magnitude 2.7 near Ludlow this morning before I left for work, but then there was nothing for 12 hours. It would seem like it would finally start up again, but then it would stop and there would continue to be nothing for hours at a time. There could suddenly be a lot going on any day now. It has just been a frustrating and difficult week for me. I have been feeling lost. I notice this happened last month and it also fell around a certain time where I especially was feeling lost. This time was harder though. I don't recall it lasting as long and this has been the most quiet I have ever seen in a long time.

November 11, 2020
6:58 A.M.(PT)
I was not feeling anything initially upon waking up. The activity is a little higher now, but there is due to be much more going on within the next week. I am just now starting to feel pressure in my left side.
8:54 P.M.(PT)
The activity in Southern California may not be as low as it was 3 days ago where the count dropped as low as 9 quakes over the last 24 hours, there still should be a lot more going on by now. However, it could push through the entire week. It should at least become more active by next week. I have felt stiff all over. My side feels very tender and I have started feeling pain in my extremities. I have felt some pain in my left side again over the past 15 minutes. I am also feeling a pressure and discomfort there. I was not feeling much at all earlier this afternoon and evening.
9:09 P.M.(PT)
Although more activity could start heating up in the region any time now, it may remain stagnant into tomorrow morning. I have been feeling depressed all week and extremely irritable. It has exacerbated the hormones associated with the days leading up to the menses. My energy has also been very low. I'm feeling doubt about it changing overnight or by the morning as it has been relentlessly stagnant all week. I will not be surprised if it is even lower by tomorrow morning. However, the longer it stays this quiet, the more there is to come later on eventually. As I said earlier, it should not be quiet much longer. I still feel some pain in my side again.
10:02 P.M.(PT)
I am feeling a constant discomfort in my left side. I will find out if anything changes by the morning.
Tuesday, November 10, 2020
November 10, 2020
6:18 A.M.(PT)
I still don't feel any different than I did going to bed last night. The activity in Southern California is still too low. I do feel pressure in my side, but I again, don't feel much different than yesterday so far. It could suddenly change later on today.
7:20 P.M.(PT)
I was in a very depressed state this morning as it was continuing to show no signs of becoming active out here. My mood perked later as some more seismic activity flared up. A magnitude 3.3 occurred near Santa Barbara later this morning while I was at work. However, the number of EQs over the past day are still below 30. I have felt some pain in my side later this afternoon and early evening as some more very small quakes flared up in the area. I feel very tender in my side right now.
Monday, November 9, 2020
November 9, 2020
5:40 A.M.(PT)
I have been feeling a lot of pressure and discomfort in my side. I feel sore and tender all over. I was feeling in a depressive state upon waking up as the activity was remaining extremely low. I don't remember seeing it this stagnant, at least not in a long time. The longer it continues like this, the more that is to eventually happen later.
7:15 A.M.(PT)
I am feeling very sick this morning. The worst part is that I'm having to go to work this morning. The number of earthquakes over the last 24 hours continue to drop. It has dropped dramatically everywhere.
7:22 A.M.(PT)
My left side is really starting to hurt and I once again feel very sick. I have been feeling depressed and irritable. I'm trying my best to feel better. I truly have been suffering.
7:34 A.M.(PT)
I continue to feel a lot of pressure and discomfort in my side. A couple of small earthquakes just occurred in the Little Lake area.
6:51 P.M.(PT)
Very little changed out here. However, I have been feeling pain in my side a lot today. It feels like it is building up to something later on at this point. I will not be surprised if it continues to be mostly dead quiet out here tomorrow, but there is a lot to come after that. I'm almost certain magnitude 4+ is on the horizon within the week ahead. It should not stay quiet much longer.

November 8, 2020
6:49 A.M.(PT)
I woke up feeling a lot of pressure in my left side. There has been a little increase in activity overnight, but still not enough. There should be a lot going on any time or day now. After my last post last night, there was a sudden increase in very small quakes in Southern California. Then it stopped for about 3 hours and then there was another increase. Then that stopped for about an hour and that repeated into midnight. Then there was a 4-hour gap. I'm just now feeling more discomfort where it is beginning to become painful.
11:00 A.M.(PT)
I have continued to feel pressure and tenderness in the side. I have also been very tense and feeling low as the activity was going back to the way it was all day yesterday.
12:43 P.M.(PT)
I now am feeling some acute pain in my left side.
4:44 P.M.(PT)
I felt some pain in my left side. It still has not been warming up much all day. However, it could change at any moment. I am starting to feel more again.
6:15 P.M.(PT)
I feel some more acute pains in my left side and some deep phantom vibrations.
7:33 P.M.(PT)
I felt a sharp pain in my left side running up my ribs. I have been feeling much pressure in there. It has been far too quiet in this region.

