This has been a trying year, the most trying year of my life. I was pondering for a while as to where to go from here. Now, I made up my mind with a clear goal. My goal for this new year is to take on learning Japanese and studying abroad over there. I feel a strong pulling from there and I have always had an interest in Japan for many years. Now, I'm having a strong desire to live there at least part time. Japan seems to be right up my alley - frequent earthquakes, volcanoes, 4 distinct seasons, amazing natural landscape with forests and mountains, the fox spirit with my affinity for the animal, and many more. The culture is generally conservative and polite and it is also clean with quality healthcare services from what I have researched. I appreciate structure as well. This could cause me to spend a little less time blogging here. I will still be active, but if you don't see as many posts or tweets, that is why.
