I'm getting ready to go to bed. I felt some aching in my left side again. So far, a mag. 6.0 struck southwestern Mexico. There has still been more moderate activity taking place worldwide. I'm not absolutely certain that I have started developing ovarian cysts after a very active month. I just noticed a trend. I am doing all I can now with my health to prevent going through something like I did yesterday. That pain was horrible.
Physiological symptoms I experience that coincide with earthquake activity near and far. I have long noticed a connection. I document it all here.

December 10, 2022
I felt a sharp pain in my left side about 20 minutes ago. I'm still feeling some acute throbbing pains there. I'm also feeling warm. I'm feeling more anxiety and it feels like my heart rate is increasing. I not only feel that way because of the pain but it feels like a lot could be going on somewhere out there any time now. I'm not sure if it is immediately going to act up any moment now or within the next several days. Sometimes, I can feel these symptoms several days before an outbreak in significant activity in the world.
Update on the cyst - 12/10/22
I mentioned that I have been suffering from an ovarian cyst for the past 2 weeks(since I've noticed it). Yesterday, I was feeling some cramping and thought that my cyst was leaking or slowly breaking. I was feeling somewhat better thinking it wasn't going to be as bad as I feared. I was very swollen in the abdomen over the last week and a half. The bloating would vary in intensity throughout the day. This morning, at around 10 or 10:30, I was starting to cramp more. It grew worse. I was then in complete agony. I even heard fluid emptying into my abdominal cavity. I felt like I was about to faint and was pale and weak after it finally passed. It went on for about an hour. It was much worse than the last one I had which was on September 18th. It was at least as bad as the one I had on June 12th. I believe the more severe pain has to do with bleeding. This one and the one I had in June must have had blood in it. It could have been an endometrioma or a hemorrhagic cyst. I'm trying to determine if there is a link between this and global seismic activity, if it has any influence on the growth and/or the rupture. This appears to be something that started recently. I looked back on the last 7 months and did notice a pattern. I do not know how often I get cysts. I do know that they usually form during ovulation. The ones that grew enough to burst occurred after a more active month - where there were 5 magnitude 6.4+ earthquakes in the world. May was active. Around Memorial Day, I noticed bloating and discomfort and it was coming from the side of my pelvis. After about 2 weeks, it burst and the pain was horrific. The rest of June was a relatively quiet month. In July, it didn't happen again. July wasn't particularly active. In August, once again, no problem. September was very active and that was when I had a cyst that grew and popped. However, that might have been a simple cyst as it was not nearly as painful as the one in June and the one that happened today. It also didn't seem to last as long. It felt like a cyst that formed quick during the week of ovulation and grew which also happened to land around a surge in major earthquake activity. August was a quiet month, probably the most quiet month this year. Perhaps the pressure leading up to a surge in global seismic activity made it form and grow as the energy increased. October was a calmer month, so I was not experiencing symptoms of an ovarian cyst, at least not one that would become a problem throughout October and most of November. November was intense in terms of global seismic activity. There were 4 major earthquakes in one month. It was around Thanksgiving(24th) when I started feeling some mild discomfort. It quickly escalated from there. I was noticeably swollen a week later. I was very uncomfortable and emotionally sensitive. This lasted for 2 weeks. This at least has been a pattern I noticed over the last 6 months. I do not recall whether I had a problem in April because March was a very active month. This is probably something that just developed after more than a year of living here away from any plate boundaries. I'm going to really monitor this more closely and start taking more notes.

December 6, 2022
I'm waking up to more issues involving an ovarian cyst. I had some shooting pain in my lower back that woke me up at around 3 a.m. and I'm having trouble urinating. I examined my stomach and it is slightly more swollen on the right side and is sore to the touch. I'm very much sore and tender everywhere. It is affecting my mood too. I've been struggling with this for more than a week now. There has not really been enough activity going on in the world. There has been some significant activity and a 6.7 the other day, but it feels like there is due to be much more going on any time now. I feel like that could provide some relief from stagnant energy being trapped in my body.

December 4, 2022
There was finally a strong earthquake somewhere. It does not feel like that was it, though. My side still hurts and is sore. It may lag, but then start back up again at this point. It could suddenly become even more active any moment now. Meanwhile, a little closer to where I am, there have been 5 small earthquakes recorded in northwestern Georgia over the last day or two. The largest of those was a magnitude 2.3. There have been a lot of small earthquakes taking place on this side of the country again lately.

I'm feeling some sharp pains in my left side so far. It seems like I have not felt those in a while. I would feel this more frequently in California whenever more seismic activity would flare up in the region. Since I've been here in Tennessee, this would be before significant activity would suddenly start taking place in the world. However, something closer by cannot be ruled out even though it is much less likely. I still am struggling with an ovarian cyst. When it came to the swelling, I felt better earlier at around noon, but feel more swollen again now. I did notice a bulge in the lower abdomen on my right side, so it must indeed be a cyst. It is sore to the touch. I have not had much of an appetite either. I will start examining these symptoms too if this can be affected by increased activity worldwide.