November 7, 2020
10:53 A.M.(PT)
I am feeling more pressure in my left side. I woke up this morning in a low mood because the local activity was extremely low. It just now may be increasing again.
2:34 P.M.(PT)
I feel some discomfort in my left side. It has been the most quiet day when it comes to the activity in Southern CA I have ever seen. I have not been feeling much at all all day today. I just now felt something.
5:01 P.M.(PT)
I feel a lot of tension in my body and I'm very irritable. It makes me want to scream. I have never seen it this dead quiet before. It is ridiculous. It has shown no signs of heating up whatsoever. I am just now starting to feel some pressure in my side again. Other than that, I will not be surprised if it remains this quiet into the night. There should be a lot more to come after this. It could be later on tonight, tomorrow, or 3 days from now. There is suppose to be a lot more going on by this week.
6:25 P.M.(PT)
I have started feeling some more mild discomfort in my left side just now. It is still staying extremely quiet out here. I have felt some light sensations on and off throughout the day with each micro quake that pops up, but it would be just one quake every 2-3 hours. I am however feeling some more pressure building up in my side right now.

November 6, 2020
6:50 A.M.(PT)
I just woke up feeling pressure in the side. I feel very tender there right now. More seismic activity is heating up in Southern California again so far.
7:48 A.M.(PT)
I just felt a more acute pain in my left side running up my ribs. It is hitting me in spurts.
9:49 A.M.(PT)
I felt a stabbing pain in my left side just now.
3:48 P.M.(PT)
I have felt some pain in my left side on and off over the past hour. I have also felt warm and heaviness in the bottom of my feet.
4:24 P.M.(PT)
I feel some pain and discomfort in my left side again. It almost feels like a needle pressing into my side at the base of my ribs.
5:18 P.M.(PT)
I felt a sharp pain in my left side just now. I have been very tender there over the past hour.

Pain distribution
I have been keeping track of the side pains I experience quite often. I have made note that it can vary depending on the fault length as well as the type of fault of where the potential source is coming from. I know this energy travels up from the ground and into my body. The sharp pains I feel often occur deep in my left side, inside my rib, and running up from the hip bone into my side. When it comes to pain radiating from my side into my back, the pain is often a dull pain. The images above describe each types of pain and how they are distributed. The dark red represents dull, aching types of pain. The pain inside of my rib can vary where it can be either dull or sharp.
November 5, 2020
7:24 A.M.(PT)

A New Observation - 11/3/20
I just discovered how the timing and intensity of my pain varies. I noticed that I feel a sharp or deep dull pain minutes to an hour before an earthquake in the area. However, there is also a "slow-burning" that takes place with other events. I can feel pains several days before more magnitude 3 or bigger quakes occur. I took note of an event in July 2014. I was feeling side pains on and off for 3 days instead of a sudden sharp pain minutes before a magnitude 4.6 struck near Big Bear. I speculate that in those cases, there was already some energy welling up and ready to pop, but it took longer to release in the form of a minor quake. It was like it could not make up its mind. Then there are those that suddenly form and release. It gets pumped in at a high speed which would cause a sudden intense pain. I feel relief whenever the seismic waves hit after it is released. Whenever it is a slow-burning event or events, I not only feel pain on and off for a few days, but I also noticed that I feel a sore spot in my side. It hurts as I poke it. After an increase in earthquakes around Southern California, the soreness diminishes. I have that periodically. The first time I really noticed the soreness was in April. It has been gradually becoming more active out here over the past year. Before that, I used to not have that where it felt like I had a bruise there.
November 3, 2020
4:36 A.M.(PT)
I woke up this morning feeling more pressure and tenderness in my left side. Some more seismic activity has warmed up in Southern California overnight. I was dizzy upon getting out of bed this morning. I also woke up a couple of times overnight.
6:11 A.M.(PT)
So far, I have felt pressure in my side on and off since waking up this morning. There have subsequently been small spurts of 1, 2, or 3 micro quakes at a time. The pressure I'm feeling in my side right now is more uncomfortable than it was when I first woke up.
7:29 A.M.(PT)
I noticed that I am now feeling very irritable. The activity here has stopped again except that there is a small flare-up in the Little Lake area. I am still feeling pressure in my left side and some mild pain so far. I'm also feeling very warm.
7:34 A.M.(PT)
I'm just now starting to feel some more pain in my left side welling into my ribs. I'm also feeling nervous and my heart rate has increased.
4:56 P.M.(PT)

