July 31-Aug. 2, 2021

I noticed that whenever the activity around the world spikes to extreme levels the way it did and then some, I end up feeling hyper and overstimulated. That is what happened last time back in May. That one very active day with strong earthquakes in parts of the world back-to-back was overwhelming. I did not ever feel that way back in California. I was more focused on the region living on two tectonic plates, the energy would not be pooling inside of me like that when there was a surge in large earthquakes around the world. It feels like a roller coaster living over here when it comes of global activity. I feel depressed and my energy is very low when there is nothing going on in the world for a while, but whenever the activity hits extreme proportions, I end up burning up and crashing later on. I ended up going to bed extremely late last night and I'm not proud of it. Having a second home in Alaska is part of the divine plan and I would be much better off there. I need that circulation. I'm afraid this could lead to a stroke one day.

August 1, 2021 9:52 a.m.(CDT)

I was not feeling much all day yesterday as the activity around the world was settling down. However, I feel some mild pressure in my left side. There is a chance more significant activity could start up in the world again today.

7:29 p.m.(CDT)

I felt some more pain in my left side on and off today. I also just now noticed that my side is also very tender and sore. I'm not sure what exactly is causing that. It may be from the recent surge in activity or potentially something going on close by or somewhere around North America. There were a couple of small tremors recorded in eastern TN yesterday evening. There could still be a potential for more serious activity elsewhere in the world.

8/2/21 5:27 p.m.(CDT)

There was some more significant activity in the world late last night, including a mag. 5.9 west of Papua New Guinea. There may just now be more going on after a relatively slow day. I felt some dizziness earlier and I'm starting to feel a little bit of discomfort in my left side. There is also some more activity flaring up in parts of North America. There is also some activity flaring up in Japan.

July 25-30, 2021

7/25/21 10:01 a.m.(CDT)

I'm getting ready to leave for church this morning and it still feels like it is active out there in the world. I'm feeling some pressure or a discomfort in my left side and I'm feeling warm so far. I checked the seismographs around Tennessee and something did show up on several seismometers in Eastern TN. The USGS may have not rung it up yet. I'm guessing they sometimes miss earthquakes on this side of the country. It is possible there could be more going on in this part of the country, but I'm also feeling more significant activity from other parts of the world or maybe some activity back in Southern CA. I will be doing some more research on intraplate earthquake zones.

7/27/21 6:58 p.m.(CDT)

I have been feeling some pain in my left side again late this afternoon and this evening. I even have a mild headache. Since the last entry, there was some more significant activity continuing out there in the world, but it started to wind back down today. However, it could be starting back up again any time now. There could also be more taking place in North America - across parts of the U.S., the west, and Alaska. I'm not implying serious activity might be going on somewhere in these areas, but at least more mag. 3 or 4+ any time or day now. It is uncertain where exactly it may be coming from. There were a couple of new small events closest to my location overnight and this morning. I'm not sure what may be going on at this point.

7/28/21 11:41 a.m.(CDT)

I have been feeling some sharp pains in my side on and off since last night. I discovered that I may also be picking up on more activity within about a 2-3,000 mile radius. I'm talking about mag. 3s and 4s. I either may not have paid enough attention to that before or just developed my senses even more. After I started feeling all that and suspecting that there would be more mag. 3-4+ quakes occurring within those distances, there were indeed more mag. 3-4+ quakes happening. More mag. 3+ occurred in Central and Northern California and Nevada as well as Alaska. A magnitude 4.3 struck Western Texas about an hour ago and some more activity has occurred in Mexico and Northern South America(mag. 4+). I'm still feeling a lot right now. I'm not sure whether it is coming from more activity in North America and/or Central America(anywhere within a 2-3,000 mile radius) or potential bigger events elsewhere in the world.

