Over the last 15 minutes, my side started going off again. I'm feeling an acute throbbing pain in my left side extending towards the back. My energy is also high.

Over the past 10 minutes, I have been feeling some more sharp pains in my left side. I also started seeing some red flashes.

7:38 A.M.(PDT)

I was waking up on and off last night from pain. I began my flow yesterday at around 10:30. A sudden painful attack woke me up around a quarter til one. Pain was shooting down my legs where I had to pace around the living room. It relieves some of the pain. I also drank some lemon juice(anti-inflammatory). I had a feeling Southern California was expecting a magnitude 4 or greater at any time. I was wishing it would happen to relieve my pain like it did last time. The pain eventually subsided where I was able to go back to bed. I woke up a few more times - one of them being from some side pains.

Lo and behold, a magnitude 4.2 earthquake hit the San Fernando area at approximately 4:29 this morning. It is trending on Twitter. I am certain that may have been the culprit of my pain last night because there was not anything else that would have triggered it. I did not have any alcohol, junk food, soy, or caffeine that evening or afternoon. I have been eating well and keeping hydrated. Plus I exercised yesterday. I feel that I need to do something about it besides keeping up with a healthy lifestyle. I don't want it to cripple me while I'm at my job.

Anyway, I'm feeling energized and much better. My left side is very sore and tender, though. There may be more to come.

I started feeling some more pressure in my left side.

I just started feeling a somatic, superficial pain in my side. I did not feel much more pain throughout the day. There has mostly been just ongoing aftershocks from the mag. 4.2 near San Fernando. However, my energy levels are very high.

It has not been an active day in Southern California so far. There really has not been anything interesting going on over the past week. It has been a bit too quiet here. It should have started heating up by now. I was very depressed on and off this past weekend. I was feeling low energy and irritability earlier today. I thought I started yesterday afternoon, but it turned out I was only spotting. I was somewhat afraid of an impending earthquake during that time because it has caused some significant pain and discomfort before. I would feel relief the moment the earthquake hit.

I have started to feel some more pain in my left side this evening for the first time after a long monotonous day. I made myself go out and run a mile again. I stopped doing that before because I got nervous and uncomfortable with all the people around, but I'm going to have to deal with it. I need it for my mental wellbeing. Running up and down the stairs was not going to cut it for me. I have also started seeing redness this evening and feeling some phantom deep vibrations.

I just woke up. I will have to leave again today to do some more things for work which I should be starting within two weeks. I will be home again this afternoon. So far, my left side is tender and it has been itching since I woke up this morning. There may be more going on in Southern California today or this week.

I have started feeling some throbbing somatic pains in my left side. It is a pinching type of sensation. There was hardly anything going on in Southern California overnight. My energy was very low earlier and I felt depressed and irritable. However, my mood has started to perk just now.

I'm feeling a deep, dull, gnawing pain in my left side. It is a throbbing pain and it is almost unbearable.

Earlier, I was aware that I was feeling that pain mostly because I was so upset. In the past whenever I cried so hard and quietly, the same thing happened. However, some more activity was warming up.

I have felt some pressure and very short-lived mild pain in my side on and off today, but nothing alarming. I am expecting to begin my flow on Wednesday. That explains my low drive in this field. I am always interested in what is going on deep in the earth, but it is a little lower than usual during this part of my cycle. It could also be because I'm worried about being in too much pain. My side is starting to smart a little just now.

I felt some sharp pains in my left side just now. Earlier, my knee was bothering me again.

I have not felt much since the last report at all. I have fallen somewhat depressed on and off this evening. There may or may not be anything going on around here overnight. I have felt some neurological pains in extremities, but I have also been feeling more irritable.

4:47 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up at 4 not feeling much at all. However, I feel some pressure, a slight pressure that is, in my left side. I felt tightness in my right side and back. There may have been more very small quakes popping up around Southern California on and off since yesterday, but there still is not enough going on. I will not be here all day. I can try to update on Twitter via phone, but I am not sure I will even have a chance to do that. I'm going to be working more often. There is a potential a mag. 3 or 4 could occur here in Southern California today or this weekend. There is due to be a lot more going on in the region.

I'm not sure whether more strong earthquakes might occur in the world anytime today or not. There has already been a lot going on out there recently. However, I will not be surprised if another big earthquake occurs somewhere out there today.