7:22 A.M.(PT)
I feel more pressure in my left side now. I'm also feeling very warm.
7:27 A.M.(PT)
The pressure in my left side is becoming increasingly uncomfortable. I'm feeling extremely tender there. I am also experiencing ovulation pain.
7:38 P.M.(PT)
I am feeling a lot of pressure in my left side just now. It feels like it is biting down on my lower ribs. I was not feeling much throughout the day. There would be only one mag. 1+ quake every 2-3 hours. I have just now started feeling something else again.
9:22 P.M.(PT)
I stopped feeling that pressure in my side shortly after I started feeling it again. It is starting to become more dead out here again. I am however feeling some pressure in my left side again just now. The seismic activity may not increase at all tonight at this point. It could in fact be even lower by the morning. However, it is still due to act up once more at the same time.
9:59 P.M.(PT)
I have continued feeling more sensations in my left side. The activity could actually be warming up again.

The pressure in my side is becoming more bothersome. I'm not in significant pain right now, though.
7:22 A.M.(PT)
I'm beginning to feel some pain in my left side now. My knee was also bothering me about half an hour ago.
6:07 P.M.(PT)
The activity was increasing some earlier today, but it stopped and there has been nothing over the last 4-5 hours in this area. The count has dipped below 30 over the last 24 hours. Earlier I felt some sharp pains that startled me. Now, I don't feel much at all.
6:13 P.M.(PT)
I may have spoken a little too soon. I have just now started feeling some pressure and pain in my side again. I almost feel spasms in my side. Earlier this morning, I was walking down the hall at my job and it felt like something ran up my leg and hit my side causing me to softly cry out in pain. Later I started laughing and it suddenly felt like I had some broken glass in my side. It was on and off until later this afternoon. I just now have started feeling something again.

7:39 A.M.(PT)
I woke up at 7 this morning hardly feeling anything until just now. I'm beginning to feel some discomfort in my left side. The activity has slowed down here in Southern California overnight, but more should start up any time now or within the week. The count is still above 40.

8:09 P.M.(PDT)
I have felt pains in my left side on and off all day. There have been flare-ups of very small EQs around Southern California, including a mag. 2.4 near Big Bear City. I'm feeling some somatic pains in my left side. They feel superficial.
9:12 P.M.(PDT)
I just started feeling more pain in my left side. It is becoming more of an acute pain. Some more activity may just now be increasing again here. I noticed that I have felt sudden small bouts of depression and believe it is from the lack of more significant activity around the world recently. It feels like something big is due somewhere out there any time now. I also have noticed that my skin looks more translucent. I'm not sure what is causing that. I figured it could be pressure and stress. I will have to examine it all further.

October 28, 2020
6:55 A.M.(PDT)
I will be leaving a little later than usual this morning. So far, I still feel very sore in my left side. There has not been that much going on in Southern California this morning, but there is due to be much more within the coming days. A magnitude 4 or higher is of a strong chance today/this week.