7/29/21 7:54 a.m.(CDT)

I was feeling a lot on and off all day yesterday, especially by the afternoon and evening. I was feeling some acute pain in my side and I also had headaches, dizziness, and even vertigo. It was also day two of my monthly flow, so I was also feeling a lot of burning abdominal pressure on top of that. At one point, I was wondering if there could be something going on close by. Late last night, a magnitude 8.2 struck off the coast of the Alaska Peninsula. That must have been what I was feeling all day. It felt like it was coming from that direction of somewhere in North America. Before I moved over here, I don't think I was as acutely sensitive to earthquakes that far away in California. I was more concentrated on what was going on in the area I was living in.

9:27 a.m.(CDT)

I also noticed that my cheeks were red this morning and I have been feeling very warm. My energy has been very high.

7/30/21 8:20 a.m.(CDT)

That was quite a powerful earthquake the other night. I cannot get over how strong my physical symptoms were with it being so far away from where I was. I can hardly imagine what I would be feeling if that were up close. What would that be like? I was feeling a lot of energy late that afternoon and evening. It was my time and a heavy day so my pelvis was burning and I felt like I was being squeezed inside. It grew quite uncomfortable and lasted about an hour. My left side was hurting a lot. I was even wondering if there was something going on around here, that was how strong the feelings were. There was a lull in these sensations a few hours later leading up to the event. I have noticed before how these symptoms can either set in very quick, just minutes before an earthquake or they gradually form and intensify and settle down hours ahead. It still strikes me how I have become more sensitive to strong earthquakes so far away. I believe it may become magnified away from a plate boundary, whereas on a plate boundary, it is more concentrated on the stress and energy in the region. It feels like that magnitude 8.2 was very satisfying. I feel relieved and I'm still energized especially after two months of very little significant activity in the world.

10:59 a.m.(CDT)

I just started feeling some pain in my left side moments ago. It was a deep, gnawing pain radiating towards my back and I just started feeling lightheaded again.

4:40 p.m.(CDT)

Just over an hour after the last report when I started feeling it again, a magnitude 6.1 struck northwestern Peru near the border of Ecuador. I still feel a lot of energy. I have also felt some dizziness as well.

7:27 p.m.(CDT)

I may have to make this the last day for this post as it has been busy lately and it is growing long. I'm feeling a little acute pain in my left side and I have been feeling very warm and energized, almost overstimulated. It does not feel like it is over just yet. There still may be more going on somewhere so far.

A Summary: 7/24/21

I'm going to be making sure I limit my mention of my menstrual cycle. It has been very complicated and unpredictable since I moved here. I had much more structure in California. Since I moved here in March, I was observing the first two months as less painful because there had most recently been a lot of significant earthquake activity in the world and had been wrung out and replenished. My periods started becoming painful again in early May and I noticed there was less activity lately. After that, it was complicated and was no longer adding up, so I'm planning on just narrowing the sensations down to flank pain, dizziness, high or low energy, and body temperature. How I suspect when a spike in significant activity around the world might be imminent is by being aware of not only when I feel pain or tenderness in my side, but also an increase in body temperature and energy. I have felt a lot of pains in my side and general pressure and sensitivity there over the past few days as there has been a lot of significant activity going on worldwide. I have also been feeling quite warm. I'm still feeling all that now so far. At this point, I'm not sure how I will fare this month. I'm due on Monday and I plan on having no alcohol tomorrow night and no coffee on Monday morning. I will at least have very little coffee that day. I feel like I will have to watch everything I put in my body on the first day of the period. I know I need to go to Alaska. I feel it around the corner. I'm already planning my first trip there. I cannot stay in Tennessee for very long. I know I do not do well staying put in the same area for long periods. I can end up getting very ill. I've feared that this could be harmful to my circulation. It could put extra strain on me as I'm tracking earthquakes from around the world from here, far away from a plate boundary after being uprooted from one I lived on for 8 years. I have felt dizzy and tired frequently, felt tingling, spasms, and numbness and some headaches. I even noticed small bruises on my legs that were not from a forgotten clumsy moment. I could not expect these two seismic zones to do very much. They spew a few very small earthquakes every 2-3 days, but nothing jarring, nothing big enough to actually reach me. If I felt an earthquake here, I would probably cry tears of relief, especially if I were in pain and physically sick and that pushed it all out of me like it did that time back in CA. Stronger earthquakes are possible in this part of the country. Intraplate earthquake zones have been hard to understand and I want to study those some more and how they activate. I know people would not be so sympathetic of my situation when it comes to this, but I will assure you that there does not necessarily need to be a big earthquake to relieve my pain and invigorate me. I appreciate just a gentle rolling or a quick abrupt jolt. I believe that Alaska would be the place I need to be as it is the most seismically active state in the country. I think about how strong I would be up there. I sort of feel like I'm turning to mush here. I still stay in shape, but I have felt very weak lately. It is a significant difference from when I was in California.