6:18 P.M.(PDT)

I was feeling pain in my left side all day. It felt like both a burning and acute pain. I was down the hill riding all over Redlands, San Bernardino, and Loma Linda. First I was getting tested for the coronavirus. Then I went into a clinic for a TB test and physical exam and later made an appointment for a background screening for Monday. I will be getting a new paying job down in Loma Linda. I will not be in the job for at least another week, so I will enjoy this time I have at home while I can. 

I don't know what the schedule will be, but I could end up working from Monday through Friday, so I may not be able to post as often. I usually would make a post or entry early in the morning before I would leave. There has been more small EQs occurring around Southern California all day. A mag. 2.6 occurred 16 miles WNW of the town of Ludlow at 11:11 this morning.

I have started feeling pressure in my left side over the past hour. Overnight, an intense, yet very brief stabbing pain struck my left side, jolting me out of my sleep. After that, I hardly felt anything else for hours. I was pretty cranky about an hour or two ago, but I'm more at ease as some more signs of seismic activity has started to increase again here in Southern California.

Over the past half hour, I felt some more pain in my left side. It feels like an acute pressure and tenderness. I'm feeling pain in my knee this morning. I don't just feel the leg pain in my gait, but also while sitting or anything else for that matter.

This morning, I have been feeling a constant pressure and tenderness in my left side. More activity has been steadily increasing here in Southern California. I am feeling energized today so far.

I have been feeling a burning sensation in my side and it feels like it is in the surface of my skin. I started feeling it about half an hour ago.

I have started feeling some mild pain in my left side. I woke up feeling depressed earlier. There just now might be more going on here in Southern California. I will have to wait and see how the day progresses.

Apparently, there has been some more activity warming up here in Southern California. There was a magnitude 3.5 near Grapevine at 3:01 this afternoon. So far, I feel some pressure and heat in my left side and my energy levels are higher. I also started seeing some red flashes.

I feel a little bit of a somatic pain in my left side just now. It feels like it is on the surface over my rib.

I just now felt some mild pain in my left side. It is sort of a sharp pain, but very mild. I just came home from Big Bear. My vision is going ruddy. I'm seeing a lot of red. For a moment, I was literally seeing the world through rose-colored glasses. I have also experienced bouts of dizziness over the past 2-3 hours.

I felt more of a dull achy pain in my left side about 20 minutes ago. Overall, I have not felt very much at all today. However, I am feeling some pressure in my side and a little pain, so it could start up again anytime now or tomorrow.

I felt some pain in my left side just minutes ago for the first time all day. It has been an extremely uneventful day here in Southern California. I was feeling quite irritable earlier and relatively low energy. I just now started feeling things again. The bottom of my feet feel heavy and I'm experiencing some pain in the extremities. I noticed yesterday that this connection extended further up North into where the Ridgecrest sequence was. Last years earthquakes may have made me more sensitive to more distant earthquakes. I was feeling symptoms before the big events of last year, but they were less acute. I already made note of this before midnight last night.

I have been feeling a little more pain in my left side on and off over the past hour. I also have been feeling cramping in my left forearm and tingling running up and down my legs. There has been signs of more activity increasing here in Southern California so far.

I just now felt a sharp pain in my left side. It was the first time I really felt anything all day for it has been quite uneventful here in Southern California. My energy has been higher since there has been a lot going on in the world in terms of significant activity. However, I also felt very irritable and mildly depressed at times earlier today. I just now felt some side pain. My side is also very tender.

I have been feeling extremely irritable tonight as it became completely quiet here in Southern California for hours - South of the Garlock Fault, North of the Mexico border. Earlier there was a mag. 3 near Ridgecrest shortly after I felt that pain. I feel like it has extended further since last year's events.

I just now felt a more intense pain in my left side. I was feeling pressure there earlier and my legs have been tingling up and down. I have also been feeling tightness in the chest and a faster heart rate.

There were numerous very small quakes around Southern California since my first post today. Right now, I am feeling a dull, aching pain in my left side. My knee has started hurting again as well as I walk up and down stairs.

I just felt some somatic pain in my left side over the last 10 minutes. It felt like a superficial, pinching or poking type of sensation. Other than that, I have not been feeling much at all earlier today. I was feeling extremely irritable earlier this morning after sleeping in late. There were hours-long gaps between mag. 1+ overnight. My left side is still tender right now.

I'm feeling pressure in my left side now. I also was feeling sore and heavy in the feet. I have been experiencing knee pain again.

