 I believe I may be in what I would call a trap for seismic energy. It is like I'm taking in various forms of energy in the ground from everywhere. I have been unsure as this place is so much different than where I was living before for 8 years. I believe that I'm in a field where energy travels from all over where it is not all broken up by the faulting as on a plate boundary. It is distributed differently here - much differently. I also am pitted between two seismic zones. I don't feel the sharp side pains as frequently as I used to in California, but there are days where I am feeling so much. Yesterday, I felt some acute pain in my side on and off all day along with Mittelschmerz. There was a lot of activity going on in the world and even in parts of the country yesterday. There were a few more micro quakes that occurred on this side of the country and there was a lot of activity heating up in Oklahoma. I may have gotten a part of that in my system since I traveled through that area along the way. I felt a strong pain on the left side of my lower abdomen and it suddenly ran up into my left side and up my ribs. This morning, I noticed I have been very tender, especially in my side. I felt a lot of dizziness this morning as well. I'm going to be further investigating all of this. This move was like something I have build and had a fine picture I knew and understood and then it got shattered into many pieces and I have been trying to piece them back together in a new way.

 I felt a sudden pain in my side earlier. It was not severe, but it got my attention. It might have been from a small flare-up of activity in Southern California. There were a few very small quakes in Western and Eastern Tennessee and North Carolina last night. It is a mystery what could be going on in this part of the country. There may be hidden earthquakes that occur in this region. That means there may be some quakes that go undetected because this is not a very busy area when it comes to monitoring earthquakes. Maybe that is what I'm here for! I have felt sudden vibrations out here. I would look around for other sources and could not find any. I have been experiencing a mild headache all day. My side is very tender right now. I will find out what happens next.

I just started feeling some mild pain in my left side again. It is more of a dull ache on my ribs. I felt some deep vibrations earlier this afternoon.

 I still have not figured it out yet with what I make of it here. I was feeling some side pains a few days ago and even some on Wednesday evening. I felt that much of it was linked to a flare-up of seismic activity in Southern California. Part of me is still back over there it feels like. There was a mag. 2.1 near Maryville, TN at a quarter to 10 on Wednesday night, but I don't know if that was enough. It is very tricky when it comes to seismic activity in places away from plate boundaries. These quakes are smaller than mag. 2.5 on both sides of the state and don't occur on a daily basis - More like every 2-3 days. They are also somewhat distant. Maryville is 133 miles from here and the NMSZ is roughly 180 miles away. I have felt some pain in my side before a surge in significant earthquake activity around the world, but it has still been confusing. It is still taking me time to get my bearings. I have only been here for a month compared to the eight years I lived in Southern California.

11:27 A.M.(CDT)

I have felt some mild pain in my side over the last hour. I did notice a very small quake occurred in the NMSZ which was last night. It is very hard to figure out what exactly is going on. There was more activity heating up in parts of the world earlier yesterday, but then it went quiet again. It could just now be picking back up out there. My energy is starting to increase. There was also a small flare-up of seismic activity in Southern California over the last hour or two.

April 13, 2021

 I suddenly started feeling some sharp pains deep in my left side underneath my ribs. I have not experienced that in a while, especially since coming here. I'm not sure what this could indicate, but it was quiet over the last few days everywhere. I was feeling some depression and low energy. However, I'm feeling more again. I have not been writing in this blog as much as I did while I was in California. It is taking me a while to be more familiar with the energy here and understand everything going on.

11:23 P.M.(CDT)

I have continued feeling some pain and tenderness in my side. I can't tell what strings are being pulled. There was a small flare-up of activity in Southern California over the last hour with that still being in my system. There could also be more significant earthquake activity on the rise worldwide any time now. I'm feeling some pain in my knee for the first time in a while. In this area, I find myself more acutely sensitive to a lot of significant activity around the world. I'm not sure what could be going on on this side of the country or anywhere near where I live. Again, earthquakes do occur in Tennessee. I notice a lot of small quakes can go undetected in this region.

April 9, 2021

 Yesterday, I have felt some mild pain in my left side on and off. There was not much going on anywhere except an increase in minor activity in Southern California. That was additional evidence that the connection is still there after moving away. I also noticed that I have been very emotional lately. I was having crying spells all day yesterday. Most of it has to do with psychological stress from family. I'm now feeling some faint pain again as some more micro quakes have flared up again in Southern CA. My energy has not been so high today at all so far. The global activity has decreased and there is no significant earthquake activity going on anywhere so far.

7:50 P.M.(CDT)

I have felt some mild pain in my left side this afternoon and early this evening. Some more seismic activity warmed up in Southern California earlier. I have also been feeling very irritable as there has been hardly anything going on elsewhere in the world. It feels like there should be more significant activity taking place somewhere out there any time now or within the next few days at this point. I noticed that I have felt irritability in the day or 2-3 days leading up to more significant activity in the world after there being little activity taking place anywhere.

April 5, 2021

 I have been in some pain this morning and overnight. It is day 2 of menstruation. I would normally feel all the pain on day one, but it started out very light yesterday and is now very heavy with pain. I am wondering if it has to do with the effect of the earthquake activity going on in Southern California this morning. I was in more pain around that time. It is like a cruel side effect of being away from there. If I had been close enough to that earthquake, I may have been relieved from pain. I would feel pain and discomfort in the moments before and then relief once the seismic waves would pass through. I have been feeling a dull deep pain in my side and pain elsewhere in my body, likely due to endometriosis. Yesterday, I was wondering if I was in less pain because of where I am now - not on a plate boundary anymore. It would be possible that the stress with little energy release would exacerbate the problem. I remember my worst flare-ups happened when there has not been any earthquake activity in the area or elsewhere around the world. When there has been plenty of activity locally and everywhere else, I had much less pain during menstruation. Regarding any activity in Tennessee, there were a couple of small quakes in Eastern TN late yesterday. There has not been any reported events in nearly a month on that side of the state. There has also been some more significant activity flaring up in the world, so my energy is higher. I have also been feeling some pain in my left side.

1:12 P.M.(CDT)

I have been in pain on and off. I have been feeling that familiar pressure on my abdomen and pain deep in my left side that I have felt before an earthquake nearby during my menses. It has not gone away. I have felt hot flashes and saw a red spot in my vision. I cannot really tell what exactly is going on - whether it is from the activity back over in Southern California or there may be something going on closer to my current location or if there may be a surge of significant activity around the world going on any time now.

4:21 P.M.(CDT)

I have been feeling fullness. I cannot really eat without feeling some pain or discomfort. I really feel messed up inside today. I was also looking at the seismograph recordings in Tennessee. It looks interesting in areas, especially on the western end of the state. More signs of significant activity has started picking up in parts of the world.

8:53 P.M.(CDT)

I'm starting to feel some cramping again and abdominal pressure. Some more seismic activity has started occurring in Southern California. That has been a robust aftershock sequence.

April 1, 2021

 I have just started feeling some mild pain in my left side. A magnitude 3.2 occurred near Huntington Beach in Southern California. So, that connection is there afterall. I was somewhat doubtful about it yesterday morning as I was in a depressed state. It was very dead on this side of the country compared to last week. There has not been one micro tremor reported in the NMSZ or ETSZ in several days. However that does not mean there is no signs of movement going on in this region whatsoever. These sites can miss things and the micro quakes on this side of the country are often reported late. I'm also feeling more energy this morning as more significant activity around the world has been increasing.