July 19-22, 2021

I have been feeling some minor pain and discomfort in my side this morning. There are signs of more significant activity going on in the world again. A mag. 5.5 struck near Papua New Guinea. There was more strong earthquake activity taking place in the world this weekend. I noticed that I have not been depressed and my energy has been significantly higher. I discovered that before a sudden spike in activity around the world, I feel dizziness accompanied with a minor headache. This has happened before. I was shuffling my posts in my other blog where I hemmed and hawed over whether to make a new post or not. I ended up making an outlook even though there was a chance it could change where I made a new post the next day.

10:38 p.m.(CDT)

I just felt a brief strong pain in my left side as I'm about to go to bed. I felt some minor pain and discomfort there a few times today.

7/20/21

7:39 p.m.(CDT)

I woke up this morning feeling somewhat depressed and my energy was low again. The activity came to a halt, but it just now may be increasing again. I'm feeling some minor pain and tenderness in my side. About the pain I felt last night before I went to bed, I figured it may have been coming from my connection back in Southern California, but then I discovered I may have a connection to activity in Alaska. I'm not sure because I have not been there yet. I will find out and see if the same thing happens again where a magnitude 3 or larger occurs in that area and I feel pain. There are certain areas in the world that I may be more sensitive to than others, especially around the Northern Pacific Ring of Fire.

7/21/21 12:45 p.m.(CDT)

I initially woke up feeling somewhat depressed this morning as there was not enough activity going on out there, but that quickly changed. I felt some side pain and a mag. 6.0 struck Papua New Guinea earlier. I felt a stronger pain in my left side at 12:30 when I was making a new update in the Seismic Fox blog. I will have to find out what happens later.

7/22/21 3:28 p.m.(CDT)

I felt some pain in my left side about 20 minutes ago. I'm feeling a little bit now. My energy has been higher since yesterday as there has been a lot of earthquake activity in the world. I have also been feeling a lot of warmth.

8:41 p.m.(CDT)

There was some more activity flaring up in Southern California this afternoon. That was around that time I started to feel some pain again. I have also been feeling very lightheaded a lot today and yesterday. I felt dizzy and even sick this evening. I'm not sure what may be going on. I even have a mild headache right now. I will continue to document this and see whether or not the global activity, activity back in Southern CA or even possibly something going on closer to where I am has anything to do with this. I'm hydrated and have not done anything harmful to my health or overdid it with exercise. It was not a particularly stressful day either. The only other possible culprit would be PMS. I'm due on Monday, but I'm not having a difficult time like I did last month so far. A lot of energy has been released around the world over the last 2 days. I do feel some tenderness and mild pain in my left side right now.

July 10-15, 2021

I'm posting here again today as there has been a lot going on in the world and I have been feeling a lot. Yesterday evening, I was feeling pressure in the left side. I was not feeling much pain, but I was feeling some pressure and discomfort there. My energy also increased to a certain point where I was anticipating there to be a magnitude 6 or larger somewhere in the world at any moment. There ended up being one within an hour. I notice that there have been times where it felt like it was going to become active out there, but then I would feel it drag. There was also a mag. 5.8 in Tajikistan less than 2 hours after a 6.1 in the Molucca Sea region. I am feeling a lot of pressure in my left side right now. I posted an update in the other blog as there may still be a lot going on out there. I'm not sure whether this discomfort could indicate activity closer to my area, but I imagine the symptoms being more acute.

