I made a couple of images describing what it feels like before earthquakes. It feels like something is being pumped into me, it feels like through intravenous means and the pain would worsen as a sudden clot/wad of the stuff initially begins entering the body and relief ensues after it is released in shockwaves throughout my body. Then there is another thing I envisioned.
I feel like I have these invisible strings infiltrated inside of me and tighten each time it is about to become active somewhere. It can feel like a steady tightening or a sudden yanking which likely causes the more acute side pains. I am documenting my symptoms with each rise and fall in global seismic activity. The other day, I was feeling some pain in my side and I felt warm. It was also day one of my period, so I was feeling a lot of discomfort in my abdomen and the bleeding was heavy. Yesterday, it got quiet and I felt little to no symptoms. The bleeding also got light and it was day 2(which is usually the heaviest day). Today, I started to feel more symptoms again, pressure all over, and heavy bleeding again.
The activity has gone up and there is a lot going on all over the world. I'm sorry that I sometimes have to get graphic with all this. I'm really beginning to understand how this works better as I am taking note of how I feel while monitoring the activity in the world. It is a contract-expand relationship. My body's frequency range resonates with that of the earth, so it matches its rhythm. I wish I had some medical equipment to measure things such as pressure in the body and muscle tension.