A magnitude 2.5 occurred near Ocotillo Wells earlier. I have felt discomfort in my left side all day. It would feel like splinters of glass in there. About half an hour before I got home, I started feeling some sharp pains in my side after the activity stopped. I am still feeling some pain now and my side is very sore. It hurts to the touch like a bruise.
9:19 P.M.(PDT)

6:10 A.M.(PDT)
I have been feeling somewhat depressed this morning. The activity is low - Less than 30 EQs over the past 24 hours in Southern California. I did some exercises to aggravate my side. I noticed that if I become very sore from it, there might be a lot coming up in the area.
6:15 A.M.(PDT)
I'm just now feeling pressure building up in my side.
8:18 A.M.(PDT)
I was not feeling much after that last report as the activity stopped, but I am now starting to feel some mild discomfort in my side again.
6:39 P.M.(PDT)
I'm feeling pain in my side now. I started feeling some discomfort as I came home less than an hour ago. It feels like a somatic pain just beneath my ribs. I have also had bouts of dizziness earlier. A magnitude 3.3 earthquake just occurred near Ludlow.
9:01 P.M.(PDT)
My left side is very tender right now. It is sore and I feel like I may feel some sharp pains at any moment. The activity in Southern California may have started decreasing again after that one 3.3 magnitude where there has not been anything else over the last 2 and a half hours. However, it should shoot back up by tomorrow or overnight. At the same time, I will not be surprised if it is dead around here in the morning. I am still in anticipation of a lot more within the week at this point.
Sunday, October 25, 2020
October 25, 2020
11:09 A.M.(PDT)
I have not been feeling very much this morning. I was somewhat depressed. The local seismic activity is becoming low again. However, I do feel some pressure in my left side just now.
2:32 P.M.(PDT)
I'm trying a new experiment. I noticed that when I plug my fingers into my ears, I hear a constant rumbling(it sounds exactly like an earthquake too). The sounds seem to get louder as some more activity flares up. I'm only experimenting at this point. I'm not going to use this as a way to determine what may be going on yet. It has been a very quiet day so far. There has been little going on in Southern California and the activity around the world has been on the low side. It could change any time or day now. I'm almost expecting it to.
4:32 P.M.(PDT)
I feel some more pressure in my left side now.
Saturday, October 24, 2020
October 24, 2020
10:31 A.M.(PDT)
There has not been too much going on in the region, but there was a cluster near Corona going on. There may be a mag. 3-4+ taking place there or in Southern California any moment now or this weekend. It has been heating up on and off over the past week. This morning, my side has been sore, tender, and hurting a lot. I was not feeling as much upon waking up earlier this morning. I noticed that I have been extremely hormonal. I have been having intense mood swings lately(regardless of what time of the month it is) - anger outbursts, panic attacks, and crying jags. I have been feeling a lot lately.
4:56 P.M.(PDT)
I'm feeling some more pain in my left side. Some more seismic activity is starting to heat up once more in Southern California.

October 23, 2020
5:22 A.M.(PDT)
I am continuing to feel sore and tender in my left side this morning. There was another flash of small quakes in the area just South of the Salton Sea overnight. Right now, it looks like the activity may be stopping again, but there should be a lot more going on later today or this weekend at this point.
5:56 A.M.(PDT)
I just now feel pressure in my left side. I'm also starting to feel some pain in my leg. I have been feeling that a lot lately. I have experienced that for a year since just before and after the Ridgecrest earthquakes.

6:35 P.M.(PDT)
I have felt pain in my side on and off once more today. I felt very dizzy earlier as well. There was a flare-up of activity on the Southern end of the Salton Sea and Brawley seismic zone this afternoon. The largest of those quakes was a magnitude 3.9. There was also some more activity occurring near Barstow. I'm still feeling a lot of pressure in my side and some deep phantom vibrations so far.

7:17 P.M.(PDT)
I have felt some pain in my side late this afternoon and evening. More seismic activity has started warming up once more in Southern California. Some more micro quakes have started occurring in that area near Westmorland again. I have also been feeling short spells of dizziness and seeing red flashes.
9:04 P.M.(PDT)
I still feel much tenderness and soreness in my left side. I am about to go to bed. I feel a lot of deep phantom vibrations.

October 20, 2020
5:41 A.M.(PDT)
I have felt some pressure in my side this morning, but otherwise not much. I have felt some pain in my extremities. I heard some sounds coming from my forearm and elbow last night. I was wondering if that could have been energy coursing through after there being more going on after an extremely quiet week.
6:43 A.M.(PDT)
I just now used the massager on me. I have started feeling some more soreness in my left side. I also notice that I feel very warm right now and feeling some nerve pains elsewhere.
7:20 A.M.(PDT)
I'm starting to feel some pain and discomfort in my left side just now.
7:32 P.M.(PDT)
I have felt pains on and off all day. I have also been very tense. A lot of very small EQs have occurred in Southern California throughout today. It feels like much more may be to come within the week ahead. My left side is feeling more sore and tender.