July 11, 2021 - 8:13 a.m.(CDT)

I will start extending these entries for a period of several days depending on what is going on. I felt pressure in my left side earlier yesterday and a few side pains, but there was not really that much going on. I noticed that I was feeling more irritable and somewhat depressed later on. I perked up a little when some more activity started to occur out there in the world late yesterday, but I woke up this morning feeling low again. However, I have started feeling pressure in my left side again. It is sort of throbbing right now. My energy is still low, but I will find out and see what happens later. I noticed that there appeared to be an event in Eastern TN on one of the seismographs. Earthquakes in this part of the country are usually never reported right off the bat. Some may even be missed. It seems this area is not well understood.

7/12/21 8:50 a.m.(CDT)

Yesterday morning, a small earthquake in Eastern TN was confirmed - a mag. 2.2 near the town of Kingston, 111 miles from my location. It was at 6:36 yesterday morning. Yesterday evening and last night, I noticed that I was falling into a depressed state. I felt discomfort in my side yesterday afternoon, but I became depressed later that evening. The activity around the world was low again. I was feeling a little discomfort in my left side before going to bed. There is still little going on in terms of significant earthquake activity around the world, but there were a couple of new quakes in Eastern TN yesterday afternoon. A mag. 2.3 occurred near Maryville at 3:21 p.m. and a mag. 2.0 occurred in that same area 26 minutes later. Both were around 135 miles from my location. Plus a micro quake occurred near Ridgely, TN in the New Madrid Seismic Zone a few hours earlier. I am feeling a little bit of pressure and tingling in my side right now. I also noticed that I have felt some deep phantom vibrations over the last 2 days on and off, though not too frequently.

7/13/21 - 11:13 a.m.(CDT)

I made a mistake yesterday, but corrected it. Those two small earthquakes in Eastern TN occurred on Sunday afternoon, not early yesterday morning. I don't know how I could misread the time like that. It was pretty quiet throughout much of yesterday. Later on, there was some more significant activity taking place in the Kuril Islands region. This morning, I started to feel a little bit of throbbing in my left side at around 9:20. I have sort of felt it on and off since, but I'm playing it by ear. It feels like something coming up, but not happening just yet(from past experiences with these type of sensations).

7/14/21 - 5:24 p.m.(CDT)

There has not been enough activity going on out there in the world lately. I was feeling moody and withdrawn throughout the day as well as tired. However, I have started feeling some deep throbbing pains in my side over the past 30 minutes. There could be more going on. I'm still feeling fatigue, but it may change anytime now or tomorrow. I will go get some vitamin D from the sun as that can help with a depressed mood. There has not been a major surge in earthquake activity in the world in a while.

7/15/21 - 9:58 a.m.(CDT)

I woke up feeling even worse this morning. I have been extremely tired and irritated this morning. It feels like I have multiple things weighing me down from inside, extending for thousands of miles. I made myself jump up and down several times just now to try to increase my energy levels. I even had to drink some more coffee. So far, neither of those are helping right now. I may post in here again today if I feel significant changes later on. The activity around the world is staying low so far. There has not been any new reported events in the surrounding areas either. At this point, it does not feel like it will become active at all until this weekend or next week. However, it may still change.

10:01 p.m.(CDT)

As I'm about to go to bed, I'm feeling some discomfort in my left side and some spasms running up my legs. I'm not sure if there will be anything going on anywhere overnight or by the morning, but I am feeling something now. At this point, there could be something going on somewhere whether it be something closer to my area or something large somewhere in the world any time now. Something could be coming up, but I will find out how I feel the next morning and what is going on out there.