I feel some sharp pains in my left side just now. They are a little more intense. I was in pain on and off all day as the activity flared up a little on and off throughout yesterday. I was not feeling much this morning until just now.

I also meant to mention that I am feeling some pain and pressure inside my head by ear and jaw on the left. I have noticed that sometimes, the complete opposite happens whenever I feel sharp side pains - It would totally shut off where there is nothing going on in the area for hours. To avoid creating confusion here, I believe that it can do that whenever there is suppose to be a lot going on by now. It can cause discomfort and a lot of irritability. There is definitely some stagnant energy I'm succumbing to. I felt that pain and discomfort in my ear and back of jaw before - It hurts when I move my head a certain way or sometimes when I swallow. I also felt some sharp pains running up my legs this morning.

I just started to feel some throbbing somatic pains in my left side just now. That pressure in my head has not gone away. I was suffering from a mild headache earlier. I have been somewhat afraid of what will happen to me since hearing the news about the threat of a large San Andreas earthquake in Southern California increasing 3-fold. I knew down inside that the Ridgecrest events may have boosted that potential in the near future. I am considering seeking help in pain management online for I am not known to have a very high pain threshold. I'm starting to feel some more pain in my side just now. There may or may not be more going on here overnight, but it does feel like we have been slowly yet surely getting closer to something significant happening here soon.

I just felt some pain in my left side. It felt more like a pressure this time. There was a lot of activity increasing here late yesterday. A magnitude 2.8 occurred near Carpinteria at 6:18 yesterday evening. The seismic activity may have died down again overnight, but there might be more on the way today or tomorrow.

12:30 P.M.(PDT)

There are seemingly more changes occurring with my body now. I have been feeling somatic pains in my left side all morning. My legs all the way down to the bottom of my feet are tingling and feeling somewhat numb. I have been experiencing neuropathic pains all over and a lot of dizziness.

I have been feeling a deep throbbing pain in my left side over the past 10 minutes.

All day, I have been constantly feeling pressure in my left side. It feels like something is building up. The pain I was feeling earlier subsided for several hours, but I just now have felt some more pain again.

I have just started to feel some side pains. They are very mild right now. It was very quiet this morning. There is also potentially a lot going on elsewhere in the world so far.

I am now feeling some more pain in my left side. It is a duller pain. I have also been feeling dizzy over the past 30 minutes. I experienced pain in my knee and neuropathic pains elsewhere on and off all day.

I just now have started feeling some pain in my left side and pressure. There has hardly been anything going on here or anywhere else today. However, it may start heating up again in Southern CA and also in terms of more significant activity elsewhere worldwide any time now. My energy is higher.

I just started to feel some sharp side pains a few minutes ago. I was hardly feeling anything this morning until just now. It may not be acting up much here in Southern California at the moment, but it may later on or this weekend or into next week. I could barely sleep last night. I was tossing and turning and itching all night long. I was worried I would never fall asleep. It made me wonder if sleep disturbance could have been a sign a lot may be coming up here very soon. This has happened before, but that may also mean something else. However, I am beginning to just now feel some pain.

Overnight, there was more activity heating up around Southern California. At around 3 AM a magnitude 3 occurred near Riverside. More micro quakes have been flaring up around Southern CA all morning, but it decreased a little by noon today. However, my left side feels very tender today. It hurts a little in a localized spot as I poke it. I will study this particular symptom by reviewing past posts and sorting through the seismic activity that followed. Back in April, I had this painful sore spot in my left side - April 28th and it lasted for days. In those next few weeks, the frequency in mag. 3+ events around Southern CA increased.

7:11 P.M.(PDT)

I just now felt a throbbing somatic pain in my left side. I have also noticed that I have been irritable on and off this afternoon and early evening. 

9:40 P.M.(PDT)

I am about to go to bed now and plan to be up early tomorrow morning. I am feeling some sharp pains in my left side right now. I have also started to feel some pain running up my leg just now. More seismic activity has started showing signs of increasing again in Southern California. I'm not sure what may be going on elsewhere in the world right now. There may be the potential for a magnitude 6 or greater event somewhere overnight, but right now it is not very active anywhere. However, there is more activity increasing here in Southern California again so far.

I'm starting to feel some more pressure and some pain in my left side. My side has been tender and sore today. It hurts a little when I poke it. I'm also feeling lightheaded.

Over the past hour, I have been having a recurring dull, aching pain in my left side. It feels like a cramp. My legs feel like they are burning and I'm experiencing discomfort in other areas. I'm feeling a lot of deep phantom vibrations.