7:21 P.M.(PDT)
I feel some pain in my left side and abdominal pressure and discomfort. I'm also feeling dizzy. Some more seismic activity has occurred in Southern California today. A mag. 3.2 occurred near Ludlow(aftershock from last night's 3.6) at 8:34 this morning.
9:30 P.M.(PDT)
I stopped feeling anymore symptoms following my last post, but I just am now starting to feel some discomfort and pain return to my left side. I'm going to bed very soon. I will be up very early tomorrow morning as usual on a work day.
9:55 P.M.(PDT)
I feel some more discomfort in my left side. It is starting to escalate into some pain. I have been feeling some deep phantom vibrations all evening. There still has not been any small EQs in Southern California over the past several hours, but there is a lot going on elsewhere such as in the Alaska Peninsula region after a mag. 7.5 struck there earlier today. There still should be more activity heating up here in Southern California any time or day now.

October 18, 2020
8:00 A.M.(PDT)
I woke up this morning and I'm already feeling some pain in my left side. It is a dull pain. I also started bleeding overnight and the flow is heavy. I feel mild discomfort in my abdomen. I have been dizzy this morning. A number of small earthquakes have occurred just South of the Mexico border starting with a magnitude 3.7 overnight.
10:30 A.M.(PDT)
I'm feeling some more pain in my left side and abdominal pressure. Some more seismic activity has started warming up in Southern California so far.
5:12 P.M.(PDT)
I'm feeling some more discomfort in my left side again. I am recovering from a painful endometriosis flare-up. I have noticed that when these flare-ups occur, they occur about 10 hours after the onset of menstruation and last about an hour. The pain occurs like an earthquake - It occurs and it gets worse and then I slowly but surely start feeling relief(like the shaking of an earthquake). It is very scary when that happens because I'm not sure how much the pain would escalate and how long it would last. I noticed that I'm more prone to these flare-ups when there has not been enough activity going on here or anywhere else worldwide recently. As I said before, stagnation is the worst thing for me. Last month was easy on me because there had been plenty of significant activity occurring in the world and it wasn't dead quiet here either. I also could have done a better job taking care of my health this month. Last week, I was home alone and had a cocktail 5 nights in a row. I think I was paying today for the bad I did last week. I also drank too much coffee during my vacation on top of that. The pain I felt earlier was terrible. I felt very dizzy from it and felt like I was going to pass out and felt physically sick. My legs were limp and tingling and I was shaking and sweating. I feel much relief now, especially after some more earthquakes started popping up in the world.
6:53 P.M.(PDT)
I now feel a dull, aching pain in my left side at the bottom of my ribs. I have also been feeling warm and lightheaded.
9:10 P.M.(PDT)
A magnitude 3.5 earthquake occurred near Ludlow at 8:34. I am now feeling some more discomfort in my left side again. I have felt some pain running up and down my legs and my arms.

10:55 A.M.(PDT)
I feel some pressure and soreness in my left side. I did not make a post until just now because I was busy all morning.
11:46 A.M.(PDT)
I am feeling even more pressure in my left side right now. It is deep in my side just below my ribs. As more activity has started increasing in parts of the world, my energy levels are very high.
4:51 P.M.(PDT)
I'm feeling some more discomfort in my left side again.

October 16, 2020
5:54 A.M.(PDT)
I am feeling some more pressure in my left side now. I was not feeling much upon waking up earlier. My side also feels tender and sore as I poke and squeeze it. I'm also feeling very warm right now. Last night, I felt hot and felt some tingling in my arms and legs. There may have not been a lot heating up at the time, but much more could be on the way.
7:25 A.M.(PDT)
I just now am starting to feel some more pain and discomfort in my left side.

