I'm really onto something. I figured out the contraction factor and how it worsens just before the seismic waves hit me. Furthermore, I can get a clue as to where in the earth's crust it could become active. I believe the sharp pains I feel in my side would be before more shallow focused earthquakes and it is usually rapid onset of symptoms. I mentioned slow-burners and rapid-onset types. I theorize that the slower events have deeper focal depths where the material is softer and more ductile. With more sudden onset of symptoms, it is usually prior to an earthquake occurring at a shallow focal depth where the rock is firm and cooler. I am feeling more now as it is beginning to show signs of becoming more active in the world after a quiet last few days. I felt a little bit of sharp pain in my left side and my body temperature is increased. I have felt pressure and discomfort elsewhere over the past hour.
Physiological symptoms I experience that coincide with earthquake activity near and far. I have long noticed a connection. I document it all here.

I notice that with slow developing events, I tend to feel pain and discomfort a day or two leading up to it. It feels like a long-anticipated event coming up somewhere, especially a region that has been recently showing signs of growing more active. Sometimes, I could get days in advance to prepare for an explosive set of seismic events in the world. Other times, I feel a rapid onset of symptoms where I have to suddenly post a new watch. Today, I started menstruation. I was feeling some pressure in my abdomen and some pain in my side earlier on and off. I did not feel a lot of energy yet, though. It felt preliminary. It feels like it may start becoming more active in the world by tomorrow or early next week at the latest at this point. Since this is spread out to various parts of the world, it is impossible to tell what exactly is going to happen and where. I may be more sensitive to certain regions where I pick up on energy more acutely from there. It feels like there has been something going on in the region from Hokkaido, Japan to the Kamchatka Peninsula in northeastern Russia. There also could be something going on South of the Japanese home islands and in the Ryukyu Islands or the Izu Islands. At this point, it is hard to tell where the most energy is coming from, which area is the hottest. There is no single most active place in the world. Central America, Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia could also be potential candidates for the next strong earthquake. I will not explain much more on that because this blog explores the physical symptoms I experience leading up to earthquakes. This is where I document what all I feel. The most prominent of those peculiar symptoms is flank pain. The others were dizziness, warmth, feeling heaviness in the feet, and some visual disturbances(red flashes/spots; sometimes pink/purple too). The more recently discovered one affects menstruation where it causes contractions and pressure. Even more recently, I noticed overall tightness to the point where I would feel full sooner when I would eat. I was feeling sick earlier after eating soup for supper.

August 11, 2022
There may be little going on out there now, but I have been feeling some sharp pains in my left side today. Yesterday, there was less going on and some of my appetite came back. I have not been feeling as much leg pain and stiffness. However, I have felt dizziness and saw some vivid red and pink spots in my vision again. It could mean that it could start acting up any time now. At the same time, it may not act up much just yet. At this point, it feels like there might be a lot to come within the week ahead. I started to figure out why I'm more acutely sensitive to certain regions in the world than others. I found myself more sensitive to the Northern half of the Ring of Fire - Regions like Japan, the Kuril Islands and Kamchatka Peninsula, Alaska, and the West coast. Each of these places shares a tectonic plate. The Northern half of Japan is on the North America plate as well as Northeastern Russia. I feel more from those places than from the southern and eastern edges probably because there is more energy. Last week when there was a lot of activity going on in Japan and the Kuril Islands region, I was feeling somewhat intense symptoms. I felt some brief ice-pick pains in my side and couldn't eat much and swallowing was uncomfortable. I feel like consuming more liquids during those days such as smoothies, soups, or oatmeal. It still feels like it is going to get active in the world any time or day now so far.

It is still active out there. Earlier, a magnitude 5.8 occurred northeast of Hokkaido, Japan. I have been feeling sore and sensitive all day. My appetite is also shrunk down and sometimes, it is uncomfortable to laugh. I cough too. I felt some nausea and like something is squeezing my insides. I don't feel terrible, but I am feeling a whole lot. I have also experienced spasms in my arms. This is getting a little scary. I'm not sure what to think.

It still feels active out there. I have been feeling some pain and pressure in my left side all day today. It felt kind of quiet earlier, but I especially started feeling more again by this afternoon. I also noticed that I can feel so tight that swallowing is sometimes painful. I also have had a cough. At certain points, the pain in my left side can be acute, but very briefly. I'm very sensitive and sore as well and woke up to some serious leg pain this morning. Most of the activity has been in the region of Japan. There has also been moderate activity in the Kamchatka region of Russia and in the Southwestern Pacific(Vanuatu, Tonga regions). There were two new small earthquakes in TN overnight and today - NMSZ and Eastern TN.

I have been feeling some more pain in my left side over the past 30 minutes or so. So far, there is more activity occurring in the Izu Islands region(Japan). I'm still tender there. It is not as sore as it was over the past few days, but I still am feeling a lot so far. I have also felt spasms in my body that sort of woke me up on and off last night. Activity from that region(Japan) seems to affect me very strongly. There are certain areas of the world I may feel more sensitive to than others. Some minor seismic activity also flared up a little in Southern California. I have a connection there because I lived there for 8 years. I might be more sensitive to earthquake activity in parts of the Ring of Fire - Japan, Alaska, the Kuril Islands region and Kamchatka Peninsula, and California. I'm going to be paying more thorough attention to that and how to distinguish these sensations I feel compared to other parts of the world. It could be helpful in determining where the most potential energy might be coming from.

As I forecasted the other day, it has been fluctuating in terms of worldwide activity this week so far. It was more active yesterday, but today was relatively quiet. It was less active the day before yesterday. I'm not certain what tomorrow will be like or when the next surge might take place. It could become very active somewhere. There was also a volcanic eruption in Iceland following several days of vigorous activity. I have been contemplating even making a new post in the other blog tonight, but it does not seem like it will immediately act up. There is a chance it could start up overnight(CDT). I have felt some pressure and discomfort in my side earlier this afternoon. I do feel a tightening. I also notice that I feel full sooner and tend to eat less whenever it is like this.

The global seismic activity is at an increase again so far. I feel some pain in my left side again today. My side is also very sore. It hurts to the touch. I did these exercises yesterday that made me extra tender, but I have not felt a sore spot in my side in a while. I believe the last time I felt that sore there was when I still lived in California, shortly before a surge in activity in the region with a mag. 5+. The most recent earthquakes recorded nearest to my area was a magnitude 2.6 in western TN(NMSZ) and a mag. 2.1 in northwestern NC. Both happened late last night. I started to feel some pain in my side last night, but I'm not sure if part of it is connected to those events. They were still far off and rather small, but it is a different ballpark here. This land isn't broken up by faulting like out west. Earthquakes can travel quite a distance on this side of North America. Again, I am still not sure. I will pay further attention and see if I feel pain before more small earthquakes around 200 miles away. Otherwise, I more likely feel it from potential significant quakes in other parts of the world.