Last night, 55 minutes after my entry detailing more symptoms, a magnitude 3.2 occurred near Borrego Springs at 7:34. It was extremely quiet earlier throughout yesterday and have not made any posts until around 6:40 P.M. The count(earthquakes over the past 24 hours) dropped as low as 19 yesterday. My mood and energy has been on the low side this morning. There is not much going on around here now. There has not been any mag. 1+ EQs for 3 hours. I will make a new update when or if something changes today.

I'm just now beginning to feel some more pain in my left side. It almost feels like needles are inside of me. I have been feeling tender there all morning.

I am feeling more acute pains in my side. They are minor and coming in pulses. My energy levels are also higher so far and I have been seeing some red flashes. More seismic activity is beginning to increase again so far.

I am now beginning to feel more pain in my left side. I have not felt much all day until just now. It is a constant pressure and some acute pain. I feel very hot right now. The bottom of my feet have felt heavier than usual this afternoon and evening. My heart rate has also gone up.

On and off, I have felt some mild pain in my left side today. A magnitude 3.5 occurred near Ocotillo early this morning. I woke up late after going to bed very late last night. I continue to experience some dizziness.

I just felt a more acute pain in my left side. I also suddenly felt a flare up of pain on the fifth day of menstruation. It is radiating down to my feet, but it is beginning to dissipate. I still could use some relief. I'm also still dizzy a lot and the bottom of my feet feel heavy.

I have been feeling some more acute side pains over the past hour. I have also been feeling a lot of deep vibrations and seeing red flashes again. A magnitude 2.9 occurred near Lucerne Valley at 8:05.

Earlier, I felt some acute pain in my left side while I was in the car. I feel a little bit of pain just now. I have also experienced some dizziness this morning.

I have not been feeling much else at all today until just now. I am feeling some pressure welling up in my left side again just now. I have also felt a few neuropathic pains in my arms, legs, feet, and hands as well as my back.

I just woke up feeling some pain in my left side this morning so far.  A magnitude 2.7 earthquake struck near Idyllwild a few minutes ago. I was continuing to feel a little side pain late last night, but there was not much else after that. However, it may now be heating up some more.

I have not felt much pain in my left side over the past few hours. However, my knee started hurting again. It is amazing how these earthquakes alter me. I never experienced the knee and joint pains until about a day or two before the events near Ridgecrest last year. My left side is still tender as I press down on it.

8:18 A.M.(PDT)

I woke up about 20 minutes ago. I could not get out of bed at first because I was freezing. I have been feeling some acute pains in my left side and was also experiencing a little bit of menstrual pain - I started yesterday. The activity in Southern California has decreased a bit overnight. However, it may end up surging again anytime now or later on at this point. There has been some more moderate sized earthquakes in the world overnight.

11:56 A.M.(PDT)

I have been in much pain over the past 25 minutes. A deep, stabbing pain suddenly seized my lower pelvic region and I'm also feeling some pain and discomfort in my left side. The endometriosis pain radiated down my legs and into my feet. I just now managed to gather enough strength to write this. That pain really caught me off guard. It took my breath away with how sudden and intense it was. I'm also feeling that familiar weight on my pelvis. There is some more seismic activity increasing again here in Southern California.

1:30 P.M.(PDT)

The pain has subsided a little. To assure you, a significant or moderate size earthquake does not always happen whenever I go through this. The pain can end up going away on its own, more often than not in fact. However, it was somewhat different this time. It felt more drawn out - the pain was not constant. I would experience relief for a few minutes then it would return. During all that, there was a steady flaring up of very small earthquakes around Southern California. Often times, I can feel pain as there is an increase in very small quakes and as it burns out, the pain fades. It could also be a pushing and pulling process where something more serious could be coming up very soon. Right now, I'm still feeling a lot of pressure in my left side.

There was some more activity increasing in Southern California earlier. The largest was a mag. 2.6 near Westmorland. I just started feeling some more pain in my side again. I was also seeing red spots in my vision again.

I have been feeling some acute pains in my left side all night so far. I'm getting ready for bed. I'm uncertain as to what could take place next in the world. However, it might be acting up here in Southern California any time or day now. There is a potential for more mag. 6+ somewhere in the world overnight - I cannot keep track of it in my sleep. I'm still feeling like a lot may be going on here in Southern California any day now.