5:07 A.M.(PDT)
I am feeling some pressure in my side just now. I did not feel anything upon waking up, but I just now do. The count is still under 30, but it just now may be warming up again.
5:29 A.M.(PDT)
I have started to feel more of an aching somatic type of pain in my left side just beneath my ribs. I was just beginning to feel it after my last report.
7:12 A.M.(PDT)
I was feeling it become dead again soon after my last post. I am feeling a little bit of discomfort in my left side again just now. However, it could also end up being another very quiet day here where there is only one or two micro quakes every 5 hours. It could still change though.
8:09 P.M.(PDT)
I had to clean up after coming home from work. It has started heating up again since this afternoon. My side has been hurting on and off all day. I have started feeling some sharp pains in my left side just now.
Wednesday, October 14, 2020
October 14, 2020
5:30 A.M.(PDT)
I woke up feeling numb and depressed. It is more quiet than it has been in a while. There was literally no movement overnight in this area, not even near Ridgecrest. I just now am starting to feel some pressure in my left side again and my knee is starting to hurt, so it may not stay this quiet for long. It shouldn't stay this quiet for a long time. It could suddenly act up later on today or it could end up being later this weekend. It has been about a week since the last magnitude 3+ event in the region between the Tehachapi Mountains and the Mexico border.
7:20 A.M.(PDT)
I have felt some pressure in my left side. I also have been feeling some cramping over the past hour. I used the massager on me again. It is something that is essential for whenever there is little going on.
7:24 P.M.(PDT)
I have just started feeling some acute pains in my left side again. I felt a few minor pains earlier, but there was otherwise not much going on.
9:02 P.M.(PDT)
There still has been no signs of any movement over the last 5-6 hours in this area. It should not stay like this long. It might start up again tomorrow, at least later tomorrow. At the same time, I will not be surprised if this turns out to be the most uneventful week we have ever seen. I have felt some pain and discomfort in my left side. I am feeling irritable and have been all day. I noticed that I have suddenly felt hot started to sweat just over the past hour. I have not been feeling very well.

October 13, 2020
8:19 A.M.(PDT)
I woke up feeling pressure and eventually some pain in my left side. It feels like the seismic activity might start increasing out here again today. I slept in a little this morning so I would be well rested. I know that I have to return to work tomorrow.
11:28 A.M.(PDT)
I now feel a somatic pain in my side that has started growing increasingly bothersome.
1:12 P.M.(PDT)
I just now felt another somatic pain in my left side, gnawing my ribs. I'm feeling a constant pressure there now as well. After the last report, there were a couple of more micro quakes. Then it stopped and I was feeling frustrated and tired over the past hour. I did just now feel something again.
2:13 P.M.(PDT_
I feel some pain or discomfort in my side again after it went away. I only very briefly felt some pain an hour ago. Now, I feel some again along with some cramping. I am suppose to start my flow this week. I shouldn't be starting today. I am thinking I might get it on Thursday since the last one was 2 days before expected due date. I also have felt a little nauseous earlier.
5:10 P.M.(PDT)
I'm in much pain right now. I'm feeling heavy premenstrual cramps along with some pain and pressure in my left side.
7:56 P.M.(PDT)
I feel much better now. I have been feeling some acute side pains, but I'm not feeling severe cramps anymore. I got a massager and it worked. It broke it all up and I was no longer experiencing distressing pelvic pain. Stagnation is the worst thing for me. It has been stagnant in terms of seismic activity all day and all weekend, so it has affected me.
8:18 P.M.(PDT)
I felt a deep pinching type of pain in my left side about 5 minutes ago.
Monday, October 12, 2020
Conclusion - 10/12/20
I know I have a laundry list of symptoms that are related to the seismic activity. It goes on and on and I know that I need to be more specific in what each of them could be a harbinger of. I should pay close attention to each one and find out what happens next. I have already made a discovery about different types of side pains in relation to the type and length of the fault each potential quake occurs on in the region. A brief sharp pain would be before a minor quake on a shorter-length fault. A more intense, deep stabbing pain in the side would occur before a potential quake from a long fault that could generate mag. 7 or greater. A dull somatic pain or pinching type of sensation could be the result of energy and pressure billowing up from an area that is not in a fault zone or surfacing fault zone. One of the other symptoms I experience is a tingling that runs down to my feet, where the bottom of my feet sting and throb a little. That may be a result of an energetic charge from deep in the ground, especially when it is showing signs of becoming more active in the region. I also experience nerve pain in my arms and legs. That could indicate that it may be heating up somewhere in the region. It may be potential energy getting pumped up inside at high speeds where it can make it hurt.