July 9, 2021

Yesterday, I started to feel some side pain and I felt light-headed at times. I noticed another small bruise on my leg which I know was not an injury I accidentally inflicted onto myself from a forgotten clumsy moment. It was located on my upper thigh. I also had one that was older and fading on my knee. These were very small bruises. I have felt random aches and pains up and down my arms and legs and a few spasms. I have noticed that I feel like I have lost a good deal of strength and get very sore and tender at times since we moved. I have also been scared this change may have also exacerbated this chronic health condition that I have where the pain is worse at a certain time of month. It seems like very little can help with the lack of seismic waves that would be enough to deeply flush everything out and help remove acidosis and inflammation. I feel like my health could slowly be starting to fail and I could end up developing something like cancer someday if I don't get out of here or at least do a lot of traveling in the meantime. I realized that staying put or staying in the same area for prolonged periods is my enemy. This may have not been a known cross that I bear until I visited California for the first time and being on a plate boundary. Before then, I have never been anywhere outside of the Southeastern United States. I have also most recently discovered another complicated factor. From here, I feel energy building up to critical points more strongly at certain distances. When it comes to distances between 200-2,000 miles(roughly less than 3,000 miles), the sensations are more vague. When it comes to activity in California, I noticed that I have tingling feelings and almost feel spasms and just general discomfort. I lived there for almost a decade, so it is still deeply part of my root system so whenever more activity increases there, especially in Southern California, it affects me over here, in a peculiar way that is. I have also noticed that my face had broken out during that big flare-up of activity there last month. There was a magnitude 6 up there near the border with Nevada, close to Mono Lake yesterday evening or late afternoon. I felt some side pains(but nothing strong) after that and some small spasms and aching in my arms and legs. When it comes to impending earthquakes at distances around 3,000-7,500 miles, I feel things more distinctly. I felt pain in my left side before a mag. 6+ in Japan recently as well as a strong earthquake in Alaska and a big one over in Western China. However, I seem to feel more from earthquake activity in the Northern Hemisphere - I may start to feel less below 30 degrees latitude. It would make sense as every one of my places of residence throughout my life has been within the 30 degree latitude range. In fact, the only time in my life I have ever been outside of that range was when I took a connected flight in Chicago almost 2 years ago. I felt pain before a strong quake in Japan, but did not feel as much when it came to significant activity in the Fiji Islands. I will continue to study and do further research on this.

July 7, 2021 - Summary

There has definitely been a significant difference since I moved here to Tennessee far away from a tectonic plate boundary. I have been feeling less aggressive as there is no longer that energy where I would sort of go mad when there were these long periods of little or no seismic activity in the area. I have felt significantly less aggressive since I got here, even though I deeply miss where I was and did not want to move. I have not felt any sudden stabbing pains in my side since California. I felt sharp side pains frequently over there. I seldom feel those here. I may have felt some strong pains in my side, but they did not get as severe and again, I no longer feel acute pain in my side as often. It is funny how I have been open to moving to Tennessee before one day after the big one were to hit Southern California, but down inside I did not feel that way. I was essentially just feeling nostalgic. I was feeling all these symptoms and changes in my body during my last year there where I was starting to believe it was finally about to become more active there. That was what really made me not want to move. I hated for me to be absent and miss that opportunity to see what that is like whenever something large finally hits the area. That is not to say a strong earthquake in Tennessee is not possible. There is a chance for me to feel something here. It has just seemed less likely, but you never know. I do pick up on activity from around the world more distinctly here. It is like energy is magnified on this side of the country. Earthquakes are felt more widely on the Eastern half of the United States. I wonder if they would hurt more. If a mag. 3 were to strike close to this town, would the pain I felt beforehand be worse than what I felt back in the mountains of Southern CA when a mag. 3 occurred down in San Bernardino. I really hope to find that out very soon. In the meantime, I started to feel that it was finally showing some signs of becoming active in the world late last night, prompting me to make a new post before going to bed. I felt some energy this morning, but it did not last and I started feeling irritability again as it went back down. However, I'm just now perking up again. There may be more going on out there now.

