 6:10 A.M.(PDT)

I was not feeling much upon waking up this morning, but my left side is very tender and sore. I poked it and it felt like a bruise. I am feeling pressure in my side. There could be more activity occurring in Southern California today with a chance of mag. 3 or 4 or greater. There should be more going on this week.

6:59 P.M.(PDT)

I got home from work at around 5:30. I have been feeling a lot all day while I was at my job. My side has been going off all day as more activity has been increasing around Southern California. The largest was a mag. 2.8 near Anza. The bottom of my feet have also been feeling extremely heavy. The activity has died down a little over the past few hours, but it still feels like a lot more is on the way.

9:50 P.M.(PDT)

I am feeling some more pain deep in my left side now. It has started showing more signs of heating up once more over the last hour or two.

 9:14 P.M.(PDT)

I feel a little bit of pain in my left side. At this point, it feels more like a pressure. There has been some signs of more activity taking place in Southern California this morning. My side also feels very tender. Usually if it is sore after poking it, that would mean there may be more activity increasing anytime or day now.

7:15 P.M.(PDT)

I was busy earlier today and was not at home. I just felt pain in my left side again. I have been feeling pressure welling deep in my side up my ribs throughout today. More activity has been heating up again. I'm also seeing red spots and flashes again and feeling a lot of deep phantom vibrations.

 10:45 A.M.(PDT)

I have started feeling more pressure in my left side. I was moody earlier this morning as there was still not enough going on here and still extremely quiet everywhere else worldwide. The pressure is becoming more bothersome now. It is becoming more of a somatic pain.

11:26 P.M.(PDT)

I just felt a more acute pain and pressure in my left side. It has been very quiet all day here and everywhere else. It is just now showing signs of more activity increasing in Southern California.

 8:34 A.M.(PDT)

I was wiped out from yesterday. I took some pain relievers this morning because I woke up with a pounding headache. I was also feeling low in mood because there were literally no earthquakes going on in Southern California for 12 hours(mag. 1+). I have not felt any pain in my side since yesterday evening when I made that last report.

10:53 A.M.(PDT)

I'm feeling pressure welling up in my side now. It is just now beginning to cause me some mild discomfort.

12:49 P.M.(PDT)

I just briefly felt a pain in my left side. My right leg(calf) is stiff and sore, likely from my job and being on my feet all day long. When I take in energy from the ground, it starts at my feet and then into the rest of my body where it processes it all.

5:27 P.M.(PDT)

It became very quiet again out here until just now. I'm feeling a lot of pressure in my left side so far.

7:19 P.M.(PDT)

I may be feeling pressure in my left side, but I have also been feeling ornery. It is still showing no signs of acting up here in Southern California and there is very little going on elsewhere in the world. Usually whenever I'm feeling bad-tempered, it is not long before more earthquakes take place. There could be more seismic activity increasing by tomorrow or later on tonight. There could also be more significant activity elsewhere in the world occurring soon - tomorrow or a few days from now. I have also been feeling some pain running up my leg again.

5:10 A.M.(PDT)

So far, I feel some pressure in my left side this morning as I'm waking up. There still may not be very much going on in Southern CA, but it feels like it should be growing more active any day now. I felt around for a sore spot in my left side and it is still tender. There is a small sore spot at the base of the ribs. Usually whenever I feel more tender there or soreness, there is usually more activity in the region within the next few days or within the week ahead. I am finding out the impact of going up and down the mountain everyday five days a week has on my body - running across the San Andreas Fault and other systems as I head from Lake Arrowhead to Loma Linda and back. The vehicle can churn up energy from the land into my body going at high speeds. While at my job, I am constantly moving. I can get twitchy when standing or sitting for too long. It can even be painful. At the end of the day, the bottom of my feet are very sore. Upon waking up this morning, my feet felt very sore and hot and I was dizzy. Right now, I'm continuing to feel pressure in my left side and will find out if something else happens later on throughout the day. I will continue to document this all.

7:16 P.M.(PDT)

I came home from work about an hour ago. I just started feeling some sharp pains in my left side just a few minutes ago.

5:57 A.M.(PDT)

At first, I was not feeling so much as I was waking up this morning and was feeling irritable. I am now feeling more pressure in my left side. I even felt a brief sharp pain run up my ribs earlier. There was just a mag. 2.5 3 miles from Ventura. If I get a chance to get around to it while I'm at work, I can tweet if I feel something more significant.

6:02 P.M.(PDT)

I just came home from work. On the way home, I felt some strong pains in my left side radiating into my back at around 5:39. I also felt pain running into my knee as we were heading up the mountain. My feet are very sore from all the walking and running I have done all day. There has been more or less going on in Southern California. A magnitude 2.5 occurred near Encinitas at 1:40 this afternoon.

5:10 A.M.(PDT)

I suffered another endo flare-up in the middle of the night. I was forced to pace around the living room and pray that the pain go away. I also was feeling some pain deep in my side. There was some more seismic activity increasing here in Southern California overnight, but it stayed below mag. 2. I was also nauseous on and off during that attack. I woke up again at 2:50 to see what time it was. I was extremely dizzy. I know something has to be done about this. It is significantly impacting my quality of life. I also have been struggling to deal with the fluctuation of my hormones. I felt I have done all that I could to control it. There is also signs of more seismic activity warming up in the Ridgecrest area. I will be leaving for work in 2-3 hours. I will be working 5 days a week except on some occasions. This will benefit me in so many ways. I will be so busy where I will not feel so frustrated whenever there is not enough going on. Currently, I feel a little pain in my side. It feels like there might be more activity increasing here in Southern California today. However, I will not be surprised if there isn't. There is still a lot more due to be going on within the week ahead.

5:34 A.M.(PDT)

I'm now feeling some more pain in my left side. There is no telling for sure what might happen today. It has not been very active lately. It still may start acting up again today or later this week.

9:24 P.M.(PDT)

I have been feeling some sharp somatic pains in my [left]side this evening. Earlier, more activity was increasing around Southern California. The biggest was a mag. 2.0 near Sierra Madre. There has still not been anything that would seize peoples' attention. I felt some more menstrual pain today, but it did not grow intense. There still should be a lot going on anytime now or within the next week. I'm feeling a lot of deep vibrations right now and have started seeing some redness in my vision. I realized that the job I'm working at is benefiting me in how I have a need to move around all the time. I have a very hard time staying put for extended periods. There is a lot of energy inside as well as stagnant energy that needs to be burned.
