I'm likely going to be starting tomorrow. The activity around the world has decreased significantly. It may be over for now. It seems that each wave of significant activity has to land on the day I start for there to be less pain. However, that doesn't work when I have not been as good to my body as I should. I have to be more disciplined in cutting out things that would trigger an endo attack. I also just started taking turmeric curcumin to reduce inflammation and I have seen improvement from yesterday. I also ate all the right foods and cut down on the coffee today. Tomorrow I may end up drinking just decaf in the morning, especially if I get it first thing. It seems like there has to be a perfectly abundant amount of energy release around the world or something closer to this area that would make for an easier time on day one(when the worst of the pain would occur). Otherwise, I do all the right things to avoid a flare-up. On the other hand, if I don't prepare my body wisely around that time, I would still hurt a bit even if it was active enough out there. I'm still concerned about my circulation(fearing my relocating away from a plate boundary after 8 years affected my circulation). A few minutes ago, I was talking and I suddenly felt very dizzy or felt a fuzziness in my mind or almost a numbness. I also see a small raised, livid lump in my middle finger. I did not injure myself. It looks like a tiny blood clot. There has not been one small earthquake reported anywhere on this side of the country over the last 3 days. I will be paying closer attention to each little increase in some seismic activity in TN and surrounding areas to see if there is a link between that and certain symptoms. It is hard to say because not only do I have my hands tied with more serious activity in the world, but most of these earthquakes were rather small and distant with the exception of a 2.3 less than 20 miles from me in August, but that was a rather small event that occurred overnight. I felt some pain as I was going to bed that night, but I couldn't distinguish possible local activity from more significant activity throughout the world. I have been trying to figure all that out since I got here.