Monday, July 5, 2021

July 5, 2021

It is blocked up again. There is very little earthquake activity going on in the world again now. I'm feeling low energy today so far. I'm not sure why I have been feeling sore all over. I'm extra sensitive and tender and I'm wondering if there is something coming up - whether it be in this area or in a neighboring area or an explosion of significant activity around the world. I have felt tender and sore before a surge in activity. I also felt a pain run up into my knee earlier. I recall getting that in the days leading up to the Ridgecrest sequence. I'm not sure what this is now. I'm feeling as lazy as a dog in the Summer heat so far. I do not like that feeling. I did burn a pile of yard clippings and I plan on painting again today. I just have to make myself do something even though I'm feeling overwhelmed and tired. Maybe it will change later on today where there is a lot more going on. I will update if I feel any different later.

7:20 p.m.(CDT)

I feel a little bit more energy now. Some more activity has started to flare up in the world. I noticed that I was also feeling some leg pain and got concerned about my circulation again. I was feeling very light-headed earlier.

July 4th, 2021

I cannot believe it has been 2 years since the Ridgecrest earthquakes. I still remember it as though it were just last week. I recall what I felt that morning just before the magnitude 6.4 foreshock. I was outside with my cat and it also happened to be a certain time of the month(day 3). I was feeling some sharp pains in my left side as I was trying to get my cat who was trying to run up a hill. I also felt a burning pressure on my uterus as it was that time. I had to go inside and sit. I was feeling some side pains and something was squeezing me from inside. I was a bit uncomfortable for those 10 or 15 minutes leading up to the first earthquake. Eventually, I felt a strong set of rolling waves course through and the pain and that discomfort was gone. However, my side was aching all throughout the day and the next day leading up to the magnitude 7.1 mainshock. I had a similar experience in June of last year before a magnitude 5.3 in that same area. Those earthquakes were about 100 miles away. I have been pondering what it would have been like if I were close to the epicenters. Now I'm going to talk about today. Now that I'm here in Tennessee, people would probably say Good luck feeling something happen there! Well, TN does have earthquakes. It may not be on a tectonic plate boundary and earthquakes are much less frequent here, but a large destructive earthquake is definitely possible in this part of the country. In the meantime, I pick up on energy from earthquake activity around the world. However, I felt some pain the other day and it was not very active in the world. There was a mag. 2.4 earthquake near the town of Jellico, TN about an hour later. It was more than 100 miles from my location, but I could be more acutely sensitive to ground movement in this area with the softer soil and geological make-up. I'm not sure yet because it was still a bit of a ways off and a small quake. I will be finding out what will happen when one happens closer to my location and its size. There have been small quakes in Middle Tennessee before. Not long ago, there was one that happened in the area. I felt some pain and pressure in my side today. There has been more going on in the world in terms of significant earthquake activity.

July 2, 2021

I noticed that I'm also mentally stronger whenever there has been an abundant amount of seismic activity going on everywhere. I have been very scattered lately and feeling overwhelmed and lost. I have been preoccupying myself with art and have also been tweaking my avatars on Twitter. I was trying more vibrant hues but decided to adopt a different appearance altogether. I thought this previous design looked somewhat childish with that 'chibi' look. As much as I didn't want to alarm or worry people out there, I also wanted it to be taken seriously at the same time, so I decided to use something a little more simple. I'm feeling glad that it is Friday and the 4th of July weekend. This lag in earthquake activity everywhere should not be going on that much longer. I may have felt a few pangs in my side, but otherwise, I have hardly felt any pain in that area at all lately and no sudden increases in energy. I just now am feeling some warmth, so maybe it may get a little more interesting today somewhere. I will not be surprised if it is still quiet 8 hours from now, but it should not be much longer before more significant activity in the world starts taking place.

5:26 p.m.(CDT)

I felt some acute pain in my left side at around 4:19 this afternoon. I was feeling some pressure there at around 3:00. I'm feeling some tingling and sensitivity there right now. A magnitude 6.1 struck the Fiji Islands region 2 hours ago. It feels like it either could start acting up more out there now or it could not really start up until tomorrow or Sunday at this point. It does feel like it might be heating up more any time now. I felt some dizziness earlier.

10:47 p.m.(CDT)

I have not felt any more energy over the last several hours. I knew that would be it for now. However, I am feeling a lot of tenderness and stiffness in my left side.
