It has been a while since I last posted here. I have been in some pain over the last 24 hours as it has become active again in the world - 3 mag. 6+ quakes. It has been mild pain and soreness in my left side. I sometimes do this exercise where I bend and stretch my sides to help get energy flowing through. I did that yesterday after a magnitude 6.3 struck off the coast of southern Japan. I'm also hoping it would help with my blood flow. I felt some severe pain in my left leg overnight as I moved a certain way. I'm going to try to be more proactive and figure out a way to help it before I see a doctor. Otherwise, my diet has been very healthy lately. Another mag. 2.9 occurred a couple of days ago, but it was a little too far off. It was in northwestern Georgia. A mag. 2.1 just occurred in the New Madrid Fault. It seems like I really need a thorough jolting or rattling to really help get the energy moving in me more. I truly feel like I'm compromised. Hopefully, I will be out of here and in Japan before I possibly end up in serious trouble with my health. Again, I am not too certain what may be wrong with my leg. I sometimes feel a little discomfort in my right leg, but it is mainly in my left leg, in my calf as well as my foot. I'm only connecting the dots. It does not feel like it is muscle-related. I have not overworked or strained it. It feels like it is deep in my calf. This issue first came about just a few weeks after we moved to Tennessee. It seemed like I started having problems right off the bat. It started with my foot(left). It was hurting much, especially after walking around the neighborhood. I remember limping. I wore a compression sock which helped. I feared Deep Vein Thrombosis. I don't believe should officially have it, not full blown. I would think that takes time to form. I do believe I have been having issues with my circulation for sure. I just have to do all that I can and travel as quick as possible to prevent it from potentially evolving into a life-threatening medical emergency.
